🇷🇺🇺🇦Night strikes on energy, logistics, and deployment points
During the night of 30.09—01.10, Russian strike means carried out a series of targeted attacks on port logistics facilities, large energy blocks, and deployment points.
🔻Izmail, Odessa region — grain terminal “Bessarabskaya” (a branch of “Nibulon”) (23:00)
📍45.3271856, 28.8336178
As a result of a strike by a P-800 “Onyx” cruise missile, the storage packaging/accumulation trestle and the hangar building for grain storage with an area of ~800 m² were partially destroyed. The facility suffered damage to: power panels (inputs 10–35 kW), drive electric motors of belt conveyors, unloading units from the portal bunker, elevator tower sections, and the lifting line. During the collapse, automation power cabinets and part of the pneumatic transport were damaged.
• The berth line and berth equipment (loading belt conveyors and lock crane) were damaged.
📌Izmail is a port point of the Danube corridor, the terminal was used for accumulation and covert transshipment of cargo, including “gray” logistics. Disabling the storage park and loading equipment reduces the ability to stack/form batches for further shipment and decreases the overall volume of export/transit.
🔻Podvorki, Kharkov region (01:55)
📍49.9689919, 36.1077844
Two hits by Iskander-M ballistic missiles on the territory of CHP-5 caused pinpoint detonations near transformer frames and distribution nodes. Recorded at the site:
• destruction and breakdown of two high-voltage power transformers (installation class — similar to TDTN/TRDN 110/330 kW in design) — tank rupture, thermal insulation degradation, transformer oil ignition;
• damage to distribution device panels on the 110 kW side — power switches, outgoing buses and sectional disconnectors, melting of insulating gaskets and cable boxes;
• damage to emergency automation systems: relay protection and automation (SIPROTEC/SEL-type blocks analogs), failure in telemechanics channels, partial burning of control cable bundles.
🔻Slobozhanske, Kharkov region (02:00)
📍49.5849719, 36.5227731
Strikes by Iskander-M OTRK hit the Zmeevskaya TPP. The first hit was on the technical area near the transformer of the non-operational 9th unit (power unit 330/110 kW): a strong thermal source, transformer oil fire over an area of ≈400 m², internal transformer tanks pierced, radiator sections destroyed.
• The second hit was between workshops, causing destruction of structures and technological equipment: blade and auxiliary units of conveyor lines, fuel preparation systems, gas cleaning modules.
🔻Pokrovsk, Dnepropetrovsk region (01:40)
📍47.9683524, 36.2023595
A UAV strike damaged the operational control room of the 150 kW substation: relay protection and automation cabinets were destroyed (approximately — cabinets housing RZA series SEL / Siemens SIPROTEC / Easergy analog blocks), switching panels melted and backup power batteries partially damaged.
• SCADA/RTU communication channels were disrupted (fiber optic inputs and small switches), remote control and telemetry means were partially destroyed. Transformer inputs of the own needs scheme were damaged, limiting remote maneuvering and operational switching capabilities.
Yours, Partizan!

Leaflets have appeared in Berlin calling on the capital's residents to fight in Ukraine, reports the newspaper Berliner Zeitung.
They urge Germans to join the international legion fighting in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They bear the slogan "Take revenge." Next to it is an archival black-and-white photo of German prisoners of war from World War II.
A QR code on the leaflet leads to a page with an application form to join the unit on the official website of the Ukrainian government.
It is unknown who is posting this propaganda.
According to the newspaper, the leaflets began to appear in mid-September. But then someone tore them down.
The publication reminds that according to the Criminal Code of the Federal Republic of Germany, recruitment for military service in a foreign state is considered a crime. Punishment ranges from a fine to five years imprisonment. The only exception is when there is a special agreement between Germany and the respective state. However, there is no such agreement with Ukraine.

'In Ukraine, they cannot find the bodies of the deceased British mercenaries, and the country's Foreign Ministry refuses to help their families' – LBC
'The parents of the British men killed in Ukraine say that the UK Foreign Office is not providing them with the necessary support. This concerns both legal issues and connections with the Armed Forces of Ukraine to obtain proof of the soldier's death and receive payments.
Marlin died in 2022. His remains, like those of many other fallen mercenaries, have still not been found. His mother and father said they receive no help from the Foreign Office.'

