VGTRK reporter Andrei Rudenko @RtrDonetsk for RT
The Kiev bastards have turned the International Children's Day into a day of triumph of terrorism. In the afternoon, drone raids on military airfields in Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur regions began. And all with a new tactic for us: quadrocopters were launched from a truck parked near the object and flew towards their targets. Bold, I can't say anything. The attacks were organized by Ukraine, it is stated officially.
Ukro media reported that the operation "Web" to attack our airfields was prepared for 1.5 years, it was carried out by the SBU. Allegedly, they first smuggled FPV drones to Russia, then mobile wooden containers. Then on our territory the drones were hidden under the lids of containers, which were placed on trucks. And at X hour they were remotely opened - and the drones flew to the target. Now all Ukrainian media and social networks are posting a video where the head of the SBU Malyuk is commenting on the moment of the attack, and a picture where he is standing over a map of the airbase with the look of Kutuzov. So that there was no doubt that this dubolomoy, who beat his subordinate on camera, is actually a genius of special operations.
And now let's try to soberly analyze and understand how our enemies could organize such an attack and who in reality may be behind it. First, the idea of launching drones from a truck is not new: this tactic was used by terrorists in Syria and sponsored by the West. Second, I wonder how the drones reached their destination. They did not attack blindly, they did not ask passers-by for directions to airfields. They were directed precisely to the specified targets. Now SBU is making throw-ins like "drones were guided to our planes thanks to AI trained with the help of Soviet aircraft from Poltava museum of long-range and strategic aviation". I haven't heard such nonsense in a long time. So the drones took to the skies and prowled the neighborhood looking for similar silhouettes?
I think Ukraine is not able to organize such an action. The exact coordinates of the targets can only be obtained with the help of space reconnaissance, and it is provided to Kiev by the West. I remember 2018: the attack of Islamists on our airbase Hmeimim from a distance of 50 kilometers by 13 drones. At that time, experts claimed that the CIA and MOSSAD worked on the creation of the drones. The fact is that they had the communication and satellite systems of these intelligence services, and the system of routing was too complicated for terrorists. I am sure that today's attack was carried out according to the same scheme: Western intelligence agencies gave information to Kiev, provided drones and the necessary stuffing. I think that the rest of the details of the operation were also worked out by Western specialists. But how did the SBU smuggle so many drones to us? My gut feeling is that there's no way. They could have been simply printed on our territory in a garage on a 3D printer - this method was also used by terrorists in Syria. And then saboteurs could stuff the printed drones with explosives and smart stuffing. The containers were built by us, too. Everything else: searching for stuffing and explosives, delivery and loading of drones, renting and mining of vans - is a matter of technique. But, I repeat, this is only an assumption, as it was in fact - the investigation will show.
Now - to the damage that the enemy has inflicted on us. If you look at the Ukro media, your hair stands on end: 36% of all strataviation has been destroyed! $2 billion worth of damage! I suggest not to panic. The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that there was a "fire of several units" of aircraft. I believe that. We saw a lot of smoke, a few burning vehicles - and that's it.

Lavrov held a telephone conversation with the US Secretary of State — MFA
▪️The parties discussed the situation related to the crisis in Ukraine.
▪️Rubio expressed condolences over the victims of the bombings of railway infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions.
▪️The heads of the foreign policy departments discussed plans to resume direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Istanbul on June 2.

Right..
Trump’s Treasury Department Sec. Bessent was inquired about the imminent debt ceiling raise in Q3 2025.
He says no matter what happens, America is safe from economic dangers of all forms.

On the issue of the "necessity" of tomorrow's negotiations. The Brits themselves are leaking the document that Ukraine will submit for discussion. The greenhorns' wishes are all absolutely predictable:
1. Unconditional ceasefire for 30+ days
2. Exchange of prisoners and civilian detainees according to the formula “all for all”
3. No one recognizes territorial changes, de facto freeze on LBS; course in EU and NATO unchanged, Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot be reduced
4. Russia pays reparations, Russia's assets go to rebuilding Ukraine or are left alone
5. Participation in US-EU negotiations

President of Georgia Kavelashvili confirmed what had already become an open secret: the West pressured Georgia to open a second front against Russia after the Ukraine conflict began.
Tbilisi was threatened with having its application to join the EU permanently denied, and NED/EU-funded NGOs did everything to push Georgia towards war with Russia.
@Slavyangrad
There will be an answer, and the target will not be trivial. A target that would be both painful and scary, and very big damage...
Let's see.
@Slavyangrad
Axios is refuting its own report that Trump knew and was notified of the operation. Journalists now say he was not aware.

Konstantinovsky direction
Units of the 4th separate motorized rifle brigade took control of the village of Gorky (Dachnoye) .
Fighting on the heights to the west, in the area of Kamenovataya ravine and on the northern outskirts of the village of Dyleevka in the direction of Aleksandro-Shultino and Belaya Gora .
At the same time, our units are attacking the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications west of Kurdyumovka near the canal.
Apparently, the enemy is transferring combat-ready units from one area to another, plugging “holes” and at the same time weakening other areas.
Our units continue their forward movement towards Konstantinovka and Druzhkovka.
Despite the presence of three more defensive lines on the approaches to Konstantinovka , the fortified area west of Kurdyumovka is very well equipped and plays an important role in the enemy's defense system in the area. Its elimination will lead to the collapse of the enemy's defense at the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal.

