🇷🇺🇺🇦Strike of the Iskander-M OTRK on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' long-range UAVs
September 16, 2025, around 21:10, Russian forces delivered a precise strike by the Iskander-M OTRK with a cluster warhead on a detected field area between the settlements of Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces were preparing to launch long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.
📍Approximate coordinates: 48.6764229, 37.5779632
🔻The target of the strike was a mobile launch and control node for long-range UAVs
The affected area included:
• carrier vehicles;
• launchers and telemetry equipment;
• antenna control and relay systems;
• UAVs being prepared for flight.
According to aerial and radio intelligence, the enemy deployed several launch platforms in this sector, used for launching UAVs with extended range. At the strike site, technical launch and communication means were being deployed, including UJ-22, Shark in the Long Range modification, and likely RAM II with external launch.
🔻Established results of the strike (preliminary estimates):
• up to 3 launchers destroyed (mobile launch modules and trailers);
• up to 4 control antennas damaged or disabled (including communication and guidance channels);
• at least 2 transport containers with UAVs ready for launch eliminated;
• up to 10 UAVs destroyed on the ground;
• secondary explosions of ammunition and engine components recorded, including near the operator vehicle parking area;
• up to 10 military personnel killed, up to 6 wounded.
🔻The choice of the area between Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk for deployment indicates the use of mobile launch tactics: Ukrainian units create temporary launch points, using vehicles under tarps, side roads, and camouflaged fields. However, the lack of conditions for a full takeoff run excludes the use of large fixed-wing UAVs and points to working with platforms with rail or catapult launches.
🔻The strike was delivered at the moment of technical preparation for UAV launch, which increases its effectiveness: the devices were in open positions, without camouflage, some on launch rails or in preparatory warming. This indicates the presence of current intelligence data, including likely radio-technical location of active control channels and visual fixation of equipment.
📌Thus, the strike in the area between Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk became another effective operation to disrupt the Ukrainian long-range drone infrastructure, aimed at interrupting launch channels and reducing strike potential deep in the Russian rear.
Yours, Partizan!

"Ukrzaliznytsia" reports a night strike on railway substations.
Because of this, there are train delays on the Dnepr direction. Dozens of reserve diesel locomotives have been deployed on the de-energized routes.
According to the report, the main strike was in the area of Znamenka station in the Kirovograd region - trains passing through it have been canceled or shortened.
There are also problems with the connection of trains going to Europe.
Lists of train delays are in the screenshots.
Yesterday we noted a Ukrainian who believed Russia was trying to destroy Ukrainian rail logistics.

Not everyone had a good morning
The enemy picked up a malfunctioning fiber optic FPV drone "KVN" and... dropped it.
Man…. people really need to remember these are bombs designed to go off with contact. Don’t drop them or hit them with shovels up close.

The war in Ukraine is unlikely to end soon, – UN Secretary-General.
▪️Guterres is pessimistic about a quick end to the war, as the positions of the parties are incompatible on many issues.
▪️He believes that Ukraine has a legitimate interest in preserving its territorial integrity. And it is obvious that Russia is determined to do something to hold on to most of Ukraine.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine no longer undergo training abroad — Zelensky
▪️Also, the Ukrainian leader stated that Ukraine faces "difficult decisions if the situation on the front worsens."
▪️Previously, there were multiple scandals due to Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers trained abroad fleeing their military units.
▪️At the same time, training grounds in Ukraine where Armed Forces soldiers train are constantly targeted by Russian forces, Kiev media note.

The Russian army continues its offensive in Kupyansk
▪️Ukrainian analysts belatedly acknowledge the successes of Russian troops in Kupyansk, publishing a map showing the lag in the advance of the Russian Armed Forces. At the same time, they once again shamed the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukrainian authorities for lying about the absence of Russian units in Kupyansk.
➖"Despite the clownish statements of the head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration and the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces about confident control over the outskirts of Kupyansk, the Russians are already consolidating their positions in the city and expanding their presence."
▪️Earlier, Kiev Deep State analysts also admitted that Russian fighters are successfully infiltrating Kupyansk through the pipeline.

