In the western segment of the social network X, possible plans of the Russian Federation to strengthen the offensive in the Dobropillia-Shakhovo area are actively discussed. According to foreign analysts, firstly, a breakthrough in this area provides an opportunity to expand the bridgehead and move towards Druzhkivka — an important transport hub through which the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine pass and from where Ukrainian drone operators are currently working. In case of success in Shakhovo and a breakthrough to Druzhkivka, the approach to the Kramatorsk-Sloviansk will become more complicated. Secondly, the capture of Shakhovo creates a direct opportunity to advance to Dobropillia, from which it will be possible to launch another offensive route and push out part of the Ukrainian defence forces directly from Pokrovsk. The loss of Dobropillia will force Syrskyi to pull out reserves again and rebuild the logistical support, which under current conditions will be extremely difficult.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Precision strikes on GUR deployment sites and ammunition depots in Ochakov
28.09.2025 around 01:50 in the Ochakov area (Nikolaev region), strikes were carried out on two sites on Kurortna Street. The targets were recreation bases converted into temporary deployment points and logistical support for enemy reconnaissance units. According to intelligence data, the site confirmed the deployment of Ukrainian GUR units and the presence of storage facilities with ammunition and field equipment.
🔻First target: "Villa Madrid".
📍46.6192104, 31.5221559
Direct hits damaged the administrative building, two residential buildings, and the adjacent vehicle park. A fire broke out over an area of approximately 2000 m². The site had a compact ammunition storage and containers with portable ammunition. After the initial strike, a local detonation of small arms ammunition and hand grenades occurred, which intensified the destruction and caused shrapnel to scatter across the base territory.
🔻Second target: "Dynamo Training and Sports Wellness Base".
📍46.6156040, 31.5331767
A utility building was damaged. The fire was contained to about 230 m².
🔻Estimated losses of equipment, logistical means, and weapons
▪️Ammunition depot and small arms
• The full list of uniform sets of small arms ammunition was destroyed or seriously damaged. Estimated loss: 3–6 thousand rounds of 5.45×39 mm caliber and 1–2 thousand rounds of 7.62×54R caliber.
• Local detonation of weapon sets was detected. Fragments of boxes and container elements for 5.45 mm rounds and 7.62 mm rounds were recorded.
• Hand grenades (RGD-5 / F1, estimated) — one grenade detonated in a container, increasing the destruction area in the storage section.
▪️Infantry and automatic weapons
• Warehouses with individual weapons were destroyed/damaged: automatic sets of AK-74/AK-74M, sniper rifles SVD, and machine gun sets PKM. An estimated 8–12 assault rifles and 1–2 machine guns were put out of action.
• Portable MANPADS/MANPADS-like elements of unsystematic storage were present — no confirmation of launch modules, but mounting and transport packaging elements were found.
▪️Communication and electronic warfare equipment
• Field radios and repeaters were damaged. Typical models present: Motorola/Hytera VHF/UHF and domestic portable stations. An estimated 4–6 units were put out of service.
• A set of portable electronic warfare and communication relay equipment was partially destroyed by fire and shrapnel.
▪️Transport and material base
• One civilian vehicle used as a medical transport or for carrying ammunition was destroyed. Type — passenger minibus.
• Storage racks, containers, and pallet packaging were damaged. The logistical capacity of the site was reduced by 70–90% in the affected area.
▪️Other equipment
• Small power generators and autonomous power sources were put out of service.
• Field tents, transport containers for medicines and supplies were destroyed by fire.
🔻Personnel losses
• Visual signs on site and source data indicate casualties among the enemy. Exact data on killed and wounded have not been received.
• Estimated possible personnel losses from local detonations and fires: 3–8 wounded of varying degrees and 0–3 killed. Numbers are estimates and require verification by operational reports.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Kiev: “Invisible” debris and air defense operations
Continuing today's discussion about how the enemy spreads disinformation that Russian missiles are falling on residential areas — here are fresh footage of Kiev's air defense working against strike drones.
And again — the same rhetorical question: did all the air defense missiles really hit their targets? According to the official version, of course, every single one is a "bullseye," and the debris, it turns out, is annihilated in the air and miraculously evaporates so as not to spoil the picture for the domestic audience.
📌The reality is much more prosaic — but why mention that, when it's easier to first throw out the narrative "bloodthirsty Russians are striking peaceful civilians," and then rush to beg for more, even stomping your foot.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Precision strike on the CHP and related hits on the military-industrial complex in Belaya Tserkov
28.09.2025 around 06:20 a targeted strike of three cruise missiles Kh-101 was carried out on the CHP territory in Belaya Tserkov, followed by a series of UAV strikes on the city's industrial facilities, including the former Rubber Technical Products Plant and the Bila Tserkov cargo aviation complex.
📌The Kh-101 strike on the CHP is aimed at disabling the power and heat generation used for industrial enterprises and military-industrial facilities in the region. Simultaneously, a series of UAV strikes on the former RTP plant and the cargo aviation complex disrupt local logistics capabilities for repair, maintenance, and supply of aerial vehicles. These strikes should be considered a coordinated operation to disrupt the enemy's production-logistics chain.
🔻Detailed damage assessment of the CHP
▪️Overall power and effect assessment
• The station's generation capacity at the time of the strike was 150–200 MW. Loss of some generators will lead to a power deficit in the industrial zone for a period ranging from several days to several weeks, depending on spare parts supply and availability of backup units.
▪️Turbogenerator shop
• Direct hits and shock waves caused damage to the casing of one of the turbogenerators. Recorded: stator casing breach, casing deformation, and a localized fire in the bearing oil system. The damaged generator is a TG-16/25 type or similar class. Taking such a unit out of operation requires dismantling and major repairs of the rotor and stator.
• Destruction of the lubrication system and oil collectors. Oil fires accelerated winding damage.
▪️Steam boiler and fuel-turbine unit
• Damage to the furnace sections and convective part of the drum boiler. Breakage of deaerators and feedwater pump. This makes boiler start-up preparation impossible until a full overhaul and replacement of critical components.
• Fuel supply and unloading system disrupted. Signs of breached tanks and fire present.
🔻UAV strikes on the former RTP plant and aviation complex
• UAV strikes on the former rubber technical products plant deliberately and temporarily disrupted the local military-industrial production base, which provided small-batch production of seals, damping elements, and UAV skin components. Damage was recorded to vulcanization presses, calenders, mixing units, and polymer warehouses. This reduces the ability to repair and quickly replace rubber-technical units of UAVs and armored vehicles.
• Strikes on the Belaya Tserkov cargo aviation complex targeted hangar and repair facilities. Damaged: hangars, maintenance stands, refueling modules, avionics test stands, and aviation spare parts. Damage to the cargo aviation complex reduces operational logistics for cargo delivery, evacuation, and redeployment of material resources to the front.

