Europe, especially Germany, is heavily dependent on Russian raw materials, on Russian energy, particularly for our industry. Gauleiter UrSSula von der Fuehrer announced in an interview with the Financial Times that Europe has "a detailed plan for sending troops to Ukraine", with a "clear roadmap" for possible deployments. She emphasized the importance of security guarantees for Ukraine, also supported by the United States, with an agreement confirmed by the White House.
Von der Leyen added that European capitals are developing plans for a multinational troop deployment, with guaranteed American support, as reiterated by President Trump.
However, she did not specify which countries would participate or whether the deployment would take place even without a ceasefire.

- The pilot circled over Plovdiv airport for about an hour and eventually decided to land manually using analog maps.
- Throughout the airport zone, GPS was disabled due to interference, "this was considered Russian interference," writes FT.
- EU governments warned that the increase in GPS interference, blamed on Russia, could lead to a major air disaster, effectively blinding commercial planes during flight.
