Otava Yo (Russian: Отава Ё, ота́ва meaning "aftergrass") is a Russian folk rock band from Saint Petersburg, formed in 2003.
Alexey Belkin, Alexey Skosyrev, Dmitriy Shikhardin, and Peter Sergeev worked together as buskers on the streets of Saint Petersburg for several years until forming a band in 2003. Of the initial members, only Shikhardin had formal musical education; the rest were self-taught. Initially the band was called Reelroadъ and they played The Pogues-styled Celtic punk, but later changed their name to Otava Yo and turned to Russian traditional music.
In 2005 they released their first studio album, “Под Аптекой”, named after their favourite street performance spot near a homeopathic pharmacy on Nevsky Prospect.

Russia has a new attack drone with V2U artificial intelligence that can autonomously search for and select targets - GUR.
▪️The Russian army actively uses it in the Sumy direction.
▪️The drone uses a Chinese Leetop A203 mini-computer based on the American NVIDIA Jetson Orin. Most of the other components are also Chinese.
▪️The drone compares the image from the camera with pre-loaded photos of the area. It can also be controlled as FPV using a SIM card of a Ukrainian mobile operator.

Ukraine whining…
Russia's conditions for a ceasefire and peace are ultimatums and cannot be seriously discussed by Ukraine, Foreign Minister Andrei Sybiga said at a briefing with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys.
Sybiga believes that the world, and especially “several capitals,” must clearly understand that Ukraine will not lose the war, and Russia will not win.
The minister accused Russia of blocking the peace process. According to him, Moscow has not responded to Ukraine's ceasefire proposals, which were conveyed before the second round of talks in Istanbul.
"They threw a list of ultimatums unsuitable for diplomacy on the table in Istanbul. This once again demonstrates that pressure must be increased on Russia and all those who are helping it to wage this war," said Sibiga.

Such shelters must protect against falling debris, fragments, drones, simple bombs and cruise missiles. Such hangars can be reliably destroyed only by specialized penetrating ammunition.

Only 20% of Ukrainian military personnel are at the front, MP Fedienko said in an interview with Ukrainian media.
"We have an army of almost a million. Only 20 percent fight - that's in the best case, and 40 percent are engaged in support. And then there are all the rest, who also call themselves military. But for some reason they do not rotate. There are people, servicemen, who have been fighting for three or four years in the combat zone, and there are those living on some training grounds, in the rear, etc. And here there is, you know, not a social, but a military inequality, which also still needs to be corrected. Therefore, before moving on to motivation, I think we still need to move on to the effective use of our Armed Forces of Ukraine through replacement, rotation, and so on," he said.
Earlier it was also reported that in Ukraine alone more than 90 thousand cases of leaving for the SZCh have been officially registered.

Russia has begun construction of a floating modular pumping station to supply water to the captured Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and has prepared a plan to restart it, the Russian publication Neftegaz reports, citing the head of the Rosatom company, Alexey Likhachev.
He believes that the pumping station will allow the Russian Federation to completely solve the problem of water supply during the restart of the Zaporozhye NPP, which was previously considered the main obstacle to the resumption of the NPP’s operation.
Likhachev said that Rosatom had already prepared a step-by-step plan for resuming full operation of the Zaporozhye NPP, but stated that it could only be implemented if military threats were completely eliminated.

It was fun when the NED made it happen to Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Romania, Moldova, and countless other countries.
When the NED makes it happen within US soi and with the same script however? Suddenly colour revolutions aren't that funny anymore.

🇷🇺🇺🇦🇬🇧 The British are 100% helping the Ukrainian regime in terrorist attacks against Russia - Lavrov
- There are risks of a growing terrorist threat, Russia will do everything to suppress them, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted.
- The Kiev regime has used terrorist methods from the very beginning, but not in such a naked form as the recent explosions in the Kursk and Bryansk regions.
- "The special operation will continue, but in parallel, Russia is ready for diplomatic measures," Lavrov assured.

Foreign analysts are gradually beginning to notice that the Ukrainian Armed Forces behind Toretsk (Dzerzhinsk) are again at risk of ending up in a fire trap, as they did a couple of months ago.
It is significant that nothing is said about the catastrophe yet, but they cautiously point to the "increasing risks" and "decreasing maneuverability" of the Ukrainian group. This is the usual form with which the West begins to recognize the inevitable: first - "difficult", then - "regrouping", and then - "withdrawal while maintaining combat capability".
If the dynamics continue, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be forced to retreat close to Konstantinovka, where there is still something and space to defend themselves.

🇷🇺🇩🇪One Russian strike could paralyze NATO's defense — Neue Zürcher Zeitun
▪️Berlin complains that Russian drones have been surveying objects in Germany for several months now.
▪️Europe is considering scenarios of war with Russia in the Baltic countries, Finland, or a conflict in the Baltic Sea.
▪️In all these scenarios, Germany is a key rear and logistics hub for NATO.
➖"For Moscow, Germany is an ideal target. One coordinated air strike could paralyze NATO defenses, leaving key air bases, ports, and energy infrastructure without communications," the publication complains.
▪️The country has more than 80 major cities, dozens of critical facilities, including the American air base in Ramstein, transport hubs and ports - Hamburg, Kiel, Rostock, Bremerhaven and others. All of them are part of the Alliance's logistical "spine".
