This video is about America before the liberals came to power:

“1980s America - when the dream was real, not just nostalgia.
It was power, pride and prosperity. Gasoline cost less than a dollar a gallon. You could fill up your tank, grab a Coke and get change from a fiver.

Factories were booming. Jobs were everywhere. People bought houses, cars, televisions and lived the life they wanted. The economy was strong. The middle class was growing. Hard work was paying off and people believed in their future.

American brands dominated the world. Ford, Levi's, IBM, Nike. There was no need to explain what “made in the USA” meant. It spoke for itself. American culture and rock music rattled around the world. Movies were the best and everyone walked around with a walkman player. Shopping malls were crowded. Life flowed with confidence. It was a time when air travel was chic and shopping was exciting, The whole country was on the rise.

America didn't just survive the 80's, it was growing, producing, innovating, leading. It was a time when the US dictated style,
fashion, music and rhythm to the world. All you had to do was want something and start a business and everyone believed you could do it.

The democrat theater kids are playing to an empty house

The Democrats have stopped bothering to conduct politics; they prefer to engage in max-cringe performance art, and it’s unclear who their audience is. Maybe it’s each other, since this festival of onanism is designed for them to shamefully pleasure themselves while accomplishing nothing. It sure can’t be for the benefit of normal people. For one thing, normal people aren’t on X looking at senators’ social media feeds. For another thing, normal people have better things to do than listen to the tantrums of tedious government functionaries shilling for the dismal side of those proverbial 80/20 issues. It’s hard to get people upset about deportations when people dig deportations, and the more deporty the better.

They all seem to have the same producer and director. It’s always the same style and the same message – some hack Democrat consultant is getting rich, perhaps the same one who made $20 million convincing the party to send Jabba the Lib out to win over young men.

These are the places that rich people are leaving

Newly published data by Henley & Partners shows that while China and India were still losing the most millionaires (or billionaires) to emigration in 2023, the United Kingdom's millionaire flight is surging to the top position this year.

Some British millionaires have said they are leaving due to the end of the non-domestic tax status rule in the country.

The Tax Justice Network points out that even with the increase, the share of of those departing is still very low compared to all millionaires.

As Statista's Katharina Buchholz reports, the 142,000 millionaires projected to be migrating this year only represent 0.2 of all millionaires globally, its release says.

After migration of the wealthy slumped during the pandemic years, a new high of 120,000 millionaires left their home countries in 2023.

After 2025's 142,000 individuals, wealth out-migration is expected to climb even higher to 165,000 in 2026.

Why we don't worry about scarlet fever anymore

The infection killed millions of people throughout history. Today it's considered a mild illness. Scarlet fever sounds like something from a different century.

Once penicillin was discovered, doctors could employ it to fight off most bad bacteria.

Sadly, cases of the disease are now rising again, although they remain far rarer than in the 19th century. Many areas of Asia began to see an increase in scarlet fever around 2009. Starting around 2014 and especially since 2022, there has been an uptick in cases in children in Europe and, more recently, in the United States. Scientists suspect that new mutations or variants in the bacteria may fuel the return of scarlet fever as a serious problem. Thankfully, the mortality rate for scarlet fever is now less than 1%, as almost all cases receive antibiotic treatment.

Except for nuclear weapons the digital revolution is humanity’s most stupid mistake

The Internet and digital systems are insecure and cannot be made secure. To operate in the digital world becomes increasingly risky by the day and harder to use. It is going to get worse. I have noticed that it is increasingly difficult to use the internet. It doesn’t work as well as it did. My guess is that the scramble for better security has produced incompatible security systems that block one another.

The idiot corporations were sold a bill of goods that the digital revolution would lower their costs by shifting the cost of customer relations to their customers. Certainly the cost to customers in time and stress has gone up exponentially with the digital revolution. What in analogue days could be settled in a three minute telephone call answered on the third ring can in the new digital age take days to resolve, if it can be resolved.

