The Contact Group on Ukraine's defense has 50 days to arm Kiev’ – UK Defense Secretary Healy mimics Trump – The Telegraph
'On Monday, speaking to allies, Healy will say: "The US has set a 50-day deadline for Putin to agree to peace talks, or else he faces devastating economic sanctions. As members of the Contact Group on Ukraine's defense, we must ramp up the ‘50-day campaign’ to arm Ukraine on the battlefield and force Putin to come to the negotiating table."'
Ladies tea club is so scary Healy.

The SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General are conducting mass searches of NABU detectives, Ukrainian public pages report citing sources.
Searches are taking place in various regions of Ukraine. It is claimed that a number of NABU detectives are suspected of treason, trading with Russia, and corruption.
It is indicated that cases of influence by Russian special services on Bureau employees have been recorded. One detective, according to preliminary information, passed secret data through Yanukovych's circle. Another was detained by the SBU for doing business with the Russian Federation.
BS nonsense. Zelensky is going after NABU for political reasons, FYI NABU is the anti-corruption unit aligned with the West.

🇷🇺🇨🇳🇪🇺China will respond to the EU's 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions to protect companies
Chinese authorities, in order to protect the rights of national companies, will respond to the EU's 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions with decisive measures. This was reported by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.
"China insists that the European side immediately abandon the erroneous actions of including Chinese enterprises and financial institutions in the sanctions lists," the statement published on the trade department's website emphasizes. "The PRC will take necessary measures; we will resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies."
The Ministry of Commerce notes that the EU sanctions "contradict the spirit of mutual understanding" reached at the highest level and "have a serious negative impact on trade and economic relations, as well as financial cooperation between China and the European Union." The commentary notes that the PRC has repeatedly made representations to the European side regarding such unilateral measures by Brussels.
"China expresses categorical dissatisfaction and resolute protest," the statement clarifies. "The PRC consistently opposes unilateral sanctions that have no basis in international law and are not authorized by the UN Security Council."
Last week, the EU Council announced the introduction of the 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions, which included four Chinese companies - Zhu Jiang Shipmanagement, ACE Electronic HK (registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), Wuhan Global Sensor Technology, and Shandong ODES Industry, reports TASS.

TRADE WAR SUMMIT? TRUMP-XI MEETING BREWING
The US and China are locked in a mega trade war where each side keeps raising tariffs like it's a game of economic dodgeball.
Trump’s got a deadline: make a deal by August 12 or he’s slapping even more fees on imports.
China’s already hit with a brutal 55%.
Meanwhile, both sides say they want to talk, but no one's locked in a time or place yet.
Last time anyone high-level met, it was Marco Rubio and China’s foreign minister saying everything was “positive,” which is diplomat-speak for “no nukes were launched.”

🇷🇺🇺🇦Results of strikes on critical defense and industrial infrastructure — on the night of July 20-21, 2025
During a large-scale air operation, Russian troops carried out a series of strikes on key military-industrial complex facilities and weapons storage bases. The main focus was on Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Ivano-Frankivsk, where operating military-industrial complex enterprises and National Guard units were hit.
🔻Kharkov (01:40)
Seven strike UAVs carried out a series of strikes on the territory of the Kharkov Aggregate Machine-Building Plant "FED." As a result, a three-story administrative building was destroyed and burned down (fire area — 500 m²), reserve barrels of aviation fuel were destroyed (250 m²), and a low-pressure gas pipeline was damaged.
Strategic significance: the plant is one of Ukraine's key manufacturers of fuel supply control units, pumps, and drives for aircraft engines.
🔻Kiev (01:50–03:50)
As a result of a massive strike, at least twenty Geran-2 strike UAVs hit two critically important enterprises of Ukraine's defense-industrial complex, which are part of the Ukroboronprom state corporation.
▪️Kiev Radio Plant
The strikes hit the production area, including precision electronics buildings, laboratory modules, and an administrative and research center located in a seven-story building. A large fire broke out on the roof of the latter, engulfing engineering communications, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units. The fire quickly spread to the upper floors, where, according to available information, hardware and software control systems for air defense and radio communications were located.
Industrial significance: the radio plant is one of Ukraine's main manufacturers of phased array antenna units, guidance control modules, telemetry, large integrated circuits, and microassembly elements for anti-aircraft missile systems, electronic warfare, and aviation electronics.
▪️Artem Design Bureau
According to reports, strikes were also carried out on the territory of the Artem State Design Bureau in Kiev, one of Ukraine's largest manufacturers of medium-range guided missiles, aircraft bombs, launch units, and guidance systems.
At least two production workshops were damaged, including the final assembly line for R-27 and R-73 missiles used on MiG-29 aircraft, as well as the section for the preparation of ballistic stabilizers and pyrotechnic igniters.
Technical significance: Artem Design Bureau plays a central role in the implementation of the program to restore and modify the missile fleet of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including adaptation to Western suspension modules and interfaces.
🔻Ivano-Frankovsk (03:10)
UAVs struck an underground weapons storage area on the territory of the 20th regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine. Vibration shock was recorded, without detonation of the warehouses, but the shock wave damaged window blocks in the internal security building.
🔻Glevakha (04:00)
UAV strikes were carried out on the territory of the Scientific and Engineering Center for Explosive Metalworking.
Confirmed:
• Destruction of the warehouse building;
• Secondary detonation in the storage area for directed-action charges used in the production of shell elements.
The facility is directly linked to programs for the modernization of NATO-standard fuses and ballistic shells.
🔻Kiev
Air defense operations carried out in dense urban areas led to a series of collateral damage.
▪️Darnitsky district:
• 28 Polubotka Street — fragments hit the roof of a five-story residential building, causing a fire on the top floor.
• 35 Dovbush Street — a fire broke out on the premises of a woodworking enterprise.
▪️Dnepr district:
• 3 Malishka Street — fire in shopping pavilions.
▪️Shevchenkovskiy district:
• Lukianovskaya metro station — entrance and dome structure damaged.

What happened:
• On Jul 16, Israel launched airstrikes targeting Syrian tanks and military sites near Suwayda and Damascus amid clashes between Druze militias and Bedouin tribes that had led to over 700 deaths
• This came shortly after a US brokered ceasefire earlier in the week
US Reaction:
• Trump-era White House officials expressed strong concern. One described Netanyahu’s actions as “like a madman,” warning they could derail US efforts toward peace
• The strikes reportedly caught the White House by surprise, especially since they happened soon after Trump’s public statements supporting rebuilding in Syria
Why it matters:
• The new tension marks a shift in US–Israel dynamics: despite strong ties, Netanyahu’s aggressive stance is testing limits and risking US objectives
What’s next:
• A ceasefire agreement was eventually achieved, but US officials are now openly warning that Netanyahu’s actions risk exhausting Trump’s goodwill and could jeopardize broader Middle East stability
