❗️At 4.30 am on Saturday 13th of September whilst NSW Police and council thugs were unlawfully dismantling and stealing the Freedom Union's stage in Hyde Park the police issued x2 $704 fines to the Freedom Union trucks parked next to Hyde Park.

💥Big mistake.

⚡️By challenging these x2 in court we will open the path to discovery and subpoena of police intel and body cam footage.

⚡️In our defence we will argue that the driver of the trucks (Paul from Mornington) was under duress by Police at the time attempting to guard the Freedom Union stage from theft by police.

⚡️By challenging the relatively minor parking fine offence we intend to subpoena and cross examine senior police who have the order to dismantle and "steal" the Freedom Union's stage.

⚡️At this stage it would not be surprising if the police withdraw the parking fines against the Freedom Union trucks in order to avoid discovery and subpoena of their improrer conduct that morning in Hyde Park.
