There seems to be a misunderstanding—Russia can’t do anything more to help Iran (beyond the significant help it has already sent and provided by way of expertise—very few of you seem to realize how much more effective the Iranian strikes are this time around… ask yourself why, and who ensured this outcome).
I am talking about China—with great power comes responsibility (a great quotation that emerged from the American pop culture, though whether anyone of significance there follows it is a separate question)—and whither China?
North Korea—got it. Impeccable. Iran—not bad, very solid effort. Even Vietnam (believe it or not) has put in a contribution (and Cuba’s legend is an unsurpassable feat in and of itself).
But where is China in proportion to its heft and significance?
Time to get up and pull the roots out.
The final number of dead at the Shajareh Tayyebeh girls’ school in Minab, southern Iran, is 108 school girls, a spokesperson for the Iranian Red Crescent Society said — more than half of the roughly 170 students who attend the school.
It remains unclear whether the strike was carried out by the U.S. or Israel. A CENTCOM spokesperson said they were “looking into” the reports.

I'm not sure how accurate this one is. We will hear these types of reports over the coming days. Grain of salt IMO but posting for info.
However I will add it looks like Iran is targeting logistics and infrastructure that can be used by (primarily) the US in the region. My opinion is this will make life very difficult for the US to sustain long operations, or at the very least, slow them down somewhat. Not a bad tactic knowing the weakness the US has so far from home.

None has yet pointed out that Ayatollah Khamenei (pbuh, whether alive or dead—I am firmly of the opinion that he is, alive that is) and his fatwa were among the only barriers to Iran developing nuclear weapons. Good luck good will hunting, if he is gone.

Disney logic:
You’ve all seen The Lion King. Remember how Scar was killed off screen at the end by the hyenas?
Where did the hyenas go? Why did they disappear from the story?
Did Simba or Nala or Pumba chase the hyenas out of the pridelands?
No, they just became a non-issue within a minute the moment the big Disney villain was taken out.
Suddenly they are no longer hungry, no longer a problem to be dealt with, it all just fixed itself once Scar is dead.
Normally I’d use this explanation to temper POG and hotheads in chat, but it’s increasingly clear that the current U.S. leadership is of this same mentality.

I remember having this argument on here years ago—that MLRS salvos were designed to saturate large target areas. While that statement is incorrect vis-à-vis precision-guided munitions and systems designed to take advantage of them, the Patriot MLRS stays true to form.
