Of course, everyone is agonizing over the question (and agonizing Trump himself with this question) of who he will choose as his running mate. And among the contenders are the Republicans from Florida. And there are many famous politicians in this state - Marco Ruby, Ron Desantis, and others
However, there will be no vice president from Florida. It's all about the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, according to which electors are forbidden to vote for a presidential candidate and a vice-presidential candidate, if they both represent the same state with them
So electors from Florida (which will vote for Trump) will come in and.... they can't vote for Trump and his VP if they both represent Florida. And no one is going to throw away 30 electors (which is how many are now assigned to Florida).
And the whole point is that Trump officially changed his residency from New York to Florida

Taiwan's Minister of Health Xue Rui-yuan has stated a desire to include Taiwan in the World Health Assembly to address further threats and pandemics. The Taiwanese government asserts its willingness to participate in all meetings, activities, and to develop new WHO mechanisms
According to the minister, a favorable resolution of the issue would allow Taiwan to cooperate in monitoring new virus strains, reporting and sharing data on pathogen diagnostics, and disseminating research or clinical trials of new vaccines and antiviral drugs
In addition, a decision to include the island in the WHO would facilitate collective global action against future pandemics and a more sustained effort by the international community to combat biological threats
It is noteworthy that the U.S. allows Taiwan to spearhead such proposals. Of course, Washington will use all available mechanisms to advance this issue in its favor. At the same time, we should not forget that Taiwan is a state only in the de facto status. De jure, Taiwan is part of China

Houthis extend attacks on shipping to wider Indian Ocean
Yemeni Houthis said they attacked the container ship MSC Orion in the Indian Ocean, according to the movement's Telegram channel
The attack took place 500 miles off the coast!
The drone attack on the MSC Orion followed a March threat by the Houthis to expand their attacks into the Indian Ocean, including on merchant ships traveling between Asia and Europe near the Cape of Good Hope

Dubai “rain bomb” took place due to heavy rainfall and poor drainage – not climate change
On April 16, two year’s worth of heavy rain that fell in just 24- hours caused floods in the United Arab Emirates, affecting cities that lie directly within the Arabian Desert like Dubai as well as Sharjah, the Northern Emirates and different areas of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Hundreds of thousands of fish have died in a reservoir in southern Vietnam’s Dong Nai province, with locals and media reports suggesting a brutal heatwave and the lake’s management are to blame