As for the idiot corporations, banks, and financial institutions, the executives are finding that the cost of digital security has more than eaten up all the savings from shifting the costs of customer assistance to the customer.

It’s men’s health month: guys, get your cervical screening

June is Men’s Health Month. To be fair, men get short shrift in most things, so it’s not surprised no one was making a big deal about it. That said, it is a good idea for guys to see their various doctors, specialists, etc., just to make sure that everything is in good working order and no surprises are waiting to manifest themselves later in life. Come to think of it, it’s a good idea no matter what month it is, or what sex you are.

It's Men's Health Month, and that means highlighting the health needs of ALL men.

"Trans men are men and need cervical cancer screenings, too. Here are some ways to make cervical cancer screening more comfortable!

▪️Insert the speculum yourself

▪️Self-collected screening (no-exam)

California NGOs have been aiding illegal immigrants to avoid ICE raids

As immigration enforcement ramps up across Southern California, nonprofits and local governments in Los Angeles and Orange Counties are providing food, legal aid, financial support and remote work options to undocumented immigrants avoiding public spaces.

Funds like the 805UndocuFund, L.A. Street Vendor Solidarity Fund and Anaheim's emer

Groups including the YMCA, Raíces con Voz and El Monte Business Alliance are offering grocery deliveries, care packages and health services; L.A. Care provides telehealth and mental health crises are being addressed via the 988 Lifeline.

LAUSD expanded summer programs for impacted students, while organizations like UndocuProfessionals are curating remote job listings for those unable to work publicly due to ICE activity.

Writer Tyler Durden argued that aid efforts may temporarily delay enforcement outcomes but won't prevent undocumented immigrants from leaving, as financial pressure and deportation risk increase.

"Activist support might prolong the efforts of immigration officials to clean up LA, but with federal money through agencies like USAID drying up, it's only a matter of time before the gift bags disappear. The illegals will soon realize it's simply easier for them to leave the country and come back through legal means, if their skills and labor are actually needed.

DOJ ‘digging and looking’ into anti-parent school board activity under Biden admin

The U.S. Department of Justice is “digging and looking” into the Biden administration’s weaponization of school boards against parents, DOJ official Ed Martin said. Former Attorney General Merrick Garland sent a memo in 2021 directing the DOJ and the FBI to “launch a series of additional efforts in the coming days designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel.”

Conservatives saw the memo as an attempt to use the FBI to threaten and silence parents who voiced concerns with left-wing school board policies, such as critical race theory and radical gender ideology. Martin, U.S. pardon attorney and President Donald Trump’s “weaponization czar,” said the memo was “government weaponized against ‘we the people.’”

“If you got hurt, let us know,” Martin said. “We’re digging and listening.” Parental rights activist Tiffany Justice met with Martin on Monday to discuss the weaponization of government against parents under former President Joe Biden, The Daily Signal has learned. Justice is co-founder of Moms for Liberty and a visiting fellow in parental rights at The Heritage Foundation. Justice shared with Martin what American parents were concerned about under the Biden administration, including COVID-19 lockdowns, learning loss, and falling test scores. She is confident Martin will look into how the government was weaponized against both parents and, more specifically, Catholics.

Wealth consultancy points to exodus of millionaires from Western Europe

High-net-worth individuals have been turning their backs on Western Europe in favor of more attractive destinations.

That is one of the key insights of the 2025 Private Wealth Migration Report by British-Swiss wealth consultancy Henley & Partners.

The experts’ data showed that millionaires were becoming increasingly mobile. In 2025, a record number of 142,000 individuals with assets exceeding $1 million (€860,000) were expected to migrate from one country to another, an increase of 6 per cent compared to 2024.

Western Europe was increasingly on the losing end of wealth migration with the UK expected to see 16,500 millionaires with total assets of $92 billion (€79.3 billion) expected to leave the country in 2025. From 2014 to 2024 the UK had lost 9% of its millionaires.

