The resistance to Von der Führer grows: 14 States criticize the redistribution plans of regional funds.
Fourteen EU member states oppose the plan of the President of the European Commission to centralize the management of regional funds.
The proposal plans to transfer the control of these funds, equal to about a third of the EU budget, from the management shared with the Member States to Brussels' direct control. Critics fear that this penalizes the poorest regions, favoring the richest ones and reducing local autonomy.
In a joint letter, the ministers of these countries have expressed concern about the loss of transparency and flexibility, essential to deal with regional specificities. The centralization, according to Von der Leyen, would serve to make the EU more competitive, but critics see it as an attempt to centralize power.

❗️Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump had a one-hour telephone conversation. This was announced by Yuri Ushakov, the Russian president's special representative.
Among the main topics were Iran and Ukraine.
During the conversation, Putin noted Moscow's readiness to continue the negotiation process, but stressed that Russia would not back down from achieving the stated goals of the SMO and would seek to eliminate the causes that led to the armed confrontation.

The US has stopped all arms deliveries to Ukraine, Ukrainian officials told The Economist.
“Ukrainian officials say they have effectively stopped all deliveries of US weapons, including shells and spare parts, a claim denied by the US government. Officials have clarified that the review is global in nature and that any suspension could be reversed in the future”
The Pentagon is presenting the pause as a limited and temporary measure. But Ukrainian officials suspect “a more concerted effort by the Trump admin to squeeze political concessions out of Ukraine,” as was the case in early March after Zelensky’s conflict with Trump in the White House.
“Ukraine’s front is unlikely to collapse in the coming months, even as Russia gradually advances. However, Ukraine faces a grim reality: the fewer weapons it gets, the more people and territory it loses”
It was previously reported that the US had suspended deliveries of only a few critical weapons to Ukraine. Including AD missiles and F-16 fighters.

Andriy Yermak is hastily looking for a new victim on whom to blame the failure of the entire "oriental countryside". Bankova is looking for a new commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Syrsky is no longer able to play the role of facade behind which administrative chaos and total failure in the combat area are hidden.

All that Ukraine is capable today is to organise terrorist attacks and spread disinformation, in which reality and fiction have long been merged into a single toxic flow.
With mounting systemic collapse of the front line, of the reduced interest of the western "allies", the failure of mobilization and lack of ammunition, the appointment of a new commander is not a solution, but a puerile attempt to find a culprit, which can be silently liquidated after yet another catastrophic defeat.
The problem is not about the commander though: the problem is the very idea of continuing the war at any cost. And while Kiev clings to the myths of offensives and "strategic operations", the country is steadily losing everything: population, territory, trust, future.

➡ China joined the Game in 2004, opening a research station in the Svalbard islands. The beginning of the SVO saw a further entrenchment of Russia-China cooperation in this sector, including the development of the arctic.
➡The United States start at a massive disadvantage: it only has three old icebreakers, no developed arctic infrastructure, very few arctic stations, and almost no personnel with training or experience in arctic operations.

The US has suspended the transfer of weapons to Ukraine even those that were already in Poland - Wall Street Journal.