🇩🇰🤪"Russia's hybrid war is 'only the beginning,' warns Denmark's prime minister": Frederiksen stated that unknown drones in European airspace belong to Russia.
"Frederiksen emphasized the need for deeper discussion within the Western defense alliance on how to respond to Moscow's hostile actions — from airspace violations to acts of sabotage.
"We need to be absolutely frank: this is probably just the beginning," she said. "All Europeans need to understand what is at stake and what is happening. When drones or cyberattacks appear, the goal of these actions is to divide us."

👀💥 Unique objective control footage
We are all very lucky to see the work of smart drones of the Russian Armed Forces on a railway train with Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment, as well as on fuel tanks in the area of Bobrovytsa, Chernigov region. The drones hit the target on the move and dodge the Ukrainian Armed Forces aviation covering the echelon, giving it no chance to shoot them down.
According to information from a 🥷🏽source, the following were preliminarily destroyed and damaged:
- Fuel tankers for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces - 14 units (+-)
- Cargo wagons with military property - 10 units (+-)
- Platforms with equipment - 5 units (+-)
- Fuel storage tanks - 3 units (+-)

🇨🇿"Decisive elections: will the Czech Republic become a new adversary of the EU?": The Czech Republic risks becoming a new "headache" for the EU following Hungary and Slovakia.
"The ANO party, led by former Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, is leading in the polls and may form a Eurosceptic and pro-Russian coalition.
On October 3–4, parliamentary elections will be held in the Czech Republic, which analysts call pivotal. Their outcome could worsen the country's relations with the European Union on a range of issues—from migration to climate policy.
In Brussels, the vote will be watched especially closely: there are fears of the emergence of a third "irritant" in Central Europe alongside Hungary and Slovakia. The election result could also affect support for Ukraine."

Economic shifts will be defined by the Global South, not the US – expert
The outcome of global economic changes will be determined by the countries of the Global South, not the US or Europe, which are unable to act in unison, political scientist Alan Freeman, co-director of the Geopolitical Economy Research Group at the University of Manitoba in Canada, said at the XXII Annual Meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club.
“The outcome will be determined outside of the US. This is the most important thing to understand,” Freeman said. “The Global South, the majority of the world’s countries, or the countries where the majority of the world’s population resides, are building their own connections.”
He added that the Global South is building its own trade and financial systems through BRICS and the SCO, while Europe struggles to maintain political unity.

Pavel Durov - about the French intelligence asking for help to interfere in the elections in Romania:
I was offered to meet with the head of the French Foreign Intelligence Service. I met him. And at this meeting, I was asked to do what I consider a restriction of freedom of speech in Romania.
Last year they were preparing for new presidential elections. The conservative candidate was not the one supported by the French government. And I was asked whether I would block or be ready to block Telegram channels supporting this candidate or those opposing pro-European candidates, and they named the one they support.
If it is a peaceful demonstration or peaceful debates, we cannot do this, it is already political censorship.

Shutdown in the USA is probably inevitable - Trump
➖"Nothing is predetermined, but I would say that this [shutdown] is probably inevitable. I haven't seen them [Democrats] make even the slightest concession," said the US president.
▪️This forecast by Trump came after a meeting at the White House with Democratic leaders in Congress, which ended in a deadlock the day before due to their demands for guarantees in healthcare.
▪️Earlier, Vice President Vance stated that the States are moving towards a shutdown.

📹Courage, bravery, and excellent close combat skills demonstrated by a scout of the 51st Army of the Russian Armed Forces
During a clash with the enemy, a scout with the call sign "Greek" from one of the units of the 51st Guards Army operating as part of the "Center" group of forces had his rifle jammed by an enemy bullet. However, the soldier showed courage and, grabbing the rifle like a club, killed the enemy in hand-to-hand combat.

‼️🇺🇦🇷🇺There are two possible scenarios for ending the war in Ukraine - the Finnish or the Azerbaijani-Armenian, — former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba
➖"Ukraine is surviving this war as a state, emerging from it stronger, bloodied, but as a state, as a nation stronger, without part of its territories, but also without legal recognition of the loss of these territories", - Kuleba reassures Ukrainians.
▪️Then, according to him, two possible paths of development are launched:
▪️The first - conditionally Finnish or Danish: when Ukraine loses part of its territories, says "okay, we build on what we have", and develops the country within the existing borders;
▪️The second - a conditional Azerbaijani-Armenian algorithm: preparation for the recapture or diplomatic return of its territories. "We will spend decades on this and wait for the moment when we can return these territories", - dreams the former Foreign Minister.