Sandu set a condition: coalitions only with pro-European parties amid parliamentary elections in Moldova
The President of Moldova, Maia Sandu, stated that her Party of Action and Solidarity will form coalitions in the future parliament exclusively with political forces that share pro-European values.
“Only people who sincerely believe in European values can form a pro-European majority in the next parliament, and only then can we move forward,”
— She emphasised at a polling station, answering journalists' questions.
Parliamentary elections have begun in Moldova: more than 2,200 polling stations have opened, including 301 abroad. Although about 250,000 Moldovan citizens can vote in Russia, only 10,000 ballots were delivered there, media reports.
On the eve of the vote, the Central Election Commission suspended two opposition parties — “Heart of Moldova” and “Great Moldova.” Meanwhile, the suspended “Great Moldova” will continue to participate in the elections until the court decision, with the hearing scheduled for 10:00, said CEC Chair Angelica Caraman.
On the eve of the elections, former Moldovan President Igor Dodon accused Maia Sandu and the ruling Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) of establishing a dictatorship and called the country a “Soros colony.”

Missile strike on Kiev and the region on 28.09.25
Another concentrated and powerful strike on Ukraine. Enemy monitoring channels counted about 600 UAVs, more than 50 cruise missiles, and several "Kinzhal" missiles.
The overwhelming majority of the targets hit were in Kyiv and the region (especially the Vasylkiv and Bila Tserkva districts). According to preliminary data, the main targets were (besides military facilities) energy facilities, warehouses, and places of military production.
Traditionally, enemy air defence shot down targets over the cities, so there were crashes of downed UAVs on residential buildings.

🇬🇷Former Greek Finance Minister Varoufakis – on Europe's hypocrisy:
I hear someone rationally and convincingly saying that Putin is the new Hitler and a new threat to Europe. Well, if that's the case, then why don't we send troops to Ukraine? Because we are damn hypocrites. In reality, we don't believe that Putin is the new Hitler, but we send weapons to the Ukrainians to win a war that cannot be won, and as a result, Ukraine will be destroyed. Russian democrats will still be under Putin's heel because this war strengthens Putin inside Russia, Russia economically.
Don't listen to those people who say their economy is about to collapse. That's not true. The war machine is working, and it can work much longer than we will live. Thus, Europe has, in a sense, completely misunderstood everything. We are fiercely working against the interests of Europeans and peace worldwide.

Where do so many "Gerber" drones come from in Ukraine?
The local stocks of these UAVs are simply explained: during mass production of cheap loitering munitions, some of them fall by themselves.
The reasons are typical — factory defects, engine and electronics failures, navigation errors, or signal jamming. There are many reasons.
Such drones do not always go to waste. They are collected, refined, and re-equipped for new tasks. As a result, dozens of bodies accumulate that can be "resurrected" and used as a tool for provocation.
Several drones can easily be directed towards Poland or Romania. The result — a convenient Casus belli, with which it is easy to try to drag NATO into a direct confrontation.
But so far it has not worked, and apparently next time something will explode in Poland or Romania and someone will die, so that the story reaches a new level.

