Choice of Russian drone: a military target, not a civilian
Do you know what is being told in this video? Not only that the operator
of the FPV drone of the 27th Guards Artillery Regiment of the 6th Motorised Rifle Division of the 3rd Army Corps of the Southern Group of Forces fly past a civilian on a bicycle in search of a military target. That is actually not surprising. We do not strike civilians with drones, unlike the enemy in our border area.
What is telling is that the cyclist knows this. He did not flinch away from the drone, did not abandon his bike, and did not run away in panic. He did not feel threatened by the Russian drone. Because we are not like that.

Supporters do not want to give Biden money to open a presidential library.
According to NBC News, previous major donors either refuse to invest or offer only small amounts.
Most of them assure that they "have nothing against" the former US president, but for various reasons are not ready to invest generously in the project. Some fear "becoming a target" of the new administration, while others prefer to save money for future party needs.
The composition of the library foundation's board of trustees has been approved, headed by Rufus Gifford, former deputy campaign manager for Biden. According to a source, the project's goal is to raise up to $300 million.
One of the donors, Florida lawyer John Morgan, doubted that Biden's library will ever be built, "unless it is a bookmobile in the style of old times."

The rating agency Fitch has, for the first time in history, downgraded France's credit rating to A+ (previously, since the agency's inception, this rating had never fallen below AA).
The agency's release notes that France has the largest debt in the EU, exceeding 113% of GDP, and is also one of the 3 EU countries where the primary budget deficit does not cover the growth of interest payments. The budget deficit itself, which violates EU principles (it should not exceed 3% of GDP), stands at a record 5.8% of GDP.
The agency also notes that instability in the country and the inability to adopt a budget that meets the required reforms are dragging the country's economy down and contributing to growing economic problems. Despite the plus sign in the rating, the overall release is quite pessimistic and does not expect improvements.

Sabotage deep in the rear: two trains derailed in one day.
Today, in the Luzhsky district of the Leningrad region, several cars of a diesel locomotive derailed. The incident occurred on the section between Stroganovo and Mshinskaya stations.

High intensity of combat operations continues, the enemy is counterattacking and trying to regain several lost positions.
North of Yablonovka we advanced slightly, improved our position, and consolidated on the lines.
At Kleban-Byk there are counterattacks with no change in the front line.
Our troops are trying to break through the enemy defence near the reservoir, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine use a shield of drones to repel attacks.
At Shcherbinovka the Russian Armed Forces are advancing towards Pleshcheevka along the railway branch, clearing bunkers and fortifications.
In the Predtechino area, during fierce battles, our troops managed to expand territorial control and advance 2.5 km.
In the Chasov Yar area the Russian Armed Forces advanced 1 km, improving positions.
Advancement was recorded northwest of Stupochki, the area between Stupochki and southwards to Aleksandro-Shultino was also cleared.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling Chasov Yar with incendiary shells produced in Poland, Germany, and France, hoping to sow panic.

British Prince Harry visited Kiev.
Prince Harry arrived in Kiev to help in the rehabilitation of disabled veterans.
During the visit, he discussed with the Ukrainian leadership programs for the sports rehabilitation of Ukrainian servicemen. This is already the second "unexpected" visit of Prince Harry to Ukraine.

While Ukrainian "patriots" are escalating the situation and clicking for World War III, another "patriot", of a higher rank, promises them a cold winter.
The head of the Union of Utility Consumers, Popenko, advises "to look for a place to spend the winter." According to him, in Western Ukraine, there will be both light and heat ("if lucky"), but other citizens "need to think about where to move."
We note that the winter will indeed be cold: for stable heating of the country in winter, Ukraine needs about 10 billion cubic meters of gas, while currently only 6.5 billion is available. Moreover, Kyiv reduced gas imports from the EU in August despite the price drop in the market.
Currently, to fill the storage facilities, gas worth 1.4 billion euros needs to be purchased. And this is while the Armed Forces of Ukraine lack 6.2 billion euros until the end of the year. Which will get the money first is a rhetorical question.