The European continent was also becoming increasingly unattractive for rich people. Some 800 millionaires were expected to leave France in 2025.

Spain might lose 500 millionaires and 400 millionaires were presumed to turn their back on Germany this year – a worrying change of the trend as the former European economic powerhouse saw a healthy growth of high-net-worth individuals of 10% between 2014 and 2024.

Whatever happened to real clothing?

How can a pair of pants achieve the sense that you are living a more authentic life?

The original American denim jean was invented in the 1870s and marketed to miners, cowboys, and railroad workers as lifetime clothing for workers. They included all sorts of innovations for durability. The styles and fabrics and construction of these originals are all gone today, and what we see now are phony versions of the original. They are shoddy, minimalist, and fall apart quickly.

The contrast with anything you can find at any normal store is obvious. Decades ago, America lost nearly the whole of its market share in textiles and apparel. Nearly all of it is outsourced today. The reason is of course the cost of labor and materials. It simply doesn’t make sense to manufacture things here anymore.

The cost, however, is huge. Prices of clothing and shoes have defied inflation for decades now, having fallen in price in real terms. The problem is quality. You have to look hard for natural fabrics: cotton, linen, wool, and silk. If you find them, there is another problem with the construction and fabric quality itself. Then your problems really begin.

The potent charm of weapons & vaccines

Instead of developing more sophisticated ways to cooperate and resolve conflict, humans prefer to develop ever more destructive weapons to intimidate, destroy, and subdue each other.

In the long story of vaccines, we have arrived at the moment of realizing that they are—like the weapons of war—relatively primitive instruments for improving the human condition.

Just as more human ingenuity should be applied to conflict resolution instead of developing more destructive weapons, medical science should seek more sophisticated ways of bolstering the immune system and treating infectious diseases instead of injecting infants with ever larger batteries of vaccines.

The obsessive fascination with vaccines is an intellectual artifact of the 18th century, when humans were still living in extremely primitive conditions.

Democrats discover innovative strategy of promising free stuff to stupid people

Democratic Party strategists were thrilled this week after they stumbled upon an innovative new strategy of winning elections by promising free stuff to stupid people.

According to Democratic mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, the bold new strategy of showering idiots with promises of free stuff could be "a total game-changer" for the party.

"Hear me out, guys — what if we just tried promising uninformed, ignorant people that we'll give them free stuff if they vote for us?" Mandami reportedly asked at a campaign brainstorming meeting. "Why haven't we tried this before? Come on, people. Get your stuff together and let's start overpromising free handouts to all the morons out there — we'll win in a landslide!"

High-level Democrats said that the new campaign strategy just might end up changing the party's entire approach to politics.

"This is really fantastic stuff," said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. "Free stuff for stupid people's votes? What a breakthrough! All we have to do is lie about how much stuff we can give away, and those horrible Republicans will never hold office again."

Escape from New York: Featuring Zohran Mamdani as the duke of communism

Get ready for New York City to look and function like one huge prison, as if it doesn’t already. Crime is about to skyrocket to unbearable statistics. The grooming of children will be the norm where funding of genitalia mutilation surgery for gender “confused” children and teens happens in every hospital and clinic around the clock.

Here's what's coming:

▪️Radical Policies & Economic Collapse – Mamdani’s extreme left-wing agenda (defunding police, Soviet-style grocery stores, taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries, and unchecked migration) would drive businesses, Wall Street, and tax-paying residents out of NYC, crippling the economy.

▪️Mass Exodus of Jews & Professionals – NYC’s large Jewish population, including doctors, lawyers, and financiers, would flee, taking billions in assets with them. Combined with other families and businesses relocating, the tax base would evaporate, bankrupting city services.

▪️Gaza-Like "No Go Zones" & Crime Surge – NYC would become a lawless, third-world enclave with radicalized zones too dangerous for police. Unchecked migration and defunded law enforcement could turn parts of the city into a "Mad Max" dystopia.