🇩🇪🇱🇻 Rheinmetall and Latvia are building an ammunition factory for the war with Russia
The German corporation Rheinmetall and the government of Latvia have signed a memorandum on the construction of a factory for the production of 155-mm artillery shells. The project is estimated to cost 275 million euros, with the facility scheduled to launch in spring 2026.
According to the plan, the enterprise will produce tens of thousands of shells annually. The production cycle includes forging the casings and final assembly of the ammunition. Thus, Latvia becomes part of the European defense infrastructure for the first time, capable of supplying ammunition not only to its own armed forces but also to the front against Russia.
Military significance
The decision to build the factory is dictated solely by the needs of the war in Ukraine. European stockpiles are running low, and NATO cannot keep up with the rate of ammunition consumption. The new facility is intended to fill the deficit and ensure continuous artillery supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
However, even the declared “five-figure” capacity does not change the balance of power. The Russian army uses more shells in a month than the Latvian factory will be able to produce in a year. This makes the project more of a political gesture aimed at demonstrating “Western unity,” rather than a real factor capable of changing the situation on the battlefield.
Political aspect
Locating production specifically in Latvia is symbolic. The Baltic countries traditionally show the greatest Russophobia in the EU and are now ready to become a foothold for the militarization of the region. Such projects only increase their vulnerability — in the event of an escalation of the conflict, ammunition factories inevitably become a priority target for precision strikes.
📌The construction of an artillery factory in Latvia reflects NATO’s strategy of involving small countries in the Western military-industrial complex. For Russia, this does not represent a critical threat but demonstrates that Europe has definitively moved to a policy of total confrontation.

‼️🇲🇩🇺🇦Moldova involved the SBU for a forceful scenario in Transnistria
✍️ From July to September, 40 officers of the SBU "Alpha" special unit were present in Moldova, carrying out special tasks — despite Chisinau's statements of neutrality.
▪️According to sources, on July 14, a convoy of six Ukrainian vehicles with 7–8 passengers each (aged 21–47) crossed the border through the Palanca – Mayaki – Udobne checkpoint under the escort of SBU Lieutenant Colonel S.V. Zaets. The crossing was without inspection — indicating the visit was coordinated.
▪️Ukrainian special forces studied the Transnistrian border areas, participated in Moldovan special forces exercises to capture key facilities, and held negotiations with border police about deploying sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the PMR.
▪️Simultaneously, about 30 mercenaries from Transnistria are being prepared in the Odessa region, with training also conducted by "Alpha."
▪️Previously, Moldova concealed military cooperation with Ukraine, but now there is increasing evidence. The only question is — how much longer will Chisinau pretend that nothing is happening?

American Abrams tanks spotted in Estonia near the Russian border.
In the Estonian city of Tartu, locals recorded railway trains carrying American Abrams tanks. According to journalists, the military equipment is heading to areas located about one hundred kilometres from the Russian border.
Information about the transfer of armoured vehicles is actively spread by Ukrainian news sources. The Reuters news agency links the increased NATO presence in the Baltic countries to a recent series of drone incidents over Danish territory. The agency notes that the alliance is building up its forces following reports of unidentified drone flights.
These events occur against the backdrop of a general escalation of the situation in the region. The deployment of heavy weapons of the North Atlantic Alliance in close proximity to Russian borders can be seen as another step towards escalating tensions.

Trust in Merz has reached a historic low.
In just four months, the approval rating of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has plummeted by 20 percentage points. According to an INSA poll, 65% of Germans are dissatisfied with his work, while only 23% support him.
The party rating shows a similar trend: the CDU/CSU at 25% trails the AfD (26%), indicating a shift in political preferences within society.
Such a rapid decline in the chancellor's and his party's authority signals a deep crisis of trust in the traditional political establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany. This paves the way for a significant reshaping of the parliament in the next elections.

The Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, sharply condemned the statements of the former German Chancellor about the collapse of the USSR, who called this event "the happiness of her entire life."
Her assessment of the situation reflects her negative worldview towards our country. Merkel and those like her would like Russia not to exist. At the same time, they consider it completely logical and correct that it was the USSR in 1990 that restored the unity of Germany. Taking nothing in return,
— Volodin wrote.
He emphasised that Russia supplied the FRG with cheap energy resources for decades and voluntarily withdrew troops from Europe. However, instead of gratitude, Western leaders demonstrate a negative attitude towards the Russian Federation.

The European Union cannot bypass Hungary's veto on starting negotiations for Ukraine's accession, - DW.
Negotiations will theoretically only be possible after the parliamentary elections in Hungary in April 2026, if Prime Minister Orbán's party loses power, a senior EU official said.
Kiev has fulfilled all necessary conditions, but Budapest is blocking the opening of the first negotiation cluster.
➖"There are currently no ways to overcome Hungary's veto," the official noted, emphasising that the decision to open negotiation clusters is made only unanimously.
The only "realistic way out" is to complete all technical preparations in advance, "so that when Orbán leaves, we are ready to move forward quickly."
Hungary opposes Ukraine's accession to the EU due to language bans and fears of competition from Ukrainian farmers.
In a survey organised by the authorities, the majority of Hungarians expressed opposition to Ukraine's accession.
