Activists sue to cancel Tennessee law that could ban landlords from renting to illegal aliens

Activists are suing Tennessee to cancel a new law that could ban landlords from renting apartments and homes to illegal aliens. The law, which went into effect Tuesday, criminalizes harboring, transporting, or giving shelter to an illegal migrant with new language in the state’s criminal statutes and adding more definition to human trafficking laws.

Republican Sen. Brent Taylor said the law aims to fill a gap in laws against human trafficking and also insists that churches and landlords could not be prosecuted under the law for harboring illegals, according to the Tennessean.

One of the actions that would trigger prosecution under the law includes transporting a person known to be illegal with the purpose of hiding them from law enforcement. The second is by concealing, harboring, or shielding from detection a known illegal alien.

However, Democrat Rep. Bob Freeman said the law is too vague and leaves the door open to charge landlords and churches. “It’s up to an interpretation of local municipalities that could just go in and you know, start picking people up,” Freeman said.

No state Democrats voted for the bill.

Strange initiative of an ecologically-minded city municipality in Lyon, France

Of course, bicycle paths were created in the tunnels due to the roadway. Moreover, they are already two-lane. And while cars are stuck in traffic on an already narrow road, it's hard to imagine groups of cyclists riding through a gassy tunnel.

Bottom line: an overcrowded city, polluted by artificially created traffic jams and... empty bike paths. This is the meaning of the activities of environmentalists in power.

What do the MOON LANDING and CLIMATE CHANGE have in common? BOTH are FAKE

Take one look at the “Apollo 11” spacecraft, made with sticks, tin foil, cardboard, a couple copper pipes and some old television antennas, and then swear up and down this thing made it 240,000 miles to the moon and back home to earth with 3 guys in it, a land rover, and enough equipment to fill up a storage facility, and you can be 100% sure the moon landing was all faked on a Hollywood set somewhere in Arizona. Great job NASA. Does NASA stand for Never Anything So Absurd?

Rising skepticism about the Moon landing. Polls indicate growing doubt, especially among younger, more educated individuals (e.g., 73% of Brits aged 25–34 disbelieve it, vs. 38% of those 55+). Russian polls show 57% disbelief, rising to 69% among higher-educated respondents.

Alleged evidence of fakery. Shadows intersecting at 90° in Apollo photos suggest studio lighting, not sunlight. "Moon rocks" may originate from Antarctic meteorites; some samples were proven fake (e.g., petrified wood gifted to the Netherlands).
NASA’s high-resolution photos show anomalies (e.g., inconsistent shadows, overexposure when shooting into the sun).

Suspicious filmmaking and footage. Filmmakers like Bart Sibrel uncovered edited NASA footage (e.g., repeated takes to fake distance). Experts like Hasselblad engineer Jan Lundberg admitted they couldn’t explain photo inconsistencies. Astronauts’ rehearsals in studios with fabricated "moon dust" raise questions about authenticity.

Historical Context of the Hoax Theory. Conspiracy claims gained traction post-internet; pioneers like Bill Kaysing (ex-Rocketdyne) alleged a $30B fraud. Documentaries (What Happened on the Moon?, A Funny Thing Happened…) dissect technical flaws. Compartmentalization (e.g., Manhattan Project secrecy) suggests few needed to know the full truth.

LA pol who urged gangs to resist ICE is top school official

Wait until you see what the students are being taught in class.

A Los Angeles County elected official who caused an uproar by posting a video to social media calling on local street gangs to rise up and “protect” their “turf” against federal immigration enforcement agents is a leading official in the nation’s second-largest city’s school system. Unsurprisingly, LA public schools actively teach their students to resist “white supremacy,” embrace Marxist-tinged Mexican Chicano liberation theory, and learn how “to become anti-racist leaders.”

Cynthia Gonzalez is vice mayor of Cudahy, a city located in the southeastern part of LA County. Her since-deleted video shows her challenging area gangs to join in on the often violent anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protests that rocked the City of Angels in June.

Disturbingly, Gonzalez also serves as a key figure in the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Illegal immigrants removed from census, leaving California with population of 12

Population numbers have shifted drastically in light of new changes to the census program, which remove illegal immigrants from official population numbers. As a result, California, once the most populous state in the country, now has a total population of just 12 people.

