Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22 years old are allowed to leave the country during martial law.

Germany is rapidly losing industrial jobs, writes DW.
According to consulting firm Ernst & Young, the German automotive industry lost about 51,500 jobs in a year - approximately 6.7% of the total employed in the sector.
About 17,000 jobs were cut in mechanical engineering, and more than 12,000 in metallurgy.
However, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries remained almost unaffected.
Overall, the number of jobs in Germany's industry decreased by about 114,000 - 2.1% - over the year.
The turnover of German industry in the second quarter of this year fell by 2.1% - the eighth consecutive quarterly decline. Reasons include high energy costs and competition from Asia.
