❗️Kira Koroleva is an information technology specialist at the Australian Ministry of Defence, a citizen of the Russian Federation and Australia. In 2024, she was arrested along with her husband Igor on suspicion of espionage in favor of Russia.

It is emphasized there that Koroleva is accused of a non-violent crime and, from a human rights perspective, she could remain in remand under house arrest rather than jail.

"I also sent an appeal to the foreign ministers of Australia and Russia, asking them to take all possible measures and assistance to organize the exchange of Russian citizens Simeon Boikov and the Korolev family for Australian citizen Oscar Jenkins, accused in Russia of mercenarism and war crimes.

Unfortunately, I have not received a response from the Australian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more than six months, the human rights commissioner does not respond, I think this is wrong," the document says.

🇷🇺🇦🇺У арестованной в Австралии россиянки Королевой начались проблемы с сердцем

Об этом сказано в письме российского отделения Международного комитета защиты прав человека на имя уполномоченного по правам человека в Австралии Я.Андерсену:

...у нее обострилось заболевание сердца в результате отсутствия необходимой медицинской помощи. Она на протяжении более полугода чувствует регулярные боли в области сердца и просит провести обследование, однако ни УЗИ сердца, ни установку холтера ей ни разу не сделали. Спустя полгода настойчивых просьб провели только ЭКГ с вывозом в больницу, при этом вывезли женщину в кандалах, как рабов и опасных преступников в 17-18 веках

Также указано, что Королева обвиняется в ненасильственном преступлении и ей можно смягчить меру пресечения на домашний арест.

Напомню, что австралиец А.Церго, которого Австралия пару лет назад обвиняла в "шпионаже" на Китай, был отпущен под подписку, правда спустя только 14 месяцев строго заключения.

В целом обращаться к официальной Австралии по поводу соблюдения прав человека бесполезное занятие.

Австралия десятилетиями игнорирует даже ООН - в австралийских тюрьмах идёт мор аборигенов, людей содержат как скот, в т.н. несовершеннолетних.

Вот уже почти три года на жёстком тюремном режиме находится гражданин Австралии Д.Дагган - Канберра его арестовала по запросу США в нарушении собственных законов, а там его ждёт расправа.

Напомню, что над Королёвыми суд не начнётся уже больше года - гособвинение не может собрать доказательства. А обвиняют их в "возможной подготовке к акту шпионажа". Дебилизм в квадрате. Над Королёвыми сейчас идёт обычная политическая расправа.

К слову, проблемы со здоровьем не только у Киры Королевой, но и её мужа. Если что-то случится с Королёвыми, то должны быть приняты самые жёсткие меры, вплоть до высылки посла Австралии и лишения резиденции в Москве.

Про обмен Королёвых + Бойкова на своего осужденного боевика О.Дженкинса Канберра тоже быстро заткнулась и не отвечает на запросы Москвы. Желание вернуть "героя" домой оказалось всего лишь дешёвой показухой. По информации, причина - посол Украины набивает себе цену, уверяет, что Киев сможет сможет вернуть боевика Дженкинса через свой обмен и Канберре беспокоиться не стоит. Одна проблема - посол Мирошниченко никто.
