🟥 Aleksandro-Kalinovo is a village in the Kramatorsk district of the former Donetsk region with a pre-war population of about 800 people;

🟥 It is located on the Donetsk — Konstantinovka highway on both banks of the Kleban Byk river, 9 kilometers south of Konstantinovka;

🟥 Six kilometers to the east, fighting is ongoing for Katerinovka. At the Aleksandro-Kalinovo - Katerinovka line, there is a bottleneck of a cauldron in which a fairly large group of Ukrainian Armed Forces is trapped. The Kleban Byk reservoir prevents the enemy from breaking out north to Konstantinovka. The destruction of this group is likely only a matter of time.

Craig Moran from Transport for NSW said authorities would start shutting down the bridge from 11:30am and warned of changes to bus routes, along with an anticipated "very busy" rail network.

Both the north and southbound lanes of traffic on the bridge will remain closed until about 4pm.

Dear veterans!

On August 2, 1930, during exercises of the Moscow Military District, a parachutist unit for the first time completed a task of landing behind the lines of a simulated enemy and neutralizing it. From this day began the history of the legendary Airborne Forces, which celebrate their 95th anniversary today.

The high level of training, skillful use of modern means of armed combat, and extensive combat experience of airborne troops allow them to effectively solve the most complex and responsible tasks, remaining a reliable reserve of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The heroism of the "winged infantry" was forged in the battles of the Great Patriotic War, in Afghanistan, Yugoslavia, the North Caucasus, Syria, and many other hot spots. And today, during the special military operation, the personnel of the Airborne Forces act skillfully and decisively in key areas and directions. For displayed courage and heroism, 99 people have been awarded the high title of Hero of Russia.

In the face of new challenges and threats, increasing the combat potential of the Airborne Forces as an effective tool for protecting Russia's interests and ensuring its security remains one of the priority directions in the development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, I express special words of gratitude to all generations of paratroopers for their impeccable selfless service and readiness to stand up to defend the Motherland at the first order.