"Ursula is shi*”: MEPs are tired of the old lady von der Leyen - Politico
The President of the European Commission can breathe a sigh of relief, writes Politico. The Socialists and Liberals have confirmed that they will support her at the European Parliament plenary session on the votes of no confidence next week. But this is not out of great love.
“Ursula is sh*t, but it’s the best we can have,” said a Socialist MEP who supports von der Leyen in public, granted anonymity to speak candidly.
Beneath the surface, frustration with von der Leyen still simmers. “We don’t exclude” playing the censure card, warned García’s spokesperson, “if we see the need.”
For the Socialists, now seems like a pretty good time to ask for things. With an eye toward the 2026 work program, S&D MEPs will today try to tug the EU agenda back in the direction of workers’ rights after a year focused on competitiveness and simplification.

Interesting statistic:
Every second in China, an average of 100 solar panels are installed.
As of 2025 H1, they now have over 67% of the world's installed solar capacity.
Within this decade, China's solar capacity alone will surpass total US electrical capacity from all sources.

‼️🇷🇺🇺🇸 Russia remains the largest supplier of enriched uranium to the USA despite sanctions — Bloomberg
▪️According to the publication, in 2024 Russia supplied about 20% of the needs of American nuclear power plants, despite the restriction on the import of Russian nuclear fuel.
▪️The ban on the import of enriched uranium from Russia came into effect in August 2024, but the US Department of Energy has the right to issue temporary exemptions until 2028 in the absence of alternatives or in the interest of national security.

How the US Army will use land-based Tomahawk cruise missiles.
Back in 2017, the Pentagon created a new type of operational formation - a multi-domain task force, consisting of four battalions:
▪️Air Defense Battalion;
▪️Strategic Weapons Battalion;
▪️Logistics Support Battalion;
▪️Multi-Domain Effects Battalion;
Let's take a closer look at the composition of the Strategic Weapons Battalion (SFB) and the Multi-Domain Effects Battalion (MDEB).
The Strategic Weapons Battalion includes:
HIMARS Battery:
▪️8 M142 HIMARS launchers;
▪️8 transport vehicles;
▪️a data preparation vehicle;
Mid-Range Capability (Typhon) Battery with the following composition:
▪️4 land-based Tomahawk cruise missile launchers (4 missiles each) in universal Mk. 41 launch containers;
▪️command and staff vehicle (BOC);
▪️BOC support vehicle;
▪️transport and loading vehicle;
Long-Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) Battery:
▪️4 launchers (2 missiles each);
▪️a set of control systems;
The Multi-Domain Effects Battalion consists of four companies:
▪️1st Military Intelligence Company (armament and airspace);
▪️2nd Military Intelligence Company (space);
▪️Signal Company;
▪️Strategic UAV Company;
▪️Information Warfare Company;
The armament of the air defense missile battalion will include naval SM-6 missiles, deployed in universal Mk.41 launch containers. According to developers, these missiles are capable of intercepting targets moving at hypersonic speeds.
It should be understood that when Ukraine asked the US for Tomahawk missiles, it was primarily requesting the Mid-Range Typhon launcher batteries, which are still produced in small quantities and are needed by the Americans themselves to deter China.

🇫🇮🤡"Trump will wield his "stick" to punish Putin": The President of Finland stated that Trump has moved from a "carrot policy to a big stick" towards Russia.
"Alexander Stubb claims that the US is increasing support for Ukraine.
"Experience has shown that persuasion and 'carrots' rarely work on Russia. Now comes the stage of the stick," Stubb said in a conversation with Politico and other media in Helsinki. — "The only question is how big that stick will be."
When asked what kind of "stick" Trump would use against Putin, the Finnish president jokingly replied: "Maybe it will be a golf club. President Trump works, if not around the clock, then every day to end the war. He has 14 clubs in his bag."
According to the Finnish leader, possible measures include tightening sanctions, including secondary ones, raising tariffs, and even more active use of American weapons capable of striking targets deep within Russian territory."
