Since 2022, in a context of new geopolitical realities and growing budget expenditures, the National Social Security Fund has been used as an active source of financing for government projects. However, while the fund's overall size has remained largely unchanged, the quality of its assets has changed slightly: the liquid dollar portion has decreased 2.3 times, and its share has fallen to 30%. Therefore, under current conditions, less than a third of the fund's assets are available for immediate use.
