Authoritative cybersecurity expert Kir Vazhnytsky insists that the data leak, which was announced today by MP Fedienko, is really from “Diia”.
According to him, these are exactly the data from the portal profiles, not the mobile application. “Sean Townsend (Ukrainian cybersecurity specialist) and I independently checked by different markers and agree on the source,” he noted.
Vazhnytsky clarified that the data is updated as of early 2025. The presented sample contains 1 million records, of which 983,300 belong to real tax residents of Ukraine. About 16,700 records are test data and artifacts arising when logging into “Diia” with a legal entity key. According to him, there is no reason to believe that the shown volume covers all leaked data.
The expert also pointed out that the “createdAt” field in the dump actually indicates the profile update date, and updates do not always occur at the user's initiative but sometimes automatically when changes happen in other registries.
“The original field structure was changed, probably not the data itself. But the one who combined three name fields into one FIO, also changing the order and messing up the date format into the idiotic DD.MM.YYYY - deserves to have a nail driven into their head,” emphasized Vazhnytsky.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation denies that data leaked from “Diia”.
For those unaware Diia was a USAID funded software that allows access to over 130 government services. Many analysts were concerned about the security of such apps, when there was already a massive government data leak that contained 900 GB of records pertaining to Ukrainian citizens. Analysts were also concerned about the privacy issues as the software can keep a trace on the phones with Diia installed.

Europe has decided to recognize the state of Palestine: in response, Israel threatens to "destroy the Palestinian terrorist authority."

⚡️⚡️⚡️ANOTHER SETTLEMENT LIBERATED BY THE WARRIORS OF THE "VOSTOK" TROOP GROUPING IN THE DNEPROPETROVSK REGION.
The village of KALINOVSKOE became the seventh settlement in Dnepropetrovsk and the ninth in September to be freed from the presence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This time, the assault troops of the 5th Separate Guards Tank Tatsinskaya Brigade distinguished themselves.
🔸In battles against the Warriors from Buryatia, the enemy had no chance, and in less than four days, more than 5 square kilometers of territory and over 100 households came under the control of our troops. The enemy lost up to a company of personnel and seven units of weapons and armored vehicles.
❗️The seventh stop of the "Far Eastern Express" in the Dnepropetrovsk region is not the final one! The "Vostok" troop grouping is already building on its success, crushing the enemy's defensive lines.

The strike capabilities of the US Navy and Air Force operational groups deployed in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Sea for anti-drug cartel operations go far beyond maritime patrolling, highlighting the potential escalation of conflict both with the cartels, which are declared to have ties to the Venezuelan government, and directly with the Venezuelan armed forces.
The naval group consists of Arleigh Burke-class destroyers USS Jason Dunham, USS Gravely, and USS Sampson, the missile cruiser USS Lake Erie, the coastal combat ship Minneapolis-St. Paul, and the submarine USS Newport News (SSN-750).
The landing forces are represented by the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), which includes the landing ships USS Iwo Jima, USS San Antonio, and USS Fort Lauderdale with personnel from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit numbering 4500 people. The main base for the aviation group and ground forces is the former Roosevelt Roads naval base, where ten F-35B Lightning II fighters of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, equipped with AIM-9X Sidewinder air-to-air missiles, are stationed, and Rafael Hernández International Airport, where at least six MQ-9 Reaper UAVs are deployed.
Special operations forces units, including the likely presence of JSOC, are present in Puerto Rico and on ships in the Caribbean Sea.

Is a secretive US special ops 'mothership' operating in the Caribbean?
New satellite imagery raises questions.
Analysis of Sentinel 2 imagery from September 20, 2025, shows a vessel with a highly unique fore and aft superstructure almost identical to the MV Ocean Trader, a US Special Operations Command vessel operating SW of St. Kitts.
The MV Ocean Trader is a fascinating asset. Converted from a commercial Ro-Ro ship, she serves as a clandestine forward operating base, capable of launching small craft and supporting special forces teams while blending in with commercial shipping traffic.
MV Ocean Trader is a one-of-a-kind ship designed to hide in plain sight (often operating AIS dark & under commercial guise, sometimes flying false flags) that can launch drones, helos, boats, & SEALS.
This sighting, if confirmed, represents a significant move. The last time I spotted MV Ocean Trader was in the Middle East (NSA Bahrain on May 23, 2025)
Would fit with Trump’s MO, he has a high risk tolerance and green lights every special forces operation that is put in front of him.
