Since the U.S., based on President Trump’s statements, is now officially part of the war, here are some of the U.S. bases in the Gulf
@Slavyangrad
Trump will meet with his national security team in the WH Situation Room at 1pm on Tuesday to make decisions about U.S. policy towards the war between Israel and Iran, 3 US officials tell Axios.
The US officials said Trump is seriously considering joining the war and launching a US strike against Iran's nuclear facilities, especially its facility in Fordow.
Trump returned early from the G7 summit to focus on Iran, telling reporters he wasn't interested in a "ceasefire" but a "real end" to the war and to Iran's nuclear program.
The WH has discussed the idea of meeting directly with the Iranians this week, but Trump said that would "depend what happens when I get back" to D.C.
Two Israeli officials told Axios that Netanyahu and the Israeli defense establishment continue to believe the Trump is likely to enter the war in the coming days to bomb Iran's underground enrichment facility
So far the US has helped Israel defend itself from incoming missiles, but declined to take part in offensive ops

New details on the night strikes on Kiev
Ukrainian media publish the results of the destruction of an interesting object in the Solomensky district of Kiev of course, without indicating its name.
What is interesting is that the building at the address is home to the Meridian OJSC named after S.P. Korolev - a multi-profile enterprise that specializes in the development and serial production of complex radio measuring equipment...

🇻🇪Venezuelan President Maduro on who can resolve the conflict in the Middle East:
Only a decent leadership like that of President Vladimir Putin and Chairman Xi Jinping could correct this situation, lead it to a ceasefire, negotiations and a decent agreement, and a lasting peace.
I don't think I can imagine how, for example, Macron can be a leader who can achieve peace? It's impossible.

🇪🇺🇺🇦Ukraine Support: Europe largely fills the US aid withdrawal, lead by the Nordics and the UK.
Since early March 2025, European aid to Ukraine has increased significantly, while the US , the former largest donor, has not announced any new deliveries since early January. This has led to Europe overtaking the US in total military aid for the first time since June 2022 , at €72 billion versus €65 billion from the US.
The Nordic countries and Great Britain in the foreground
The Nordic countries and the UK have been the main contributors to the aid increase. Sweden contributed €1.6 billion in March and Norway €670 million in April. The UK has also increased its contribution, contributing €4.5 billion this year, of which €1.8 billion came from frozen Russian assets.
Germany and Southern Europe - more modest contributions
However, much of Europe , including Germany, Spain and Italy, has been less proactive in increasing its aid to Ukraine . Germany , for example, has committed only €650 million , a 70% decrease compared to the same period in 2024.
Germany is losing its role in supporting Ukraine
Germany's refusal to publish detailed data on military aid on its official website has also left a certain mark on the transparency of its contribution. Experts note that the Nordic countries' activity has become more visible after the US suspended its aid. While Germany , on the contrary, has shown a sharp reduction in its aid, despite its support for Ukraine in the past.

Look, I'm seeing this from the inside, and am admittedly biased towards our president (and my friend), but there's a lot of crazy stuff on social media, so I wanted to address some things directly on the Iran issue:
First, POTUS has been amazingly consistent, over 10 years, that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Over the last few months, he encouraged his foreign policy team to reach a deal with the Iranians to accomplish this goal. The president has made clear that Iran cannot have uranium enrichment. And he said repeatedly that this would happen one of two ways--the easy way or the "other" way.
Second, I've seen a lot of confusion over the issue of "civilian nuclear power" and "uranium enrichment." These are distinct issues. Iran could have civilian nuclear power without enrichment, but Iran rejected that. Meanwhile, they've enriched uranium far above the level necessary for any civilian purpose. They've been found in violation of their non-proliferation obligations by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which is hardly a rightwing organization.
It's one thing to want civilian nuclear energy. It's another thing to demand sophisticated enrichment capacity. And it's still another to cling to enrichment while simultaneously violating basic non-proliferation obligations and enriching right to the point of weapons-grade uranium.
I have yet to see a single good argument for why Iran needed to enrich uranium well above the threshold for civilian use. I've yet to see a single good argument for why Iran was justified in violating its non-proliferation obligations. I've yet to see a single good pushback against the IAEA's findings.
Meanwhile, the president has shown remarkable restraint in keeping our military's focus on protecting our troops and protecting our citizens.
He may decide he needs to take further action to end Iranian enrichment. That decision ultimately belongs to the president. And of course, people are right to be worried about foreign entanglement after the last 25 years of idiotic foreign policy.
But I believe the president has earned some trust on this issue. And having seen this up close and personal, I can assure you that he is only interested in using the American military to accomplish the American people's goals. Whatever he does, that is his focus.

