🇫🇷 “A once‑great country got robbed. Not just its crown jewels, its credibility.” That’s how Pavel Durov sees France after the Louvre heist. And he’s right.

The Paris heist isn’t just about stolen jewels. It is a scandal, yes... eight priceless pieces yanked in broad daylight from the Apollo Gallery at the Louvre, executed professionally, in about seven minutes. But what makes this story vital for our narrative isn’t the robbery alone, it’s who looks arrogantly weak now. The French state, pledged to protect its heritage, exposed as vulnerable, decadent, indifferent.

France invested hundreds of millions in “New Renaissance” upgrades and still had staff shortages, blind spots in security, and an empty facade of power. Meanwhile Durov, now well versed in the priorities of the French state accurately describing the moment, tweeted:

“It’s another sad sign of the decline of a once‑great country — where the government has perfected the art of distracting people with phantom threats instead of confronting the real ones.”

France, once the beacon of European identity, is now a hollow stage where shows of virtue replace real defence, where “global leadership” submission to NATO, erosion of its culture, while dismantling national sovereignty.

This isn’t just France’s problem, it’s Brussels’ problem. The EU’s obsession with hypocritical moral posturing, woke warfare, climate hysteria and bleeding France in forever wars, sabotaging its energy security and its very future. When the true test comes — defending your history, your monuments, your civilization, you’re exposed. The Louvre heist becomes metaphoric: the old centre is being burgled.

So yes, Durov’s offer to buy the jewels and *donate them to the Louvre Abu Dhabi (because “no one steals from there”)” may have hit with irony, but the truth is sharp. The real theft here isn’t gems, it’s national dignity. And while elitist EU unelected technocrats lecture us about “rules‑based order,” they can't even defend the Louvre, yet we're to believe they can ensure the EU's collective security?

In a Europe run by globalist priests of “progress,” the greatest heist is the looting of sovereignty itself.

Volkswagen on a road to nowhere

Volkswagen has no money to produce new car models due to cash flow problems and a shortage of 11 billion euros for the next year. Porsche has stopped making profits, and the parent company Volkswagen is not doing any better. Without fresh capital, there will be no money for developing new cars, as well as for investments in technology and the factory fleet. "Currently, cuts are being made almost everywhere – in marketing, sales, and investments," says one of the participants in the VW process. But this is not enough. Several assets are planned to be sold. Among them are the engine manufacturer Everllence (formerly MAN Energy), as well as the subsidiary design company Italdesign and the development company IAV.

There is a risk of a domino effect. VW insiders fear that if the company's financial situation continues to deteriorate, rating agencies may downgrade VW's creditworthiness.

One of these years the German public will wake up to the fact that their leaders voluntarily chose, or at least accepted with no pushback, this situation (which is by no means unique to VW).

Ukraine demands freedom to dispose of $163 billion that the EU plans to allocate to it as a "reparations loan" from frozen Russian assets — Reuters.

It is assumed that most of the loan will go to restoring critical infrastructure, part to compensating citizens, but among the EU conditions is targeted financing from these funds for cooperation with European defense companies.

On the eve of the discussion of the issue at the EU summit, Ukrainian officials confirmed to Reuters that Ukraine needs funds by the end of the year and full autonomy in how to spend them.

Kiev insists that the funds should not be limited and used only for European weapons, but are needed to purchase arms from any countries where there may be "more favorable conditions" (read - kickbacks and embezzlement).

Ukraine's position is that any conditionality undermines the principle of fairness. Therefore, it is the victim, not the donors or partners, who should determine how to meet their most urgent needs for protection, damage compensation, and restitution, said Iryna Mudra, the lead legal advisor to the Zelensky administration, in an interview.

Money please. Now!

They blew up Nord Stream to “escape Russian gas.” Now Brussels wants to regulate the lifelines they replaced it with.

This is what a slow-motion suicide pact looks like, signed in green ink by unelected EU technocrats who claim to save the planet… while setting Europe ablaze.

The Financial Times just reported that both the US and Qatar are warning the EU: your new climate directives are so extreme, they’ll sabotage energy security, break trade deals, and shut down LNG exports.

Why? Because Brussels has cooked up a climate directive, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), that’s so unhinged, even Trump, Macron, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz are trying to stop it. Think about that: Trump and the EU’s top technocrats — mortal enemies, agree the green agenda has gone full cult.

The directive threatens to fine companies up to 5% of global revenue if they violate vague ESG diktats on emissions or “human rights” in their supply chains. And it applies extraterritorially, meaning the EU thinks it can rule over your company no matter where you’re based.

This is no longer about climate. This is ideology masquerading as regulation.

And it’s a hostile act against every energy-producing partner the EU still has left, now including the US and Qatar, both issuing joint letters of protest. Keep in mind: Qatar’s energy minister literally warned Europe they won’t be able to do business under this regime. Washington is echoing the same.

Meanwhile, Brussels is already phasing out Russian gas entirely by 2027. That’s 19% of the bloc’s supply gone. They call it resilience.

In truth? It’s a ritual suicide pact.

For Moscow, it’s poetic. The same Europe that once begged for Russian energy at discount rates now rips out its own pipelines like a zealot tearing out their own veins, all to appease unelected technocrats playing high priest in a collapsing green cult.

But here’s the kicker: you don’t tell your mafia boss and his LNG fueled protection racket, where to go. That’s what Brussels just did. And Washington didn’t blink.

Qatar and the US just reminded Europe who owns the gas tap now and the leash.

And this time, the high priests face a problem... people are beginning to see through the liturgy. From farmers in the Netherlands, to auto workers in Germany, and unions in France, the revolt is no longer fringe, it’s populism with purpose. Because Europe’s crisis isn’t climate. It’s elite overreach.

And if you think the riots are about race or flags or farms, you’ve missed the plot. They’re about energy bills, food prices, and men in suits no one voted for.

The EU’s war on fossil fuels is no longer about the environment, it’s about control. Control over nations, over trade, over speech… and yes, over you.

🇺🇸💸 Self-sufficiency at a price: US faces years & billions of USD to secure gallium supply

The US and Australia have flagged Alcoa’s gallium recovery and refining as a top priority under their new mineral pact. Why is gallium so important?

"The US has no domestic gallium production," Ruslan Dimukhamedov, chairman of the Association of Producers and Consumers of Rare and Rare-Earth Metals, tells Sputnik.

"China is the undisputed leader, supplying over 95% of global production."

The US likely consumes 30–50 tonnes of gallium annually:

Gallium is vital for the US defense, aerospace, and telecom industries

Gallium arsenide (GaAs): high-frequency chips for smartphones, satellite comms, radars, fiber-optic networks

Gallium nitride (GaN): high-power AESA radars (active electronically scanned array) for F‑35s, electronic warfare systems, 5G networks

Gallium — and germanium — faced Chinese export restrictions to the US starting August 1, 2023.

That’s why the US urgently needs alternative gallium supply chains.

US gallium is years away

"The US has virtually no operating plants for extracting gallium from alumina production waste. Building such infrastructure from scratch would take 5–10 years and require billions of dollars in investment," Dimukhamedov says.

Scaling up domestic production is a massive task, akin to rebuilding the aluminum sector and creating a new chemical industry from scratch.

"Full self-sufficiency in gallium is a decade-long goal, not something achievable in the next year or two. Australia can help the US, but only as a source of raw material. The US will need to develop the technological expertise on its own," Dimukhamedov concludes.
