Viktor Robertovich Tsoi (Russian: Ви́ктор Ро́бертович Цой; 21 June 1962 – 15 August 1990) was a Soviet singer and songwriter. He co-founded Kino, one of the most popular bands in the Soviet Union at its time. Born and raised in Leningrad, Tsoi started writing songs when he was a teenager. During his short career he was responsible for creating ten albums in total. Kino's popularity greatly increased after the 1987 Soviet film "Assa". This lead to Tsoi having a leading role in the Kazakh new wave art film "The Needle". Tsoi's career was tragically ended when he died in a car accident in 1990, however his music remains widely popular.

- After recent strikes on Iranian nuclear sites - Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan - the International Atomic Energy Agency said there was no increase in radiation levels outside the sites.
- The IAEA can confirm that radiation levels currently remain within normal limits.
- Meanwhile, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran issued a sharp statement accusing the agency of complicity in the attacks.
- Nuclear facilities were attacked in violation of international law. We believe that the actions were carried out with the participation of the IAEA. The development of the nuclear industry in Iran will continue.

Today, at 4 o’clock in the morning, German troops have entered our country, without making any demands on the Soviet Union and without a declaration of war. They have attacked our borders in many places and have subjected our towns - Zhitomir, Kiev, Sevastopol, Kaunas and some others - to aerial bombardments during which more than 200 people have been killed or wounded. Hostile aerial attacks and artillery barrages have also taken place on Romanian and Finnish territory.
This attack is unheard of and is a treacherous act that has no equal in the history of civilised peoples. The attack on our country was launched despite the fact that a non-aggression treaty between the U.S.S.R. and Germany has been signed and that the Soviet Union has observed all conditions of this treaty in full honesty. The attack on our country was launched despite the fact that during the whole period this treaty has been in force, the German government has never once been able to dispute our observance of this treaty. The whole responsibility for this raid on the Soviet Union lies in its entirity in the hands of the Fascist German government.
Only after the attack was launched, the German Ambassador in Moscow, Von der Schulenburg, informed me as People’s Commissioner of Foreign Afairs at 5:30 in the morning on behalf of his government of the fact that the German government has decided to go to war against the U.S.S.R. because of the concentration of Red Army units near the German eastern frontier.
In answer to this I have informed him on behalf of the Soviet government that the German government has not made a single demand on the Soviet government up until the last moment and that the German government has launched the attack on the Soviet Union despite the peace loving attitude of the Soviet Union which makes Fascist Germany the offending party.
Ordered by the government of the Soviet Union, I must also state that our troops and aircraft have not violated the border anywhere and that the announcement, to the effect that Soviet aircraft have allegedly fired at Romanian airfields, which was transmitted on Romanian radio this morning, is an outright lie and a provocation. A similar lie and provocation is Hitler’s statement of today in which he attempted to fabricate incriminating evidence as to the non-observance of the Soviet-German treaty by the Soviet Union in the past.
Now that the attack on the Soviet Union has been launched, the Soviet government has ordered our troops to repulse the raid and to drive the German forces off the territory of our homeland. This war has not been forced on us by the German population, nor by the German workers, farmers and the intelligentsia, whose suffering we understand very well but by a clique of blood thirsty, Fascist German rulers who have suppressed the French, Czechs, Poles, Serbs, Norwegians, Belgians, Danish, Dutch, Greeks and other peoples.
The government of the Soviet Union is unshakeably convinced that our courageous army and navy and the gallant falcons of the Soviet air force shall do their duty towards their motherland and the Soviet people in an honourable fashion and deliver a crushing blow to the aggressor.
It is not the first time that our people face an arrogant aggressor. During Napoleon’s Russian campaign, our people reacted with the War of the Fatherland; Napoleon suffered a defeat and went down. That shall also happen to the arrogant Hitler who has unleashed a new campaign against our country. The Red Army and our population shall once more wage a triumphant War of the Fatherland for our homeland, for honour and for freedom.
The government of the Soviet Union is firmly convinced that the entire population of our nation, all workers, farmers and the intelligentsia, men and woman, shall meet their obligations and devote themselves to their work with the necessary conviction. Our entire population must now be staunch and unified as never before.

Iran has now requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, the Permanent Mission reports.
The US has violated international law and the nuclear non-proliferation regime, the Iranian Foreign Minister said.
In six months, Ukraine has received less than half of the funds allocated for restoration this year. This was stated by Deputy Finance Minister Olga Zykova at a forum in London.
For urgent restoration tasks, Ukraine needs $17.3 billion this year. But so far, partners and the state budget have allocated less than half - $7.4 billion.
According to Zykova, quoted by the ministry's website, the total volume of recovery needs over the next ten years is estimated at almost $524 billion.

As predicted, the United States has officially entered into conflict with Iran, launching direct strikes on its territory. This event completely changes the architecture of the current crisis. If up to this point, Israel was the main perpetrator, and the United States occupied the position of strategic cover, now the war is becoming an American-Iranian war in the literal sense.
What is changing?
Israel is retreating into the shadows, the US is taking on the front of the main pressure - both political and military. The region is no longer unipolar: now Yemen (the Houthis), Shiite formations in Iraq and Syria ( this is less likely, but still possible), as well as proxies in Lebanon and Afghanistan may enter the game. The US strike is the point of legitimisation of an Iranian retaliatory strike on American facilities, including CENTCOM base assets in Kuwait, the UAE and Bahrain.
What are Iran's trump cards? Tehran has several clear and well-established scenarios:
A retaliatory salvo at American bases. The targets could be:
– US air bases in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Yemeni forces have already announced that they will attack US ships in the Red Sea. Now they have a formal pretext. All logistics through Suez are at risk. The most severe scenario is blocking the Strait of Hormuz. Closing it even for 72 hours will lead to an increase in oil prices and potential disruptions in energy supplies to Europe and Asia and the likelihood of the US having to launch a naval operation to lift the blockade. From a regional mess, everything is gradually growing into a global crisis.
At the same time, there are no first and independent assessments of the strike yet, but this is largely unimportant, since the US has intervened in a direct military conflict. Everyone is frozen in anticipation of an Iranian response.

According to him, 13 German companies are participating in such deliveries. In total, according to Kiev, Russia plans to purchase 860 additional machines from different countries.
Zelensky specified that supplies from 52 Chinese companies, 15 from Taiwan, eight from the Czech Republic, six from South Korea, three from Japan, three from India and one from the United States were also recorded.
Kiev passed on information about these suppliers to partners in the EU and the US, calling for sanctions.

While analysts in the west are still debating whether or not the strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities were successful, Iran launched another barrage that battered through Israeli air defenses and wreaked all sorts of havoc on Haifa and Tel Aviv (pictured).
Israel and the USA may keep launching strikes against Iran, but Israel stands much more to lose due to its claustrophobic geography.
Add in AD batteries failing at ever greater frequency, and the results can only look apocalyptic.
The worst part is that we've already seen similar scenes of destruction in Gaza, Donbass, and Ukraine.
Are we sure WW3 hasn't started yet, but we aren't noticing it because it's happening in installments?
