‘Two years have passed since the most horrific genocide in history, committed by the Zionist enemy against our people, amid the betrayal and hypocritical silence of the so-called international community. Despite the pain, wounds, immense sacrifices, and the unprecedented brutality of the massacres and the war, the criminal Zionist enemy and its allies have failed to achieve their declared goals, foremost among them, eliminating the resistance and forcibly retrieving the captured Zionist soldiers.

On the second anniversary of the eternal Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, we express our pride and honor in the legendary epic written by our great people in the Gaza Strip. This steadfastness was the rock upon which all the Zionist enemy’s malicious schemes and conspiracies were shattered.

The Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, which began on October 7 and continues to this day, represented a historic turning point in our path of resistance. It was a natural response to the Zionist plots targeting our national cause and contributed to the collapse of all the lies and dark propaganda promoted by the Zionist entity and its criminal leaders. What occurred in the United Nations hall during the speech of the war criminal Netanyahu is clear proof of that.

We extend our salutations to all the fronts of support, to the great, struggling Yemen; to Lebanon, the land of resistance; to Iraq, the land of authenticity; and to Iran, the land of heroism and valor, for their steadfast and principled positions. We also salute the souls of the great martyrs, foremost among them Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayyed Hashem Safiyeddine, and the commanders Mohammad Bagheri, Hossein Salami, Gholam Ali Rashid, and Mohammad Saeed Izadi, along with all the martyrs who fell in every field and front of confrontation, support, and solidarity.

We have mercy upon the souls of the leaders of the flood and the planners of this heroic, historic epic, foremost among them the great leaders Ismarl Haniyeh, Yahya Sinwar, and Mohammad Deif, along with the long list of our people’s heroic national leaders from all Palestinian resistance factions, whose bravery and stories will be written in the pages of history in letters of light.’

We have agreed to draft all of these plans into a single comprehensive proposal to withdraw from the NPT, which will soon be put to a vote in the parliament.

Withdrawing from the NPT is a decision that requires national consensus. Personally, I believe we should withdraw from it.'
