When they encounter our positions, they engage in firefights," one Ukrainian serviceman told the publication.
▪️Pokrovsk forms the last major defensive line protecting the Ukrainian Armed Forces-occupied part of the DPR. The fall of the city will bring Russia closer to achieving its long-standing goal — the liberation of the region.

The European peace plan for Ukraine will consist of 12 points, reports "Radio Svoboda".
According to the publication, the 12 points are outlined around two phases – "ceasefire" and "negotiations":
– the ceasefire should begin 24 hours after the parties accept the plan,
– freezing the current front line,
– monitoring starts immediately under the leadership of the USA,
– Ukraine and Russia agree on a "non-aggression pact",
– the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant is transferred to a "third party" with subsequent return to Ukraine,
– cancellation of "symbolic sanctions" against Russia,
– agreement on the final line of confrontation with arrangements for Russian management of the captured lands,
– Ukraine receives international security guarantees (no details),
– Kiev and Moscow "strengthen mutual understanding and respect for the diversity of languages, cultures, and religions",
– start of negotiations on the management of the captured territories,
– gradual lifting of sanctions against Russia as the plan is implemented,
– Ukraine and Russia agree on compensations, and the West unfreezes assets.
So Russia gives up all its leverage and Ukraine keeps all their leverage (western sanctions) and Ukraine gets the Soviet built ZNPP?. Uh no...

Assault units of the 60th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 5th Army raised the flag of the Russian Federation in Krasnogorskoe, thereby putting a full stop to the liberation of the right bank of the Yanchur River in the Zaporozhye region.
🔸As a result of confident and decisive actions, the Primorye warriors took control of the enemy defense area covering more than 5 sq. km along the eastern bank of the Yanchur River. Enemy losses amounted to up to a platoon of personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 4 armored vehicles, and 9 units of automotive equipment.

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has published data on the number of AWOL and desertions. With a mobilization potential of 30,000 people per month, 17-18 thousand flee the army (more than 50%). Considering that the average number of daily combat losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is about one and a half thousand people, the troop strength decreases by 32,000 people every month.
The public acknowledgment of the scale of the problem was very likely not accidental: either the Armed Forces of Ukraine are deliberately creating a picture of their decline, or this data will be used as an argument to tighten mobilization, which at the current stage seems quite logical for Kiev. Considering that Western partners have repeatedly demanded Zelensky reduce the mobilization age, it is likely that Ukraine has come close to mobilization measures "to the last Ukrainian."