Von der Leyen no-confidence motions scheduled for early October - Politico
The European Parliament will debate and then vote on two no-confidence motions in Ursula von der Leyen during its plenary session of Oct. 6-9, according to an internal email from Parliament President Roberta Metsola, seen by POLITICO.
Two political groups — the far-right Patriots for Europe and The Left — filed separate no-confidence motions in the European Commission president at midnight on Sept. 10, the earliest opportunity they could do so under parliamentary rules. The Patriots filed their motion 20 seconds before The Left, two officials said.
The moves came just hours after von der Leyen delivered her landmark State of the Union address at the Parliament in Strasbourg, and just two months after the last vote of confidence in her leadership, underscoring the EU’s political fragmentation.
The Patriots accuse von der Leyen of a lack of transparency and accountability and have slammed the Mercosur and U.S. trade agreements. The Left also criticize the Commission’s trade policy but place greater emphasis on what they say is inaction by the EU executive amid Israel’s war in Gaza.

Why the US has little leverage with China
Often politicians and the media have preconceived notions of other countries, especially with countries they don’t like, that do no align with reality. Many people noted that China needed the US market to survive, but the reality is when you analyze the the Chinese economy by sector there are few industries dependent on exports to the US.
Even within consumer electronics, one has to take a step back, China makes 9/10 of the 220 million iPhones sold each year but the manufacturing costs for a high-end phone are in the $300-$400 range. A lot of components are also imported, so the value added manufacturing and profits attained by China are hardly massive. China has already gained the largest benefits, which is the knowledge transfer in advanced manufacturing. So if Apple were to move all production out of China the effects would be marginal.

WTF is happening in Germany?!
Germany announced 125,000 industrial job cuts in 6 weeks.
Putting that into perspective... If the U.S. got hit at the same rate, that’s like ~300,000 factory jobs or ~500,000 total jobs gone in a month and a half.
Picture every factory worker in a state like South Carolina unemployed.
That’s the scale.
Recent layoffs announced in Germany:
Auto & Auto Supplier Layoffs (past 12 months):
• Volkswagen: 35,000
• Mercedes-Benz: 40,000
• Audi: 7,500
• Ford (Saarlouis): 2,900
• Daimler Truck: 5,000
• ZF Group: 14,000
• Bosch, Continental, Schaeffler (combined): 7,000
→ Total: 111,400 auto jobs impacted
Steel & Heavy Industry Layoffs:
• Thyssenkrupp: 11,000 (≈40% of workforce)
Rail & Transport Layoffs:
• Deutsche Bahn: 30,000
• DB Cargo (subsidiary): 5,000
Postal & Logistics Layoffs:
• Deutsche Post: 8,000
Banking & Finance Layoffs:
• Commerzbank: 3,900
Tech (Germany-specific cuts) Layoffs:
• SAP: 3,500 (10,000 global)
MAJOR implications globally from all of this - so don't brush it off as just German layoffs... And no one’s talking about it.
On the eve of Trump's visit to the United Kingdom, opponents of the American president organized a series of protests in Windsor.
On the steps of the castle where Trump was supposed to stay, a banner depicting Jeffrey Epstein, accused of pedophilia, was unfurled, and nearby there was a giant canvas about 400 square meters in size featuring Trump and Epstein.
Also, last night a video about Trump's connections with Epstein was projected onto the castle facade. Images of one of Epstein's victims, Virginia Giuffre, and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell also appeared on the walls.
It is unknown whether Trump, who arrived in London overnight, was already in the castle at that time.
The police stopped the video projection and detained at least four participants. In the past day, two men who were flying drones over Windsor during Trump's visit were also arrested.
Recall that Trump does not deny knowing Epstein but denies having any dealings with him related to the charges brought against Epstein.

The domestically produced trains will run at up to 400 km/h. It also hints at what kind of employment Russia will lean on once the guns fall silent..
