On the surface, it may appear as a de-escalation effort, but the underlying implications are far more severe:
The effective result could be the normalization of HTS’s presence in Suwayda under indirect or disguised arrangements. This risks legitimizing the group’s rule in new areas under the pretense of stabilizing the south, opening the door for their deeper infiltration of Druze lands and surrounding regions.
By expanding HTS and Bedouin militia networks near eastern Lebanon, the corridor from Jordan through Suwayda to the Bekaa Valley becomes militarized and hostile. This corridor would function as a launchpad for Israel-friendly militant activity targeting the Lebanese resistance, cutting off southern Syria from any real autonomy.
The Bedouin tribal fighters currently pouring into Suwayda many of them unaccountable, well-armed, and operating with jihadist logic are indeed potential seeds for a revived ISIS-2.0 network against Lebanon.

In continued support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, the Naval Forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a successful operation targeting the vessel ETERNITY C, which was en route to the occupied port of Umm al-Rashrash in occupied Palestine.
The operation was executed using a drone boat and six cruise and ballistic missiles, resulting in the complete sinking of the ship. The entire mission has been documented with audio and video footage.
Following the strike, a unit of the Yemeni Naval Special Forces conducted a rescue mission, providing emergency medical assistance to the crew and transferring them to a secure location.
The targeting of ETERNITY C came after both the ship and its parent company resumed activity with the port of Umm al-Rashrash—in clear defiance of the declared ban on interaction with Zionist-occupied ports. The ship also ignored multiple warnings and calls from the Yemeni naval forces.

🇵🇸 | In the northern Gaza area of Beit Hanoun, Al-Qassam Brigades executed a meticulously planned ambush against Israeli occupation forces. Fighters from the brigades, reportedly dressed in Israeli military uniforms, infiltrated the area and laid multiple explosive devices with calculated precision. The attack began with the detonation of the first improvised explosive device (IED), which targeted and completely destroyed a Merkava tank. As Israeli forces attempted to rescue their wounded, a second IED struck the first rescue team, followed by a third IED that targeted an additional rescue unit. These sequential blasts caused significant casualties and chaos among the Israeli ranks.
In the midst of the confusion, a fourth explosive device was detonated, followed immediately by concentrated light weapons fire. The gunfire specifically targeted soldiers who were already injured from the previous blasts. According to reports from Israeli and Palestinian media, at least 16 Israeli soldiers were either killed or wounded, with the possibility of higher casualties. One soldier was reportedly left with only his head intact—his body obliterated by the blast. Three major pieces of military equipment were confirmed destroyed during the ambush: a Merkava tank, a Humvee, and a D9 Caterpillar bulldozer.
Following the operation, Israeli forces rushed to evacuate the casualties using military helicopters. Wounded soldiers were transported to several hospitals, including Assuta in Ashdod, Soroka in Beersheba, Beilinson in Petah Tikva, Tel Hashomer in Ramat Gan, and Ein Kerem in Jerusalem. Uncensored Israeli media outlets described the event as a disaster for the Nahal Brigade and criticized the military establishment for attempting to cover up the scale of the incident.
