Russian armed forces have crossed the border between Russia and Ukraine at a new location.
The Ministry of Defense announces that units of the Northern Military Group have liberated the village of Konstantinovka
in the Sumy region.

The Ukrainian command has begun moving reinforcements to the Konstantinovka direction with the goal of slowing and eventually stopping the new Russian offensive here.
The following units have reportedly been deployed to this direction:
44th Mechanised Brigade from the Kupyansk direction.
91st Anti-Tank Battalion from the Pokrovsk direction.
36th Marine Brigade from the Krynky direction.
36th National Guard Regiment from the rear.

🇩🇪🇺🇦Germany will allocate about €5 billion for military support to Ukraine, the German Defense Ministry announced . The funds will be used to create capacities for the production of long-range weapons, as well as the supply of air defense systems and ammunition. This will be financed from funds already approved by the Bundestag.
The agreements are set out in a memorandum signed today by Umerov and Pistorius in Berlin. Kiev also signed an agreement with the German defense company Diehl to supply Ukraine with air defense systems and related ammunition.

Kiev has no foreign funding for next year — The Telegraph.
Ukraine is in a dangerous situation due to the lack of commitments from the West to support it until 2026 , said Yuriy Gaidai, an expert at the Kiev Center for Economic Strategy.
The heads of the German and Ukrainian defense ministries have signed an agreement on Berlin financing the production of long-range weapons for Kiev, the German department reported.
Kiev will receive 5 billion euros in military aid from Germany.