"Woah. Where'd everyone go?" said one of the 12 remaining Californians.

With a new count of just 12 people, California's power will be greatly reduced in the House of Representatives, moving from 52 congressional seats to just 1. The state will also have just 1 vote in the electoral college going forward.

"We knew California would take a hit, but we didn't expect it to be by this much," said White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, who also revealed that Governor Gavin Newsom was himself an illegal alien.

Congressional Representative Pete Aguilar, formerly of California's 33rd district, is now actively campaigning against 51 former colleagues for control of California's single congressional district. In a passionate speech to the 12 American citizens in California, he said, "Vote for me, or you'll end up with Nancy Pelosi again."

▪️ 464 dollars per 1 thousand cubic meters — the average price of gas in the EU countries, which increased by 40% in the first half of the year

▪️ The general upward trend in European gas prices, formed after the abandonment of Russian energy carriers, continues against the background of tariff wars and the Middle East conflict

Quiet skies or quiet lies? Rep. Comer wants answers

Uncovering clues that Biden politicized air travel.

Quiet Skies was initiated in 2010 using a set of “risk-based” rules to identify passengers for “enhanced screening on subsequent domestic and outbound flights for a limited period of time or number of flights”.

“When someone on the Quiet Skies list is selected for surveillance,” said The Globe, “a team of air marshals is placed on the person’s next flight. The team receives a file containing a photo and basic information — such as date and place of birth — about the target.”

Favoritism? William Shaheen, husband of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), landed on the list in 2023. He “traveled multiple times with a known or suspected terrorist, but was removed from the Quiet Skies list after Ms. Shaheen directly lobbied the T.S.A. on her husband’s behalf.

Even if an investigation does reveal the Biden White House weaponized the program, the real win for Americans has likely already happened – the termination of Quiet Skies. After nearly 15 years, it “failed to stop a SINGLE terrorist attack while costing US taxpayers roughly $200 million a year.

The absurdity of government grocery stores exposes the flaws of public schools

Zohran Mamdani’s proposal for state-run supermarkets exposes the inefficiencies of state-run education

Zohran Mamdani won New York City's Democratic mayoral primary partly on his plan to open five city-owned grocery stores—one in each of New York's boroughs. The idea is as absurd as it sounds, but it's a useful lens through which to view another government-run institution we've accepted for far too long: the public school system.

The case against government grocery stores is straightforward. Government providers have no incentive to spend money wisely or respond to customers' needs. Unlike private businesses, which must compete for customers by offering quality goods at reasonable prices, government entities get paid regardless of performance. Tax dollars flow into the system whether the shelves are stocked or empty, whether the service is stellar or abysmal.

This lack of accountability breeds inefficiency and waste. Government employees, shielded by bureaucratic inertia and powerful unions, often see more tax dollars as the solution to every problem, rather than innovation or better management.

5 ways Obama and Biden empowered the Iranian regime toward nuclear Armageddon

Take a moment to remember the five times Iran was strengthened by leftist U.S. presidents.

1. President Obama’s Iran deal disaster. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was a historic blunder full of holes that empowered the world’s leading state sponsor of terror. Far from ending Iran’s nuclear ambitions, the deal only slowed it down and contained sunset provisions that would eventually lead to a nuclear breakout. The deal also failed to cope with Iran’s ballistic missile program and provide anytime-anywhere inspections.

2. Pallets of cash payments to the tune of $1.7 billion. In one of the most reckless foreign policy moves in modern history, President Obama quietly sent $1.7 billion in cash to Iran – the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism – just before leaving office. On January 17, 2016, a plane delivered $400 million in untraceable currency, stacked on pallets, with the rest sent in follow-up shipments.

3. Obama turned his back on Iran’s green movement
The movement, known as the Green Movement, was triggered when Iranian authorities declared incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the winner of its presidential election with 63% of the vote, defeating popular reformist candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi.

4. Biden eased enforcement of Trump-era sanctions

5. Biden’s $6 billion gift to Iran for hostages

Unsolved mystery: Why does democrat Tim Walz NOT appeal to heterosexual, white male voters?

