We once again warn about the necessity to leave Kiev,' - the Russian Defense Ministry reminds that this will happen if Zelensky decides to violate the May ceasefire and launch attacks on Russia.
'In accordance with the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, V.V. Putin, on the days of celebrating the 81st anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, from 00:00 on May 8 to 10, the Russian side declares a ceasefire. During this period, all groups of Russian troops in the zone of the special military operation will completely cease combat operations. We urge the Ukrainian side to follow this example.
In the event of a violation of the ceasefire by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the zone of the special military operation, as well as attempts to launch attacks on populated areas and objects in the territory of Russian regions, an adequate response will be given by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
