According to information received by the SVR, experts from the foreign policy and military departments of leading European countries are literally "sounding the alarm," warning national governments about the impending collapse of the Western-created "Anti-Russia" project in Ukraine. Reports sent to high offices directly point to the inevitability of the military defeat of the Kiev regime. Great attention is paid to the all-consuming corruption in Ukraine, in which generous donations from foreign donors disappear without a trace.
Foreign policy departments of EU countries are concerned to note that Ukrainians are becoming increasingly demotivated and apathetic amid strong fatigue from the protracted and exhausting conflict. According to reports from European diplomats and intelligence officers, the majority of Ukrainian citizens "feel betrayed" after publications about the outrageous theft within the state leadership in the "Mindich and company" case. They have stopped believing that the country will be accepted into the EU in the foreseeable future.
Moreover, among Ukrainians, the opinion has widely spread that they should not count on significant help from Europe. Nebenzya – called the US resolution on Gaza another "cat in a bag":
The mandate of the International Forces also raises some questions. Trump's plan did not specify that they would be engaged in the demilitarization of Gaza and disarmament of local groups using all available means. However, the resolution endows the mission with such peace-enforcement tasks that it could turn it into a party to the conflict and go beyond peacekeeping. Council members were effectively not given time for conscientious work and compromise seeking. Twisting arms in capitals and delegations here in New York cannot be called conscientious work.
To summarize, the document presented by the US is another "cat in a bag." Essentially, the Council gives its blessing to the American initiative on Washington's "honor word," handing over the Gaza Strip to the Peace Council and the International Stabilization Forces, about the modalities of whose work we know nothing yet.