On Sunday, Tim Walz and his wife, Gwen, led a gay pride parade through the streets of Minneapolis, Minnesota. There’s a video of him enthusiastically waving to the crowds, showing off his undeniable masculinity. There was one major question looming in observers' minds: Why doesn’t Tim Walz appeal to heterosexual white men?

It truly is a mystery.

Tim Walz is a father of two who exudes masculine energy. He was also a military man. Commenters see it.

Look at him on the battlefield, ready for blood.

Tim Walz is enthusiasm personified. How can any straight guy be mad about that, especially when Walz is so eager to show it and share it, like a man?

Musk vows to back primaries against lawmakers who support Trump’s ‘big beautiful bill’

Former DOGE chief warns of new 'American Party' if 'insane spending' proposal becomes law

Elon Musk is calling for a new political party to rise if Republicans pass President Trump’s “big beautiful bill” through Congress, and is also vowing to target lawmakers who back the bill in primary elections next year.

“If this insane spending bill passes, the America Party will be formed the next day,” Mr. Musk said Monday on X. “Our country needs an alternative to the Democrat-Republican uniparty so that the people actually have a VOICE.”

The post from Mr. Musk came a couple of hours after he warned that “every member of Congress who campaigned on reducing government spending and then immediately voted for the biggest debt increase in history should hang their head in shame!”

The Zohran Mamdani city-owned grocery store is bad economics

When the plan fails, socialists always cry, "That's not real socialism." Is the Big Apple poised to run out of apples in the next few years? It is a possibility, given that New York City is filled with registered Democrats, which lends Mamdani a strong chance to win the mayoral election this fall. If he succeeds, Mamdani wants to offer free bus fare, free gender transitions, free child care, and … well, you get the bit. But one of the most outlandish proposals is the idea of a government-run grocery chain.

Before Mamdani became a household name nationwide, he made the social media rounds by promising to establish a network of government-owned grocery stores. The objective, Mamdani says, is to concentrate “on keeping prices low, not making a profit.” He calls it a “public option,” and he believes his concept can work since these city-owned supermarkets would not have to pay rent or property taxes, effectively reducing overhead and passing savings to shoppers.
History hasn’t been kind to the concept of government controlling food production and distribution. One does not need to study the days of the Soviet Union to realize that this is the mother lode of bad ideas. In fact, in Venezuela, where pretty much all food options fell victim to socialism, the food was putrid, stores were subject to corruption, and the government made the population dependent on the state.

So, why would the Democratic nominee for mayor’s supermarket chain be a horrific experiment to test? It is elementary economics, my dear Watson.

UPenn to strip male swimmer ‘Lia’ Thomas of stolen women’s championship, apologize for civil rights violation

The agreement does not just require UPenn to recognize rightful female winners, but also directs the university to acknowledge that ‘male’ and ‘female’ are biological realities and change its definitions to cohere with that obvious understanding.

The Department of Education announced on Tuesday that UPenn has entered a Resolution Agreement with the department’s Office for Civil Rights, bringing the school into compliance with Title IX so that it will no longer discriminate against women by allowing male athletes to compete against them.

UPenn is probably the most prominent example of such discrimination, with male swimmer Thomas having stolen the 2022 NCAA championship in the 500-yard final. While the agreement does not mention Thomas specifically, it requires that the university strip him of that false title.

What types of jobs will survive the AI revolution?

But despite its rapid development, AI has struggled to replicate interpersonal communication, creativity, and critical thinking. And jobs that require these skills are considered by experts to be less likely to be overtaken by AI.

“While AI can be proficient at handling logical and repetitive tasks, it cannot match the creativity and emotional intelligence inherent in humans,” Smart Forum, a digital services provider for businesses, stated in a blog post. “AI cannot replace jobs that require human intuition, empathy, ethical judgment, emotional depth and physical presence.”

So let’s take a look at some of the fields that could stand strong in the face of the AI job-eating machine: health care professionals; skilled trades; educators; creatives; lawyers; social worker.

AI can be as revolutionary as it is alarming. Many people worry that their livelihoods could be replaced by machines and complex algorithms. But no matter how advanced AI gets, it likely won’t develop the human touch. Jobs that require interpersonal skills, emotional support, empathy, critical thinking, and complex problem solving are likely to survive the AI revolution.

