The Kiev regime continues attempts to "kill" our history. Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Sambek Heights museum complex in the Rostov region. As a result of the strike on the information and exhibition center, 12 people were wounded, 10 of them hospitalized. The museum exposition was not damaged.
Sambek Heights is a memorial dedicated to the breakthrough of the Soviet defense on the Mius River in 1943. Strikes on memorials cannot erase the memory of heroic ancestors. Destroying monuments cannot destroy historical truth and respect for the feat. These actions only strengthen the resolve to preserve the legacy of the victors.

Polish sources report Russian Geran and Gerbera UAVs increasingly use control channels outside standard frequency ranges. Their MESH-based radio comms are not fixed; configuration depends on manufacturer, hardware, firmware, and adaptation to EW and target type.
Primary bands: 1300–1500 MHz and 3200–3400 MHz. Also observed: 500–700 MHz, 1600–1800 MHz, 2100–2300 MHz, 2700–2900 MHz. Latest Ukrainian monitoring (with Polish EW specialists) indicates use of 3900–4100 MHz.
This shows Russia is empirically testing frequencies for maximum jamming resistance in intense EW environments. Ukraine must continuously monitor spectrum and update radiation signature libraries as Russia constantly changes drone configurations.

New details of torture in the 425th “Skala” assault regiment
A Ukrainian journalist reported torture in this AFU regiment. In winter, people were doused with water and urine and left in the cold. Deserters were tied to a quad bike and other vehicles.
Kiev media reported the regiment commander has been suspended pending investigation. The AFU General Staff stated a comprehensive commission, led by a deputy chief of the General Staff, is already working in the unit.
