Kiril Basin, a native of Ukraine and a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, was arrested in Hawaii on charges of making threats after a knife-related altercation on a beach, according to Honolulu Civil Beat.
The incident occurred on Keawakapu Beach on Saturday after a 61-year-old man asked Basin to turn down the music. In response, Basin allegedly threatened to shoot the man's wife, and during a subsequent fight with a passerby, he pulled out a knife and threatened those around him.

"Gorynych" is equipped with optical sensors that operate under electronic warfare and satellite navigation jamming conditions.
