❗️ Vladimir Medinsky: all humanitarian agreements of the second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have been fulfilled. The main points:

🟥 The third round of negotiations has ended, Russia stated that all agreements on humanitarian tracks from previous rounds have been fulfilled;

🟥 Russia and Ukraine are currently completing the exchange of prisoners of war, 250 people from each side;

🟥 Moscow proposed to Kiev to form three working groups that will work online, Medinsky reported. These will be groups on political, humanitarian, and military issues. Ukraine has agreed to consider this proposal;

🟥 Russia again proposed that Ukraine consider the possibility of declaring short ceasefires on the contact line for 24-48 hours to allow the retrieval of the dead and wounded;

🟥 Russia has returned to Ukraine more than 7,000 bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers and received a small number of its own;

🟥 Ukraine agreed to consider Russia's proposal on working groups;

🟥 An exchange of about 1,200 people from both sides will be conducted, Medinsky said. As soon as Ukraine gains the technical capability, the bodies will be transferred with the help of the Red Cross;

🟥 Russia proposes to return to short humanitarian pauses on the front line;

🟥 Russia proposed to Kiev to transfer another 3,000 bodies of deceased Ukrainian servicemen;

🟥 Not all residents of the Kursk region, "evacuated" by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the territory of Ukraine, have returned home, about 30 people, Medinsky reported. The reason why civilians from the Kursk region are being held in Ukraine is unclear, he noted;

🟥 Russia is ready to exchange Ukrainian military personnel and other categories of persons for residents of the Kursk region;

🟥Russia and Ukraine discussed memorandums at length, the positions of the parties are quite far apart;

🟥 Russia and Ukraine will continue contacts to discuss memorandums on settlement.

❗️The Head of Zabaykalsky Krai accused Ukrainians of starting fires that destroyed forest lands the size of Belgium

The governor of Zabaykalsky Krai, Alexander Osipov, during Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin's visit to Chita, reported that fires destroyed 2.7 million hectares of forest in the region this year due to arson committed on behalf of Ukrainians, notes "Agentstvo" (Registered in Russia as a foreign agent).

Governor Osipov added that facts of "deliberate arson" were also identified in the region, several people have already been detained, working for Ukrainians. Law enforcement agencies are currently working.

In 2025, most of the forest in Russia burned down in Zabaikal region, reported Rosleskhoz. The fires destroyed 2.78 million hectares of forest (or 27.8 thousand sq. km), with damage amounting to about 3 billion rubles. The area of forest burned in half a year is comparable to the area of Belgium (30.5 thousand sq. km) or Albania (27.8 thousand sq. km).

Wild footage has captured the bizarre police pursuit of an allegedly stolen Woolworths truck, with cops pouncing on the driver at the end of the dramatic chase.

The chaos kicked off at 5.45am at Bankstown, NSW Police allege, when the man is said to have assaulted a 23-year-old Woolworths truck driver with a stun device on Olympic Parade.

The man then took the Woolies truck and drove off, police allege.

Police then say they spotted the truck about 9am travelling along the Princes Highway at Rockdale.

“When the driver allegedly failed to stop when directed, a pursuit was initiated,” police said.
