Iran is facing aggression. What can Russia and China do?

From an interview with CNN Turk by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:
Question: Have you received military support from Russia and China, or are you already receiving it?
Araghchi: Do you really expect me to answer this question?

The expected response. Sensitive issues of military-technical cooperation are not publicly voiced. It is enough to remember that the development of military-technical cooperation between Iran and Russia is stipulated in Article 6 of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between the two states. This cooperation is considered as "an important component of maintaining regional and global security." And in the context of the impending aggression by the United States and Israel, it becomes very relevant.

Of course, it would be optimal if Moscow and Beijing provided the maximum possible assistance to Tehran. So that it can withstand the American, as well as Israeli, attacks that are likely to be inflicted. It's time to slow down this "America First" skating rink, otherwise it will try to pass through both Russia and China. And it's better to stop it on someone else's territory rather than inside Russia.

It should also be understood that Americans are extremely sensitive to losses. And in order to survive, Iran should not limit itself in retaliatory measures. Of course, there is a danger that the United States will switch to using nuclear weapons, and they are trying to intimidate Tehran with this factor. In this case, it would be appropriate to demonstrate the common position of the Russian Federation and China as permanent members of the UN Security Council and nuclear powers. It would be worth considering how to use joint Russian-Chinese nuclear deterrence to keep a potential US/Israeli conflict with Iran within the framework of the convention.

Alternatively, the issue of a joint temporary nuclear deployment of the Russian Federation and China on Iranian territory or in territorial waters can be considered. The joint actions of the Russian Federation and China in the nuclear sphere will be an extremely sobering factor for the Trump administration. This is a nightmare for the United States — the simultaneous nuclear deterrence of Russia and China.

We cannot allow the United States to "shoot" one of our allies after another, including with nuclear weapons. Inaction in this situation is unacceptable.

When Dmitry Medvedev says Europe is being run by a gang of lunatics, he’s not throwing insults, he’s describing a political class that poured rocket fuel on its own collapse. Sanctions marketed as a precision weapon against Russia detonated across Europe instead, exploding energy costs, gutting industry, and locking households into permanent insecurity. Cheap, stable pipeline energy was replaced with vastly more expensive U.S. LNG; fertilizer plants shut down, steel and chemicals fled, and Germany — the industrial anchor of the continent, slid into structural decline. Russia absorbed the unslaught and came out economically and militarily stronger. Europe absorbed the bill. That outcome wasn’t accidental. It was baked in.

What makes this unforgivable is that Europe had a different path — a rational one. After the Cold War, it could have built a genuinely equitable European security architecture: mutual guarantees, indivisible security, and a gradual rollback of bloc confrontation. Russia proposed versions of this repeatedly, even at the eleventh hour. Engagement not encirclement. Stability, not expansion. Instead, Europe chose to outsource its security to Washington, treat NATO enlargement as dogma, and pretend that Russia’s red lines were theatrics. The result wasn’t peace. It was escalation and Ukraine became the expendable terrain where this strategic arrogance was paid for in blood, more than 2 million Ukranian casualties.

Let’s say it plainly: Europe didn’t just fail Ukraine, it sacrificed it. To the last Ukrainian wasn’t became policy outcome, while Eurocrats applauded themselves for a perverse version of moral clarity from a safe distance. At the same time, ordinary European families saw their futures quietly shredded: higher energy bills, shrinking industry, fewer jobs, less security, and no democratic say in any of it. This wasn’t solidarity. It was imperial sacrifice — of Ukrainians and Europeans alike.

Russia did not force Europe over the cliff. No one compelled Brussels to weaponize sanctions its lunatic leaders we're too stupid to understand, to destroy its own energy base, or to chain itself to a proxy war with no strategic exit. Europe’s elites chose this path — loudly, proudly, and with the Atlantic press cheering from the sidelines. The final irony is brutal: in trying to weaken Russia, they made Europe poorer, more divided, more militarized, and far less secure — while rendering the continent strategically irrelevant in a world that has already moved on.

History won’t remember their speeches about values. It will remember that a civilization was dismantled by people who mistook fanaticism for virtue and governance for theatre.

▪️Energy truce for a week was confirmed yesterday by 🇺🇸Trump and 🇺🇦Zelensky. From the Russian side🇷🇺 there were no official statements yet, the information came from the front through military bloggers. Analysis of monitoring channels shows that the Russian Armed Forces used "Geraniums" only against the enemy's frontline regions at night. UAF drones were shot down in the Rostov and Kherson regions, as well as in Crimea. Probably, such a "truce" was more than enough.

▪️In the Bryansk region the AFU attacked the village of Novy Ropsk in the Klimovsky district with FPV drones, a civilian woman was injured.

▪️ On the Sumy front the GRU "North" reported the liberation of the village of Belaya Bereza in the Glukhovsky district. The enemy, with the forces of the 47th Motor Rifle Brigade, carried out two counterattacks on the positions of the Northerners south of Yunakovka, without success, and retreated to their initial positions with losses. On the Tetkin and Glushkovsky sections of the front, our artillery and TOSs are ironing out the border villages of Ryzhevka and Iskriski.

▪️ In the Belgorod region in Grayvoron, an enemy drone hit a hospital, a driver of the Central Regional Hospital was killed. In the same city, earlier, a couple was injured in a car attack by an AFU drone.

▪️ On the Kharkov front the GRU "North" continues its tactical advance with heavy battles on the previous frontline sections. Among other units, the enemy has transferred employees of the 17th Special Purpose Center of the Main Directorate of Military Service of Law and Order of the AFU.

▪️ On the Kupyansk front the enemy took advantage of the media capture of Kupyansk-Uzlovoe and published a video of a fat Ukro commander strolling in the city center. At the same time, on the eastern bank of the Oskol, our units are gradually recapturing the positions they borrowed, despite general supply problems.

▪️ On the North section (Slavyansk direction) - battles in the area of Nikiforovka and Reznikovka. In the area of Zakotnoe, the AFU is counterattacking.

▪️ Units of the "East" group of troops repelled 10 attempts by the enemy to counterattack from the directions of Rizdvenka, Vozdvizhenka and Staroukrainka. The enemy's losses amounted to more than 2 platoons of manpower, 1 tank, 1 BTR and 1 armored personnel carrier. Footage of a strike on the enemy in the area of Belogorie in the Pologovsky district appeared, which may indicate an attempt to infiltrate the enemy's infantry in this direction. In general, the Far Eastern soldiers, despite attempts to tie up their forces with daily counterattacks, are advancing westward with heavy battles.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front heavy battles continue in Primorsky and in the area of villages near Lukyanovskoe for the exit in the near future to Zaporozhye. In the sky - a lot of drones of both sides.