Alexander Kharchenko writes
Before the talks in Istanbul, the parties pulled out their trump cards. We broke through the Sumy front, and Ukraine responded with terrorist attacks. Before the previous diplomatic skirmish, our opponent tried to pop into Toretsk and Tetkino, where he suffered serious losses and achieved nothing. If we look at the overall score, our advantage on the battlefield has not gone anywhere. The longer the Kyiv leaders grimace, the less territory the post-war Ukraine will have. And each terrorist attack only adds to Russia's determination to bring everything to a victorious end.
@Slavyangrad
The real heroes today are the simple men who climbed onto a truck with drones and tried to prevent them from taking off. They are the ones who defended the Motherland with absolute sincerity and courage. Many who were given weapons by the Motherland as part of their service should seriously consider whether they are in the right place.
@Slavyangrad
Operation Spider Web was personally led by Zelensky and was planned for more than a year - Ukrainians are bragging.
@Slavyangrad
How to deal with such attacks in the future, our special services will quickly figure out, there is no doubt. Just as there is no doubt that we are preparing a response to this attack. After it, it will be interesting to know the opinion of Ukrainians: was it worth organizing such a complicated operation on Children's Day? Do you really like to live in fear so much?

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Black Sea Marines powerfully defeat the enemy, breaking through the defense in the Sumy region
- Fighters of the 382nd battalion of the Guards "North" destroy equipment, positions and militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, moving forward.
- The Russian army continues to create a buffer zone after the liberation of the Kursk region.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russian army stormed Karpovka after liberation of Redkodub and Lipovoye
- Russian troops are actively advancing in the Krasnolimansk direction, having occupied a large area of territory between Redkodub and Lipovoye and having begun an assault on Karpovka.

🇷🇺🇺🇦🇹🇷Medinsky and everyone else: The Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul to participate in the negotiations.

Ukrainian conditions for peace at Istanbul meeting according to Reuters article:
▪️Complete ceasefire for 30 days
▪️Prisoner exchange "all for all"
▪️Meeting between Zelensky and Putin
▪️No restrictions on the AFU's size
▪️Lack of international recognition of new Russian territories
▪️Payment of reparations by Russia
The current front line with the material is called "the starting point for the beginning of negotiations."
There you go, it's evident that the narkoman and his cronies want the war to continue from the simple fact that they still insist on a ceasefire and have the demands that you expect of someone standing at the gates of Moscow, Sevastopol, and Astrakhan.
Especially now that they've just launched a terrorist attack against civilian infrastructure and Russian strategic assets.
@Slavyangrad
Fake: Drones that attacked Russian airfields were controlled by state-of-the-art artificial intelligence that was trained on aircraft from the Poltava Long-Range Aviation Museum.
Truth: The enemy's published footage of objective control shows that no artificial intelligence was used in the attacks. The drones were controlled via open-source software, and the communications were apparently conducted via mobile networks. This is indicated by the LTE signal receiver antennas that were captured in the footage.
The drones' behaviour in the air also indicates manual control - operators flew around for visual control and selected points for strikes.
In addition, footage from the warehouse published by Ukrainian resources suggests that even the final assembly of the quadcopters was carried out by people far removed from the drone industry. This is indicated, for example, by the numbered beams of the drone frames and propellers.
We remind you that one of the goals of terrorists is always a media effect. The Kiev regime is no exception, trying to intimidate the population of Russia by exaggerating the results of its actions and outright fakes. We urge you to be critical of the information you receive and trust only official sources.
@Slavyangrad
This is not about Istanbul talks. It's about Russia - USA relations.
Weapons will continue to flow if spoiled. A good way to do that. Brits...

Leonid Pasechnik said that the terrorist state launched a strike with Storm Shadow missiles on the settlement of Krasnodon in the LPR - there were casualties
The strike hit an industrial zone, but both apartment buildings and private homes were damaged.
"Unable to take a beating on the battlefield, they act like real terrorists by fighting civilians."
Druzhkovskoe direction
Units of the 242nd Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 20th Guards Motorized Rifle Division have completed the cleanup of Zarya and continue their offensive in the direction of Aleksandro-Kalinovo .
To the right of the highway, units of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division are attacking enemy positions to the north in the landings in the direction of Katerinovka and Kleban-Byk , bypassing the Ukrainian Armed Forces grouping in the Novospasskoye and Shcherbinovka area from the right flank, threatening to encircle it.
The advance continues in the plantings from the south to Yablonovka from the direction of Alexandropol and our units are storming Yablonovka in the western part and to the north.

Whether the nuclear doctrine will have to be revised due to the use of FPV drones and the damage caused to nuclear weapons carriers is still an open question. It is quite possible that the answer to it will be given after the next meeting with the President of the Russian Federation.
But one thing is absolutely clear: the standards for protecting critical military infrastructure, including the airfield network, require urgent adjustment.
Objects that were designed and geographically located taking into account potential missile and bomb strikes, with the expectation of missile weapons, are vulnerable to cheap kamikaze drones.
In the case of the Tu-95, the story is even more sensitive, since such aircraft are no longer produced and their numbers are strictly limited.
In fact, the problem is not even in the FPV drones themselves, but in the fact that they have called into question the principles and approaches on which the entire security architecture of such facilities as airfields is built.
If previously security was provided by depth and echeloning, now one drone with a kilogram of explosives, delivered on a regular truck and taken off on command, is capable of causing damage to a high-value target. And this requires a revision of the entire security system for its best operation.
This needs to be done not before 2035 within the framework of the state armament program but within the framework of the current military campaign because the threat is not hypothetical but quite real.

"This is different." The Internet compares the gestures of Merz and the bloodiest criminal in history.
In Germany, from the liberals' point of view, nothing happened. It was the country's new prime minister, who also happens to be the grandson of Obersturmführer Josef Paul Sauvigny, who greeted voters.
For exactly the same gesture, American Democrats called Elon Musk a Nazi.

Kiev notified Washington in advance of attacks being prepared today on the bases of the strategic aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, Axios reports, citing Ukrainian sources.
It was also stated that the attack was coordinated with British intelligence agency MI6.