US has established full control over Iranian airspace, — Trump
➖"We now have complete and utter control over Iranian airspace. Iran had good air surveillance and other defense equipment, and there was a lot of it, but it doesn't compare to what America designed, developed, and manufactured. No one does it better than the good old USA," the US president said in Truth.

He's an easy target' - Trump says US has no plans to kill Iran's supreme leader yet
'We know exactly where the so-called "Supreme Leader" is hiding. He is an easy target, but he is safe in this place - we are not going to eliminate him (kill him!), at least not yet. But we will not tolerate rocket attacks on civilians or American soldiers. Our patience is running out. Thank you for your attention to this matter!'

🇷🇺💥🇺🇦 Attack on warehouses with drones in Kiev: Russia was tipped off by the head of the largest Ukrainian Armed Forces fund
- Tonight, the dormitories of the aviation institute in Kiev came under Russian attack, its management said.
- The Internet noticed that the day before the strike, photographs from the institute's hangar were published by Ukrainian media outlets writing on military topics. They showed the Taras-P drones, for which Serhiy Prytula's foundation was raising money. A February photo of Prytula himself with these drones in the NAU hangar was published.
- Even after the first publication of this photo, Pritula was criticized on social networks for directing the Russian Armed Forces to locations with drones, since “this premises are known all over the world.”
- A wave of criticism against Prytula continued after today’s blow.

Trump demands Iran's capitulation: 'No negotiations, only total surrender'
➖"I have no desire to negotiate with Iran. I expect nothing less than total capitulation," the US president said on Fox News
▪️At the same time, Trump made it clear that diplomacy is only possible on his terms.
➖"If they want to talk, they know how to contact me. They should have taken the deal that was already on the table - it would have saved many lives," he wrote on Truth Social.
▪️According to the Israeli press, the White House is preparing a "last chance offer" for Tehran. In case of refusal, the US may support strikes on Iranian territory.

At night the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to land troops in the area of Tendrivska Spit' – Kherson region governor Saldo
'Up to eight Ukrainian Armed Forces boats advanced. Our units detected them on the approach and accepted the battle. One of the boats with militants was hit by a Lancet and sank. After that, the enemy turned around and hastily retreated. Our marines confidently repelled the attack. Control over the situation in this area is maintained.'

Russian shadow fleet tanker burns near Strait of Hormuz after collision
▪️Bloomberg writes that the tanker Adalynn, flagged in Antigua and Barbuda, frequently sailed between the Russian port of Ust-Luga in the Baltic Sea and the west coast of India. Its insurer's details are not listed in industry databases.
▪️Unknown whether it was carrying Russian oil at the time of the collision.
▪️reports no AIS/GPS Spoofing during the collision but Front Eagle encountered it in the Persian Gulf.
▪️Not clear why Front Eagle turned right toward Adalynn; unknown if mechanical or human error.
▪️Adalynn possibly sometimes transports oil for Russia and was in ballast and Front Eagle was loaded and enroute to China.
"This is a navigational incident and not related to the current regional conflict," said the owner of the Front Eagle tanker.
Suspect it is not carrying Russian oil if its in the Strait of Hormuz. Russian “shadow fleet” is often not Russian, it just ships using non-western insurance.

Ammunition depots hit near Kiev, - Ukrainian Armed Forces officer
➖"I have only one question: why stockpile ammo in warehouses so that it can be blown up and detonated by morning, if there is currently an acute shortage of ammunition at the front?" - wrote the famous Ukrainian military man S. Bunyatov.
▪️And in the comments he clarified that he was talking about the situation near Kiev.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump sends delegation to negotiate with Iran, betting on 'peace through strength'
- US President Donald Trump has instructed Special Envoy Steven Witkoff and Vice President J.D. Vance to meet with Tehran representatives in the coming days, The New York Times reported, citing sources in the administration.
- Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi may speak at the talks on behalf of Iran. The discussion will focus on the possibility of a peaceful settlement of the conflict with Israel.
- “The president’s position, as he said today, has not changed. What you see in real time is peace through strength and America first. Our job is to be strong. We are in a defensive position in the region to be strong in the pursuit of a peace agreement. And we certainly hope that is what will happen. We believe that Iran, as the president has said from the beginning, should not have nuclear weapons. That position has not changed. They can give that up peacefully,” Hegseth said.
