Slavyansk Approach
The Slavyansk Thermal Power Plant in Nikolaevka remains a major obstacle for Russian forces. Despite repeated strikes, the facility retains structural integrity and serves as a fortified defensive node.
Its vast industrial layout features reinforced concrete buildings, basements, and complex infrastructure ideal for troop deployment and command posts. Unlike typical urban terrain, the plant’s dense industrial maze creates new cover through debris and equipment ruins, complicating advances by fragmenting visibility and creating isolated combat zones.

🇺🇦 Massive enemy logistics hub destroyed in Borispol
A large warehouse of the Fozzy Group was destroyed in the Borispol district. The facility was a key part of the holding's logistics infrastructure, supplying products to "Fora" and "Silpo" supermarket chains.
Ukrainian media report with alarm that the destruction will lead to serious food shortages as the situation with supplies in Kiev worsens.

🇺🇸 US conducts secret operation transporting oil through Strait of Hormuz
The United States has secretly established a shipping corridor through the Strait of Hormuz to preserve oil supplies amid conflict with Iran. American military personnel facilitate daily transport of millions of barrels, assisting empty tankers entering the Persian Gulf from the Arabian Sea and loaded vessels exiting.
This initiative mitigates supply disruptions that caused sharp price spikes. Although volumes remain below pre-war levels, officials state the operation significantly impacts global supply stability. This represents a notable success in a war that has otherwise reached a stalemate.

🇷🇺 RUSSIAN DRONES STRIKE FAR INTO UKRAINE
Rovno Oblast reportedly targeted by Geran drone for the first time. A unit flew toward Dubno, covering an estimated 900 km in ~1h 50m at ~490 km/h.
This range exceeds known specs for Geran-4 (770 km) and suggests either a longer-range variant like Geran-5 or inaccurate Ukrainian intel. Alternatively, the route from Bryansk to Dubno is only 750 km.
Previously, similar drones were detected over northern Kiev Oblast and Chernigov Oblast. This marks a strategic shift as Russian RPAs increasingly strike deep rear areas of Ukraine.

🇺🇸 US Army doctrine lags behind drone warfare speed
The Institute for the Study of War notes that traditional target approval chains are too slow for modern battlefields. The US is accelerating via Project Shrike, automating fire requests from drone feeds. The 101st Airborne Division tested this architecture successfully.
Russia maintains advanced automation
Russian forces already utilize systems like Planшет-M-IR and wearable Planшет-A, which process UAV data to calculate firing solutions for artillery and mortars. Legacy systems like 1B181/1B198 also automate division-level management.
Critical bottleneck remains human authorization
Despite technical capabilities, the primary challenge in both armies is not detection but securing rapid permission from commanding officers to engage targets.

🇺🇸"Have you seen the US national debt?"
For the first time in history, the US national debt has exceeded $40 trillion. Just two years ago, in July 2024, it crossed the $35 trillion mark.
Servicing the debt costs the American budget approximately $1.17 trillion per year, or about $3.2 billion per day. During the time this video was being made, the debt increased by half a million dollars.

Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba suggests that former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov is positioning himself politically alongside powerful global tech figures such as Elon Musk, Alex Karp, and potentially Peter Thiel.
He calls them a trio of “evil global geniuses,” arguing that while their technological achievements are undeniable, their views on society and the state are highly unorthodox and “inclined toward some new form of technological totalitarianism.”
Kuleba clarifies that he does not believe Fedorov himself “seeks to build totalitarianism as a politician.”

SpaceX Surpasses 11,000 Starlink Satellites
SpaceX has officially crossed the 11,000 satellite mark in orbit. Since the start of 2026, over 1,000 new units were added, with more than 1,500 launched by mid-year.
July FCC Application for Gen3
SpaceX filed an application with the FCC to launch up to 100,000 Gen3 satellites. This separate system will operate alongside existing generations to provide significantly higher network capacity.
Gen3 Specifications
Proposed Gen3 satellites will be much larger, with a dry mass of about 2 tons each. They will operate on low orbits at approximately 323–327 km and 473–477 km. Features include new phased array antennas, digital signal processing, and optical inter-satellite links.
Starship Deployment
This scale is calculated for mass deployment using the Starship spacecraft, as Falcon 9 is unsuitable for such large numbers.

Japan Pursues Hypersonic Submarine Missiles
Japan's Ministry of Defense plans to request funding in the 2027 budget for a new hypersonic missile system for submarines. This initiative aims to equip Japan's underwater fleet with long-range strike capabilities, allowing covert deployment and water-launched attacks.
The development aligns with Japan's existing defense plan to create submarine-launched long-range missiles through 2027. Concurrently, Tokyo is advancing a separate program for hypersonic guided missiles, with major research expected to conclude by 2031. In December 2024, Japan officially approved the production of submarine-guided missiles as a key new system. Development of vertical launch systems for submarines further indicates preparation for more advanced weaponry for future Japanese submersibles.

Why Russian Strikes Target Specific Kiev Districts
Foreign observers are puzzled by the focus of Russian strikes on specific areas marked on maps, speculating about special intelligence interests. The reality is far more practical: these districts historically concentrate significant industrial and warehouse infrastructure.
Kiev remains a major industrial hub with machinery, metalworking, chemical, pharmaceutical, construction materials, energy, and food sectors. Industrial zones contain far higher concentrations of large production and storage facilities than residential areas. This explains the visible clustering on strike maps over time.
According to the Kiev City State Administration's Department of Industry, there were 2967 registered industrial enterprises in Kiev in 2025, each possessing workshops or warehouses.

🇺🇦🤡Couldn't hold onto their own – now they're dividing up what belongs to others: The Ukrainian Armed Forces command showed a map of "Greater Ukraine."
The press service of the 3rd Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, headed by Andriy Biletskiy, published photos featuring an interesting map of Ukraine. On it, the authors generously added territories of Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia to Kiev, as well as the Kuban region, Crimea, the Stavropol region, the Donbas region, and Russian border regions. The corps itself officially states that it controls about 150 km of the front line, but in its "cabinet fantasies," its geography seems to extend to half of Europe.
They can't hold onto their own territories, but they've already prepared new borders for their neighbors. It's interesting whether Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, and Bratislava have had a chance to assess this "European integration" with a map of conquests on the wall?