Senate’s ‘conditional’ AI moratorium is a Trojan horse

Rebranded as a “temporary pause” on state AI laws, the moratorium is a trojan horse that could tie states’ hands for years and jeopardize their rural broadband funding. Even worse, the new funding pool linked to the moratorium could be leveraged to induce small rural states to rollback restrictions on AI-enabled child sexual exploitation and loosen guardrails on Big Tech.

Proponents stress that states are subject to the moratorium “if and only if” they apply for new AI infrastructure dollars appropriated under (b)(5)(A). But there’s a major catch.

Once a state accepts even one dollar of those funds, the U.S. Department of Commerce would then be authorized to claw back any BEAD awards already obligated to the state if it doesn’t comply with the moratorium. That could potentially impact much of the $42.5 billion in BEAD grants already pledged to state broadband projects.

As Charlie Bullock with the Institute for AI and Law noted, the new language would “clearly allow for deobligation of all of a state’s BEAD funding rather than just the new $500 million tranch.” Further, it’s not clear that a state could opt back out if it later decided that the moratorium’s sweeping scope proved too onerous or dangerous to its residents.

Europe’s defense reality check: the mathematics of military inadequacy

Even in terms of GDP percentage, Russia continues to outpace the European Union in defense spending. The EU’s total defense spending is projected to reach around 2.04% of GDP in 2025, while Russia is expected to spend 7.5% of its GDP on the military. But the gap in spending is just one part of Europe’s broader capabilities deficit.

Unlike Russia or the United States, Europe’s $454 billion in defense expenditures is fragmented across more than 30 countries, each with its own command structure, procurement system, administrative overhead, and military bureaucracy. In contrast, the United States achieves far greater efficiency and combat power through its unified $997 billion defense budget, which supports a single military structure with global reach.

By some estimates, Europe would have to increase its annual spending by an additional $270 billion just to approach parity with Russia. Beyond spending, Europe would face serious manpower challenges in expanding its armies. All European countries have fallen below the population replacement rate of 2.1 births per woman. Today, only a few countries, such as Finland, Norway, Cyprus, Austria, Lithuania, Estonia, and Switzerland, retain some form of conscription, typically with short terms and limited enforcement. In contrast, Russia maintains mandatory conscription for men up to age 30.

The Democratic party we knew died the same way it lived – with fear and hate

Zohran Mamdani’s primary win marks the end of the Democratic Party as we once knew it. Truth is, it was already dead. Democrats spent 10 years going to war on Donald Trump while also using him to scare their voters to the polls with endless crises. With the media behind them, they didn’t have to offer the people much of anything — they would vote blue no matter who, as long as Trump was on the other side.

Now, as Trump rounds the bases of an extraordinary couple of weeks, with major wins at home and abroad, it should be starting to sink in that the Democrats have lost this war. Trump defeated them in the courts, on the border, in schools and in the minds and hearts of Americans. But Trump didn’t destroy the Democratic Party. They did it all on their own by never offering voters something better, or anything at all but Trump hate. Mamdani stood apart by doing the unthinkable: He ran as an unapologetic Democratic Socialist. He seemed to arrive almost magically to sell Gen Z the dream. A showbiz nepo baby and former rapper, he was a whole lotta charisma waiting for his ticket to ride. Has the Democratic Party found its new leader?

Congressional intern for Kansas Republican Rep. Ron Estes shot and killed by stray bullet in DC

A 21-year-old congressional intern for Rep. Ron Estes of Kansas was shot and killed by a stray bullet in Washington, DC, on Monday evening, according to police.

Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a rising senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management, was shot alongside two other victims when multiple suspects emerged from their vehicle and opened fire, the Metropolitan Police Department said.

Tarpinian-Jachym, who police said was not the intended target, was unconscious when authorities arrived at the scene. The other victims, a woman and a 16-year-old boy, were both conscious.

All three were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, but Tarpinian-Jachym died Tuesday, the department said.

The other two victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Jake Tapper is paid millions a year to not know the news

Just when you think CNN’s Jake Tapper can’t become an even bigger media hack than he already is, he finds a way to prove you wrong.