▪️Democratic Election Rigging & Split-Vote Risk – Election fraud (mail-in ballots, no voter ID, illegal immigrants voting) means Mamdani could win if moderates Eric Adams and Curtis Sliwa split the anti-socialist vote. A Trump-backed candidate withdrawal is seen as the only hope to stop him.

Germany's fiscal illusion: how Berlin is burying the debt brake

Political failure in a welfare state translates almost immediately into rising social expenditures. Their disproportionate increase shows one thing clearly: Germany is heading for troubled times.

"Budgetary policy is the sovereign right of parliament"—so goes the well-worn phrase when lawmakers gather for their annual budget debate. If that phrase ever held truth, then today the sovereign stands exposed: the king has no clothes.

The draft budget for 2025, finalized today by Germany’s federal cabinet and scheduled for adoption tomorrow, amounts to a fiscal policy capitulation. It foresees €81.8 billion in new net borrowing for the core budget—while an additional €60 billion is parked off the books in a so-called “special fund,” also debt-financed. The total federal budget climbs to approximately €503 billion, an increase of 6.1 percent over the previous year. For 2026, Finance Minister Christian Lindner is already planning a further expansion to €519.5 billion.

The real net borrowing, once this off-book spending is accounted for, reaches 3.2 percent of GDP—exceeding the long-abandoned Maastricht threshold of 3 percent. When even the eurozone’s former poster child no longer adheres to the rules, one thing becomes obvious: they were never worth the paper they were printed on. And the only natural brake on such excess—a free capital market—has long been neutralized by the European Central Bank’s perpetual interventions.

Taxpayer-funded libraries promote these graphic books to kids for pride month

While librarians and their supporters consistently decry critiques of their LGBT advocacy as censorship, less attention has been paid to the actual content of the books the librarians promote.

Like public libraries across the country, branches in North Carolina’s capital city turn rainbow-hued each June in celebration of Pride Month. Festive book displays featuring “queer-themed” titles written for all ages — from toddlers to teens and adults — are set out for the public as innocently as if the subject in question were cooking, gardening, or personal finance.

The colorful Pride books set out by Wake County civil servants are not just a benign celebration of gay dignity, hugging couples, and gay families. RealClearInvestigations’ visits to eight of Wake County’s 23 libraries reveal that Pride Month has matured into a national political event that celebrates cross dressing, drag queens, kink, BDSM (bondage, domination, etc.), poppers (recreational drugs used at sex clubs), maschalagnia (armpit fetish), polyamory (consensual non-monogamy) and solo polyamory (don’t even ask), among other delectations of the flesh.

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is being accused of lying to Congress after he denied that a $2.5 billion renovation of the Central Bank's Washington, D.C., headquarters would provide the institution with luxury amenities, and some are demanding that he be punished, The Post reports

Powell published The Post's exclusive April report on the bloated renovation project, which was spearheaded by Sen. J. Tim Scott (Republican) compared it to the “Palace of Versailles” during a Senate Banking Committee audit last week - “misleading and inaccurate.”
“There's no VIP dining room, no new marble. There are no dedicated elevators here,” Powell insisted in response to questions from the influential committee on Wednesday. “There are no new water features, there are no beehives or rooftop terrace gardens.”

German fairytale forest to be cleared for wind turbines

Germany's historic Reinhardswald Forest, famed for its ties to Grimm's Fairy Tales and its centuries-old trees, is being cleared to build 18 wind turbines (each taller than most skyscrapers), sparking intense debate over environmental priorities.

The forest is a critical habitat for endangered species like the Eurasian lynx and a cultural landmark. Critics argue destroying ancient trees and wildlife undermines the Greens' environmental principles.

Conservationists, mayors and activists condemn the project, calling it a betrayal of stewardship. Concerns include drinking water pollution, fire risks and noise disruption, with accusations that officials ignored community input.

