'We know that Putin got his basic ideas about morality in the sports section from his coach. This coach was not only a judo coach but more about criminal concepts and attitudes towards people. Putin had such a coach. But how is it that millions of Russians, who did not have such a coach, think the same way as their leader?'

BREAKING: INTEL SOURCES EYE POSSIBLE FOREIGN COMPONENT IN KIRK ASSASSINATION
A source inside the intelligence community says investigators are examining a possible foreign link to Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Officials are reportedly reviewing activity from groups of interest in the Salt Lake City area, tied to recent overseas operations and intelligence shared by a U.S. ally.
While not confirmed as connected to the shooting, the lead is being taken seriously and could spark further action. Investigators stress all theories remain open.
Now it’s getting spicy. So…. is the last name ending in -chuk or -berg?

Drones in Poland are the same as the green men in Crimea’ — Ze, high, calls for World War III.
‘In my opinion, the scariest thing is that this attack resembles Crimea. Well, psychologically... And how is it different? It’s just that now the war is technological: no longer are ‘green men’ — people in green uniforms who come and enter your territory — needed.
Today, drones perform the same role on the territory of Poland.
I think it’s unsafe when someone, for example, the USA, sends a signal,
as it was with us in Crimea, or some partners also send signals…
But the main thing — you know, is not to let the situation escalate. Right? And the internal situation in the country is such that the main thing is for everything to go very calmly. And I think that’s why, for me, this is very similar to Crimea.’

Lukashenko stated that Russia is ready to fulfill agreements with the US on resolving the Ukrainian conflict. However, in his opinion, the end of the war depends on the countries of Europe and Zelensky.
"Russia is ready to fulfill the agreements reached with the Americans. We have already discussed this with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The question is for the Europeans and Zelensky," said the Belarusian president.
Lukashenko added that the leaders of the European Union countries and the President of Ukraine hope to win the war, but he believes that this is impossible.
The EU and Ukraine have given up on the military option and think economic sanctions can bring Russia to its knees.

IMF Sees Bigger Hole in Ukraine Funding Through 2027 - Bloomberg
The IMF has determined that Ukraine's funding needs over the next two years may be as much as $20B higher than the government in Kiev estimates.
The discrepancy emerged during meetings IMF staff held in Kiev to discuss external financing for 2026 and 2027, and reconciling the differences is crucial before the IMF considers Ukraine's request for a new loan program.
The IMF estimates that Ukraine's total funding needs will be between $10B and $20B higher than Kiev’s projections of as much as $37.5B over two years.
Ukraine is already facing some difficulties in mobilizing additional aid from its major partners. The contribution from the US, Kiev’s biggest donor at the start of the full-scale invasion, has dwindled since Trump’s return, making the EU the largest provider of financial assistance.
Most of the financing from the IMF’s current $15.5B package has already been disbursed. The program envisaged the war ending this year and expires in 2027. PM Yuliia Svyrydenko is seeking approval for the new package from the IMF’s board by the end of the year.
Gimme moneys, more moneys.

Fear in Uniform: Warsaw’s 40k Troops Pre-Zapad - What's really going on?
Poland has surged 40,000 troops to its eastern frontier in the run-up to Zapad-2025 (Sept 12–16), Russian-Belarusian military exercise.
Move comes just 48 hours after multiple drone intrusions into Polish airspace (Sept 10–11), which Warsaw (Tusk) blames on Russia and raised at the UN and NATO.
Deployment dovetails with “Tarcza Wschod” (Shield-East), Poland’s multi-year border fortification program.
Official (Bullshit) Narrative (Warsaw & NATO)
Defensive posture: Presented as a response to Russian/Belarusian “provocations” and drones breaching Polish airspace.
Border hardening: Safeguard critical infrastructure and prevent “hybrid threats” like migration or sabotage.
Alliance solidarity: Signal to NATO that Poland is the reliable frontline (new tip of the spear), syncing with allied air policing and readiness.
Real factors...
NATO Command, Not Warsaw’s Autonomy
Poland is not driving strategy; Washington and Brussels are. The 40k deployment is framed as outsourced sovereignty, Warsaw predictably executes, NATO commands.
Logistics Corridor as Target
Rzeszow–Lvov is not only the lifeline but also the Achilles heel. By massing troops there, Poland makes itself the first strike target if escalation comes.
Kaliningrad / Suwałki = Bait
Rather than just pressure points, NATO trying to tempt Moscow into overreaction around Kaliningrad or the Suwałki corridor. In Russian doctrine, those are “trap zones” where NATO wants a flashpoint it can then exploit diplomatically.
Domestic Politics = Dependency
Instead of Poland’s government securing legitimacy,.the political class survives only by inflating the Russian threat and milking NATO contracts, a cycle of dependency, not empowerment. Add in 5% GDP spend Russia knows Poland cannot sustain as it's not a self sufficient land mass like Russia.
Narrative Control = Maskirovka Fail
Poland’s move is actually too obvious. By massing 40k pre-Zapad, Warsaw shows fear, not initiative, telegraphing to Moscow that Poland expects Zapad to expose NATO weaknesses.
So let’s dispense with the theatre. Poland isn’t “fortifying the frontier”, it’s militarizing itself into geopolitical irrelevance, a glorified logistics hub dressed up as a nation-state. Forty thousand troops don’t signal strength. They scream panic. As Zapad-2025 begins, it won’t be Moscow sweating? it’ll be the vassals who turned their soil into a staging ground, their budget into a burn pit, and their sovereignty into a souvenir. Poland just became the front line, and the first to fall if the West miscalculates again.

