Is the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory (UINP) falsifying the history of UPA crimes against Poles?
The UINP, recently headed by nationalist, Azov member Oleksandr Alforov, labels the Polish civilians killed by the UPA as “victims of Soviet repressions.”
The case concerns a reburial ceremony of the remains of 42 people—women, men, and children—discovered in the village of Puzhnyky, Ternopil region. During the war, the village was inhabited mainly by Poles.
UPA documents confirm that the “Grey Wolves” company carried out an action against this village in February 1945.
However, the UINP website avoids any mention of the UPA. Instead, it identifies the perpetrators of the crime as the Soviets. In addition to that it states that the people simply “died during World War II.”

Between 1,000 and "several thousand" US mercenaries are fighting in Ukraine, the New York Times estimated, with at least 92 of them killed in action.
The ‘volunteers’ include former soldiers and those with no military background.
The newspaper says many soon leave after experiencing the brutal realities of combat or ask to be transferred to "logistics."
Mercenaries from various countries, including Colombia, South Korea, Poland and France are fighting in Ukraine, suffering heavy losses under Russian airstrikes.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has said the Ukrainian regime is using foreign mercenaries as cannon fodder, and that the Russian army will continue to eliminate them.

The Russian fleet has received its first fiber-optic maritime drone, Russian public sources claim.
It is reported that it can strike on its own like a kamikaze and carry FPV drones, which can also be used to attack Ukrainian maritime drones.
Ukrainian specialized media believe that such a drone cannot travel more than 100 km or carry much payload. But it is quite enough to deliver several FPV drones and strike Nikolaev, Odessa, and Kherson from the left bank of the Kherson region.