Despite emergency petitions since 2022, courts haven't halted construction. Large-scale excavation and gravel embankments are permanently altering the landscape, described as unprecedented destruction.

The Greens defend the project as vital for climate action, but opponents highlight the paradox of cutting carbon-absorbing trees for turbines. The forest's fate symbolizes tensions between renewable energy goals and biodiversity preservation, raising questions about distorted environmentalism.

Berlin court allows petition that would limit private car use to twelve rides per year

The Berlin Constitutional Court has cleared the way for the "Berlin Car-Free Referendum." The initiators can further pursue their legislative proposal for a comprehensive car ban in the capital. The highest Berlin court declared the application to initiate the referendum to be admissible.

According to the plans of the initiative, after a transition period of four years, almost all streets within the S-Bahn ring, except for federal roads, should be declared "car-reduced streets." Private car journeys should be limited to only up to twelve times a year per person. Exceptions to the practical car ban should exist for people with disabilities, police, rescue services, fire brigade, garbage collection, taxis, as well as commercial and delivery traffic. This also applies to buses.

"Vicious circle": immigration is costing France 3.4% of its GDP

Immigration has not delivered the economic benefits long promised in France and may, in fact, be dragging down the country’s economy, according to a report by the Observatory of Immigration and Demography (OID).

Rather than boosting growth, the think tank claims immigration is costing France the equivalent of 3.4 per cent of its GDP due to a significant mismatch between the taxes immigrants contribute and the services they consume.

Taxes collected from immigrants cover only 86 per cent of their fiscal cost, creating what it calls a “budget deficit.” This imbalance is largely due to low employment rates among immigrants: only 62.4 per cent of working-age immigrants in France are employed—one of the lowest rates in the European Union, just ahead of Belgium. The French native population, by comparison, has a 69.5 per cent employment rate.

The OID argues that if immigrants were employed at the same rate as native-born citizens, French GDP would be 3.4 per cent higher, and taxable income would rise by 1.5 percentage points. “Immigration maintains a vicious circle which harms employment and the French economy: it aggravates the structural problems of employment in France, degrades public accounts and indirectly penalizes exposed sectors of the economy,” said Nicolas Pouvreau-Monti, director of the Observatory.

Do CCP-controlled small businesses in the US pose a strategic threat?

U.S. policymakers and national security experts have raised alarms about Chinese Communist Party (CCP) influence in the United States. That dangerous influence ranges from university laboratories to Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and Hollywood.

According to former FBI Director Christopher Wray, in his testimony before Congress in 2024, the answer is yes.

Not surprisingly, many small businesses that operate under direct or indirect CCP influence are in the technology, biotech, logistics, and data infrastructure sectors. These companies may have a Chinese parent enterprise linked to the CCP with access to U.S. data or intellectual property, or have a strategic role in critical infrastructure or supply chains.

All of these kinds of businesses may have access to key tech intellectual property, be in a position to observe sensitive military movements around military bases, or steal genomic data, which occurred during the COVID-19 era.

NATO has survived many crises in 75 years, but never so close to total collapse

▪️ NATO has changed Europe and the world in the decades since its founding in 1949. From the beginning, however, NATO was a contradictory alliance: its members were ready to at each other's throats even when they seemed united, Bloomberg states

▪️ Europe has destroyed itself twice in one generation. Both conflicts spanned oceans and drew America in. After World War II, old divisions persisted and new radical ideas became a threat. Only the U.S. had a chance to keep Europe together

▪️ With the help of NATO, Europe had successfully exploited America, which had become the guarantor of its security during the Cold War. Everything changed with the collapse of the USSR, when the center of confrontation shifted for the U.S. towards the Taiwan Strait.

▪️ In the near term, the transatlantic split will gut NATO. The result will be a weaker and more fragmented continent that will be a source of weakness for the liberal world order