The latest incident of the network host’s shoddy conduct as a so-called “journalist” came during his interview with New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Among the topics covered during the exchange was the Big Apple’s upcoming mayoral contest, which will pit Adams against the newly nominated Democrat candidate, radical socialist Zohran Mamdani.

When the conversation shifted to the race against Mamdani, Tapper — whose network a jury found is actually fake news — probed Adams about his criticisms of his Democrat opponent. More specifically, the TV personality claimed the incumbent mayor “said recently that the Jewish community in New York should be concerned about him,” and asked, “What specifically has Mamdani said that you think is antisemitic?”

Mamdani thinks NYC has the money for low-cost grocery stores because he made this BIG Error

Socialists have only the vaguest notion of how money actually works, and so they actually take Zohran Mamdani seriously when he promises to bring to New York City a number of efficient, well-functioning, city government-run grocery stores that will make goods available to New Yorkers at readily affordable prices. Anyone who knows what food stores are really like, and always have been like, in socialist regimes is more than skeptical of Mamdani’s promises, and now it has come to light that his confident assertions that the city already has plenty of money to pay for this scheme are based on his misreading of the records. Yeah, the guy is making a misunderstanding a centerpiece of his campaign.

As Mayor, Zohran will create a network of city-owned grocery stores focused on keeping prices low, not making a profit. Without having to pay rent or property taxes, they will reduce overhead and pass on savings to shoppers. They will buy and sell at wholesale prices, centralize warehousing and distribution, and partner with local neighborhoods on products and sourcing.

Ah! Why didn’t anybody think of doing all that before?

The inevitable question, however, is who is going to pay for all this, and Mamdani’s ready answer is that the city is already giving money to privately-owned grocery stores, so why not just give that money instead to low-cost, city-owned stores?

Starting in 2026, Denmark will extend compulsory military service to women

The Scandinavian country wants more young people to wear the military uniform, so it's leveling the playing field: both men and women ages 18 and older can still volunteer, but the rest will be drafted through a gender-neutral lottery, the Associated Press reports.

Under the new rules, adopted earlier this June, Danish women who turn 18 this week will participate in the draft lottery on an equal basis with men.
The term of service will be extended from 4 to 11 months, and defense spending will increase in line with NATO requirements by 2030.

It is explained that all this is part of Denmark's efforts to build up its military capabilities in light of the “changing security landscape in Europe”.

Chuck Todd finally figures out the problem with the democratic party and thank you Captain Obvious

What Todd discovered is shocking ... only to him.

"I think this is the identity crisis that they have. I think it’s just a collection of people that don’t like Trump right now, right?" the former "Meet the Press" anchor explained.

"And that’s served them well in ‘20, but imagine trying to create a big tent that had AOC and John Kasich in it, right? You know? Or Liz Cheney and AOC," Todd continued. "You sort of got to rip a hole in the middle, right, as you’re trying to stretch that tent."

A collection of people who don't like Trump right now? How about a collection of people who haven't liked Trump for the past ten years running, Chief?

This is a party whose sole platform since June 16th, 2015, when Trump descended the golden escalator at Trump Tower, has been hatred of a man they once revered.

They, quite literally, stand for nothing else. And their movement from center-left to radical far-left is just a sign of the intensity of that hatred growing ever more extreme.

Austrian study warns: “Forever chemicals” found in all tested cereal products, including organic brands

A new report by GLOBAL 2000 and PAN Europe found trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) – a persistent "forever chemical" – in all 48 tested cereal-based food products in Austria, including both organic and conventional items.

TFA, a byproduct of refrigerants, pesticides and pharmaceuticals, does not degrade in nature. It spreads through air and water and becomes concentrated in plants, leading to elevated levels in food.

TFA levels in some conventional foods exceeded safe daily intake limits, up to four times the limit for children, and the chemical has been linked to reproductive toxicity and developmental harm.

Despite chemical evidence that TFA fits the definition of a PFAS, the EPA does not classify it as such and has not established health-based exposure limits, drawing criticism from scientists and advocates.

Environmental experts are urging immediate bans on products that break down into TFA, especially PFAS-based pesticides and calling on governments to show political will to regulate this growing threat.
