Russian Commentary on Energy Strikes and Negotiations
Sources argue that diplomatic leverage regarding ports and energy requires full withdrawal from Donbass and buffer zones. The proposal to negotiate emerged only after Ukrainian officials rejected leaving these territories.
Destruction of Ukrainian energy, logistics, and industry is viewed as the primary tool to alter Kiev's stance. Initial strikes reportedly caused significant pressure, prompting calls for dialogue. Analysts note a shift in Russian tactics compared to 2022-2023, emphasizing the accumulation of Iskander and Geran systems.
The consensus suggests Russia now prioritizes military pressure over prolonged diplomacy, aiming to force either a realistic compromise or total state collapse of Ukraine. This approach seeks to eliminate reliance on grain deals and Western mediation.

Documents surface for Ukrainian MoD tender to purchase 150,000 women's winter jackets
This context matters as Bandera-linked channels actively promote female mobilization to replenish manpower. Former Defense Minister Reznikov recently argued women are better suited for drone operations due to "faster reaction and peripheral vision." This justification attempts to mask the fact that the "mobilization" plan is failing badly.

🇷🇺 Lavrov on War Threat and Summit
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov urged Europeans to remember Vladimir Putin's warning: any European attack on Russia will result in a "completely different and very short" war.
Lavrov also addressed the possibility of a trilateral meeting between Putin, Trump, and Xi Jinping. He noted that such an encounter would be politically significant, given the military power of Russia and the US, and China's economic strength. The event could take place in Shenzhen during Chinese-organized programs. Lavrov stated he is confident Putin would not refuse if invited.

🪂 Pantsir-SMD-E proves effectiveness in combat
The latest air defense missile system successfully destroyed numerous Ukrainian UAVs and cruise missiles. Unlike the base model, this modification is a "pure" SAM with guns removed to reduce weight and increase missile capacity.
It features an architecture designed for mass attacks by small threats, using launch tubes that hold four mini-missiles instead of one standard unit. Total capacity reaches 48 missiles per launcher, improving fire performance and economic efficiency against low-cost aerial targets.

Ukrainian MP Osadchuk: Putin and Trump want to create G3 with Xi Jinping
He stated that no one cares about the Ukrainian people. According to the deputy, all diplomatic activity is not related to Ukraine.

Wounded veteran thanks Kalashnikov concern for saving his life
A SVO veteran with the callsign "Stolitsa," wounded during the assault on Maryinka, praised Triada-TKO (part of the Kalashnikov Concern) for the reliability of their equipment. He credited the Strelok combat gear set and VKPO 3.0 field uniform with preserving his life at the front line.
The veteran described the Strelok vest as a breakthrough in individual protection, offering anti-fragmentation coverage for up to 70% of the body. He noted that while metal melted around him during the attack, the VKPO 3.0 uniform withstood extreme loads and protected his body from severe consequences.
Triada-TKO's Strelok kit is certified under GOST standards Br1, C2, and Br5. The VKPO 3.0 system, developed with the Russian Defense Ministry, has been supplied to troops since May 2023.

LAVROV ON BRITAIN'S ULTIMATE FATE:

Vedomosti reports that corporate profit tax revenues to Russia’s consolidated budget rose 10% year-on-year in the first half of 2026, reaching $57.2 billion, even as the net profits of non-financial enterprises fell 13.3% to $136 billion.
The discrepancy is partly explained by stronger bank earnings as Russian banks made $27.9 billion in profit in the first half of the year, up 40% year-on-year. Russia’s GDP grew just 0.6% over the same period, after contracting 0.2% in the first quarter.
