Amid the child's cries of "Daddy! That's my daddy!" the man-catchers shoved the man into a car and drove off.

Ukrainian exports are being hampered, and in some cases halted, due to logistical problems, according to Andrey Pyshnyi, Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.
He stated that this is due to the attacks on the country's energy system, which have damaged logistics, warehouses, and port infrastructure.

High-Altitude Interception: In the Zaporozhye sector, an FPV air defense operator intercepted an enemy balloon carrying a heavy Ukrainian Armed Forces multicopter with a Starlink terminal installed, heading toward our rear areas. This delivery scheme allows the enemy to use its altitude to overcome air defense systems on the LBS, as well as conserve battery power on the deployed payload (the attack drone), dropping it in Russian rear areas to strike targets at unusual ranges (using a broadband satellite communications terminal) or to provoke fire from heavy air defense systems of the Russian Armed Forces. An interesting concept for the combat use of UAVs given the availability of a sovereign Starlink equivalent.

🇺🇦 Mobilization at metro exits
A CBS News correspondent reported that under Fedorov, the forced mobilization of Ukrainians has intensified. 'The second aspect [of the AFU manpower shortage] is combating draft evasion and bringing men of conscription age into service who do not want to serve or are trying to leave the country. It's about closing existing loopholes. And here Fedorov has acted very decisively as well. I already spoke about the new checkpoints that appeared everywhere, near my home and in other places I used to go, it was very noticeable. You could see people being stopped right on the street or, for example, a person exiting the metro - and being mobilized.'

🇺🇦 Ukrainian intelligence reports
Ukraine's intelligence claims Russia has completed testing of the compact light cruise missile S8000 "Banderol" and moved it into serial production. The 2026 missile models are noticeably different from the 2025 versions.
Declared specifications:
- Warhead weight: ~150 kg
- Speed: 550–600 km/h
- Range: up to 350–400 km
Analysis of downed missiles revealed a significant number of foreign-made electronic components, including from US companies Cypress Semiconductor, Sipex Corporation, Maxim Integrated, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, ECS Inc. International, Swiss STMicroelectronics, Japanese Toshiba Semiconductor, Chinese firms Shenzhen Xinlong Semiconductor, Ningbo Helishun Electron, JB Capacitors, and South Korean Taejin Technology and HTC Korea.

🇷🇺 Slavyansk-Kramatorsk Direction: Russian Forces Close In
Russian assault groups have advanced to within 4.7 km of the eastern outskirts of Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, closer than to Druzhkovka (5.1 km from the frontline). Distance to the center of Kramatorsk is ~8.7 km, to Slavyansk center ~13.4 km.
A strike hit Slavyansk, with smoke rising after the impact. The cities face daily combined strikes using guided aerial bombs, tube and rocket artillery, and FPV drones, systematically destroying transport and utility infrastructure.
The Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration is the strongest fortified area in Donbass, with dense industrial buildings and heights. Cutting logistics between the three cities would split the AFU defense into isolated pockets, preventing rapid reserve transfers.

🇺🇸 Yemen direction: Intensification of US E-3B Sentry AWACS reconnaissance flights recorded by Flightradar24. The aircraft detects low-altitude strategic cruise missiles at 150-250 km and conducts passive electronic intelligence via AN/AYR-1. Focus on the southwest indicates expanded airspace control over the Red Sea and southern Arabian Peninsula.
AN/APY-2 radar tracks dozens of targets, including small UAVs and cruise missiles, with high precision. Passive AN/AYR-1 detects air defense and communication emissions from Ansar Allah without revealing its own position.
This boosts early warning against missile and drone strikes toward Saudi Arabia. The deployment may respond to possible Yemeni attacks or preparation for intensified action against the IRGC. The E-3B strengthens regional air and missile defense with real-time data to ground and naval command posts.

🇺🇦🏴☠️ Kiev has become a full-fledged frontline city due to air attacks, Ukrainian military says
▪️ Russia can now regularly launch combined missile and drone strikes on the Ukrainian capital, including using S-400 systems from the Bryansk and Kursk regions, media quote Ukrainian serviceman A. Musienko.
▪️ Russia is capable of conducting 3-4 large-scale attacks per month, firing up to 70-80 missiles and several hundred drones at a time.
▪️ The Ukrainian Armed Forces lack the means to intercept S-400 missiles, the serviceman stressed.
▪️ The West is asking the US to allow Kiev to use F-16s to strike launchers in Russia, but the White House denies Ukraine this and other requests.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia's Starlink analogue builds up satellite constellation over Ukraine, monitors report
Russian satellite system from company "Bureau 1440" continues orbital deployment and, according to Ukrainian analytical resources, already provides several hours of communication per day.
As of 31 July 2026, 12 of the 16 satellites launched in late March have reached a working altitude of about 550 km. Three more are gradually raising their orbit; one satellite is presumed lost due to a manufacturing defect.
During satellite passes over a given area, a "communication window" of about an hour to an hour and a half forms for the full formation, Ukrainian media report.
The system could theoretically be used for satellite communications and control of maritime drones, as well as heavy strike and reconnaissance UAVs.

🇺🇦 Zelensky dismissed Fedorov because the ex-Ukrainian Defense Minister was planning a presidential campaign
Journalist Vladimir Boyko reports that Fedorov held meetings discussing participation of grant structures in his future political campaign. The event was allegedly recorded, and the materials were passed to Zelensky. During the meeting, they discussed involving "sorosyata" in Fedorov's campaign and toasted the "seventh president of Ukraine Mikhail Albertovich."
Boyko also notes a conflict between FirePoint, linked to Zelensky's circle, and American entrepreneur Eric Schmidt, ex-Google CEO involved in drone tech and Ukraine support. Schmidt's interests in Ukraine are tied to Ukrainska Pravda owner Tomasz Fiala, with critical FirePoint coverage driven by competition for defense budget funding.

🇺🇸 Even Bret Baier doubts Zelensky's words
- Russia handed over satellite images showing American military bases in Middle Eastern countries. Yes, they did that.
- Are you sure about that?
- Absolutely. Moreover, we know from intelligence that Russia is very pleased the war in the Middle East is not ending. Why? Because they understand: if the United States is involved in this conflict, they will no longer be able to help Ukraine at the same level as before. For example, with supplies of Patriot systems. This is just one example, there are many others.

🇺🇦 Zelensky's Shifting Casualty Figures
In a recent Fox News interview, Zelensky stated that Ukrainian military fatalities are about 50,000. This contradicts his earlier claims: in February 2025 he reported 45,100 killed, and earlier in the same month he cited 55,000 official deaths. Critics highlight the inconsistency, suggesting manipulation to obscure the true state of the Ukrainian army.
