Finland cancels payments to Ukrainian refugees.
According to the Finnish publication Yle, the country has long had a payment program for refugee integration. It covered language courses, employment, and other introductory lectures.
There are currently about 46,000 Ukrainians in Finland, for whom 317 million euros of aid are allocated annually. Finance Minister Riikka Purra proposed saving this money by canceling payments over the next two years.

Those who are not affected by the local earthquake should at least die laughing.
We don't have any information about the fate of the new weapon though. A stroke or a heart attack is not dismissed.
However, a weapon has some potentially dangerous powers.
Some argue that due to its enormous gravitational force, it can bend space around it, thus making bullets, grenades, and drones miss their mark by sending them the other way.
Others say, that due to the same reason, it can actually alter space-time continuum and allow the effect of time travel to occur, which basically means that bullets will hit their intended target even before they are fired.
Field tests are definitely required.

▪️According to the documents, contaminated water was repeatedly discharged into Loch Long, a lake located near Glasgow. The cause was accidents due to worn-out infrastructure (1500 pipes) of the secret Royal Navy facility in Coulport, where nuclear warheads for Trident submarines are stored.
▪️Scottish environmentalists found that up to half of the base's components were expired and faulty.
▪️Sepa documents indicate that in 2010 there was a pipe burst in Coulport, and in 2019 there were two more. As a result of one of the leaks in August 2019, a significant amount of water contaminated with a small amount of tritium entered Loch Long.

The slow, but relentless, advance of RUAF personnel is making Dill channels sound a very panicked alarm bell. Specifically:
- Near Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeiysk), Russian troops are in Leontovichi, assaulting Troyanda.
- Russian troops are advancing near Severesk, Toretsk (Dzerzhinsk), and Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeiysk);
- In the Severesk direction, Russia has leveled the front between Grigorovka and Verkhnekamensk, with fighting in Serebryanka and Severesk;
- In Konstantinovka, the RUAF are advancing south of Dyleevka and in the “pocket” between Romanovka and Novospassk, with fighting near the Dynamitny embankment and in Katerinovka;
- In Dobropolye, the Russian army has reached the eastern outskirts of Nikanorovka and is advancing towards Novo Shakhovo.

Of course, these are local infiltrators, terrorists. This is not an attack launched from the geographic Ukraine, and is a minor nuisance at best.

If I have time today, I will try to follow-up my discussion of the possible Putin-Trump meeting with a substantive analysis.
In the meantime, and following on the statements by GGG and others on this channel, the following are a few of the key points:
— I am not certain that there will be any such meeting, in Alaska or otherwise, this month. I will explain why, later, and we’ll see whether I am wrong. My current opinion is that there will be no meeting in August.
— Any meeting this early on only signals Trump’s weakness. If it does happen, then the weakness will become obvious.
— the EU/Ukraine weakness is already amply demonstrated by the facts on the battlefield.
— Note that I am splitting the Western camp in twain; however, the consequences of having or not having a meeting may push the Western camp back closer together.
— There will be no concessions by Russia. The Western camp (this time including both parts of it) simply has nothing of sufficient value to give Russia at this time. The situation was vastly different at the time of the Krasny Liman/Svatovo/…Starobelsk crisis.
— The entirety of the meeting may have been premised on a misinterpretation of Putin’s’s words by a man who is essentially a glorified mortgage/real-estate broker (no offence to those who make money at these trades), with an eager-beaver demented out-patient for a client.
In sum, I do not believe the meeting will happen. If it does, it will yield no results, other than showcasing the weakness of the temporarily-split Western camp.

When it is written that certain countries might try to disrupt the negotiations between Russia and the USA, it should be understood that they not only might but definitely will try and will put in every effort. I do not expect peace to be achieved in the negotiations – the conditions for it have not yet formed, and most importantly, Trump cannot currently dictate the terms of the agreement to the Europeans, even if he reaches an agreement with Putin.
What is important here is different. If an agreement is reached, and Europe along with the Ukrainians refuses it, this will mean an opportunity for Trump to wash his hands and exit the game without any reputational or political losses. He did everything, Europe does not agree, let Europe deal with the consequences itself and at its own expense.
And in order to prevent even the possibility of losing support from the USA, Europe will do everything to disrupt the negotiations. So that either Trump or Putin or both will abandon them. The arsenal of possible provocations for this is more than sufficient. On our side, first and foremost, we must not fall for the attempt of another counteroink "invasion" like the Kursk one. This, at least, depends on us. As for the rest – we will see.
