A ‘teen’ has been found guilty of murdering a Melbourne doctor after a home invasion.
33 year old Ash Gordon was stabbed at least 6 times after trying to defend his Doncaster home in January 2024.
Despite the jury being instructed by the court ‘to keep an open mind’, they convicted the teen of murder after he pled guilty to two counts of aggravated burglary.

>ISO-Lateral low row (Hammer Strength machine) one side at a time
>Lat pull-down (wide grip)
>Lat pullovers (Nautilus machine)
That’s it.
Workout duration: ~45 minutes
Method: One or two lighter warm-up sets then one very heavy working set until failure for each exercise.
Bulking up is all about brief, heavy & intense workouts with plenty of rest. Usually, one day-off to rest for every day of training.