Why is the US ambassador to NATO getting into the anti- India act?
This rhetoric about the “ free world” is a complete sham.
Countries like India would like to free themselves from the unreasonable dictates and demands of this so- called free world .
The US will pressure G7 countries to hit India and China with sharply higher tariffs for buying Russian oil in an attempt to force Moscow into peace talks with Ukraine, according to four people briefed on the plans.
In a video call on Friday, finance ministers from the Group of Seven leading economies will discuss a US proposal for a round of new measures as Trump increases his effort to broker a peace deal in Ukraine.
The US president this week urged the EU to impose up to 100 per cent tariffs on China and India but is now expanding the push to include G7 allies.
“Chinese and Indian purchases of Russian oil are funding Putin’s war machine and prolonging the senseless killing of the Ukrainian people,” said a US Treasury department spokesperson.
“Earlier this week, we made it clear to our EU allies that if they are serious about ending the war in their own backyard, they need to join us and impose meaningful tariffs that will be rescinded the day the war ends,”
The spokesperson declined to state a figure for the planned tariffs but people familiar with the situation said the US had proposed levels of between 50 and 100%
EU officials know that imposing such steep tariffs on two key trading partners would be difficult given the economic impact and likely retaliation from Beijing. The bloc is hoping to seal a trade deal with New Delhi within weeks as it seeks closer ties with a rising Asian power.
That, three European officials said, would require Trump to put pressure on Hungary and Slovakia, two countries led by pro-Russian leaders who continue to buy Russian oil via pipeline and have vetoed tougher EU sanctions in the past.
Sounds like more imperialism…

I suspect even the Poles would laugh at this:
‘Two years ago, we suggested shooting down drones on approach, but that no longer works. This is needed as an element that will strengthen defense over the western part of Ukraine and over Poland, but it is only one element, and it is not enough. Air defense systems need to be stationed in the western part of our country. Polish air defense systems and aviation can also be used on Polish territory, but there needs to be overall coordination, and preferably, Ukraine should carry out the coordination.’
Donald Trump had a tense phone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over strikes on the Hamas headquarters in Doha, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing sources.
The publication writes that the American leader was outraged by the strike on the territory of a close U.S. ally, calling the attack unwise. Netanyahu explained that there was a small window of time to carry out the strike, and Israel took advantage of this opportunity.
The politicians then spoke again. According to WSJ, this conversation took place in a warmer atmosphere. Trump asked how successful the strike was, but Netanyahu could not give a precise answer.
As the publication notes, even being a staunch supporter of Israel, Trump is increasingly disappointed in Netanyahu due to his aggressive actions, which are coordinated without Washington's involvement and contradict the Republican's goals in the Middle East.

🇪🇺🤡"The European Union is considering an accelerated phase-out of Russian oil and gas under pressure from the US": America is trying to remove Russia from the European energy market.
"According to a White House representative, last week Trump urged European leaders to stop purchasing Russian oil. He also proposed imposing tariffs of up to 100% on China and India to increase pressure on Moscow.
EU purchases of Russian gas remain significantly higher. According to the European Commission, about 13% will come from Russia this year.
