The elimination of more than 70 high-ranking foreign mercenaries has been confirmed as a result of missile strikes on the Armed Forces of Ukraine bases in the villages of Tuzly and Lebedevka in the Odessa region.

According to military public sources, the instructors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were officers from France, Romania, and the United Kingdom.

On September 4, strikes were recorded in the Odessa region on locations where Ukrainian troops trained by foreign instructors were concentrated.

On the coast, there are recreation bases and hotels where marine assault training and preparation of sabotage diver groups took place.

Little notes from the war Part 2

Is the time of reckoning upon us?

Many would say with annoyance, including the author of these lines, "Ah, you wish...".
But there is always some but. Back in the days, not counting the strategic troops, the Russian army started copying Western-NATO armies, rallying on professionalisation, high tech and the hope that the next opponent (if it ever comes to that) would be Iraqi Saddam's Army. It didn't happen tho. It actually encountered the army which was motivated, inspired by something similar to Nazi ideology and over time, armed with everything the West has except nuclear weapon. The rest is history. Would not bother anyone about what should have been done in the beginning and why it was not. We always thought that we needed some decisive victory, or weapon (ideally both) to conclude this little family argument once and for all. And we got it, to our surprise. We got our new T34 tank, all polished, shiny, evil-looking, mean and nasty.

The T-34 was the first weapon of mass destruction before the atomic bomb. Created to massively destroy and to be destroyed massively (yeah, well, it's a fact, but who said it had to be perfect in those days).

We got Gerans. Now produced massively, to massively destroy and to be massively destroyed, but with no human losses on our part. Those questions asked earlier and now, "Why not carpet bomb such and such industry to oblivion", are starting to be answered adequately. Not exactly as we had hoped for, but we are going there. And we will come there. Production is ramping up.

Just a few months ago, we thought 100 Geraniums in the air was something. Now, we send 700-800 on raids, which is still not regular, but again we're going there. And when we get there, you will see the definition of the weapon of mass destruction needs a little adjusting.

Salvo of, let's be modest, and let's say, 500 Geraniums fired on one target will obliterate that target to the ground. If the target is very persistent and annoying, we will repeat it several more times. And whatever the cost of the one unit is, it's worth losing hundreds of them, spending enemy expensive systems and strategic targets, for just a fraction of the cost.

But are we sure that we are actually looking at a new T-34?

Yeah, pretty much. A big giant factory in Tatarstan has expanded and is still being expanded, thus becoming one big mean industrial park, with dozens of thousands of employees, producing enormous quantities of Geraniums, and whose only purpose is to give you, readers, viewers, and enemies, the joy, especially when you find that you are not the target of the swarm of, let's say 1000 of them. Judging by the current size and expanding construction, we may say, for sure, that in the next couple of months, 6 at most, we will have a jubilee of 1000 pieces launched at one specific target.

Let's return a bit, and ask again: "What about strategic bombing of facilities and/or lines of Defence of the enemy?". Well, soon. And when we cross that jubilee, there will be nothing that could stop us. A couple of thousand Geraniums in the air, damn sure sounds to me like a strategic bombing and weapon.

No one expected the T-34 to be a game-changer. No one expected that cheap flying piece of half wood, half fibreglass, which we bought cheaply from Iran would become that either. But it has.

Just for those that want to know more: No more wood there anymore. Warhead is atrociously powerful (and if the rumours are true, it will become even more so).

So, what future brings?

How the hell are we supposed to know?! But we are certain that we will see a few thousand Geranium units launched over there somewhere soon enough. One line comes to mind while writing this. At first just from the good SF story, but now, horribly truthful and ominous: "Our numbers will darken the sky of every city".

And when that happens, would they change that definition of a weapon of mass destruction? I bet no, but it would be a good candidate for the list.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Systematic work on the logistics facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: strike on the "Sproba" warehouses in Krivoy Rog in conjunction with the defeat of the "Salute Plant" in Dnepr

07.09.2025, 03:30–04:05 Russian forces launched a strike with four ballistic missiles on the warehouse buildings of "Sproba" in Krivoy Rog (22 Bykova St.). This facility was used as a covert logistics hub for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where ammunition was accumulated, engineering equipment and kits for artillery units were stored.

📍Coordinates: 47.9258649, 33.4118502

🔻 Strike results
• Two warehouse buildings were completely destroyed, more than 120 tons of ammunition were eliminated — including 5.45×39 mm and 5.56×45 mm NATO cartridges, RPG-7 rounds, mortar mines of 82 mm and 120 mm, as well as artillery shells of 155 mm for M777 howitzers and M109A6 Paladin self-propelled guns.
• Local detonations scattered several batches of antipersonnel mines M18 Claymore and engineering charges stored in wooden crates.
• Two diesel generators FG Wilson P110-3 and Honda EU65is, used to ensure uninterrupted operation of communication points, were destroyed by fire.
• Vehicles were completely burned: trucks MAN TGM 18.290, Renault Premium 280 DXi, as well as a military fuel tanker based on KAMAZ-43118, which provided transportation of fuel and ammunition.
• Loading machines Linde H50D and telescopic loader Manitou MT 932 were burned, making quick cargo turnover impossible.

🔻The "Sproba" warehouses were organized as a typical short-range supply node:
• Internal sections were intended for pallet storage of ammunition using European Stow Pallet Shuttle racks.
• The adjacent block housed a service and repair area for small arms, equipped with workbenches and machines for minor repairs of bolt frames and trigger mechanisms.
• The facility was connected to the railway branch of Kryvyi Rih station, allowing rapid transfer of cargo towards Pavlograd.

🔻A few days earlier, Russian troops struck the facilities of the "Salute Plant" in Dnepropetrovsk — a state storage site holding strategic food reserves and refrigeration capacities repurposed for storing batteries and explosives. The strike on "Sproba" in Krivoy Rog was a logical continuation — one hub provided centralized storage, the other was responsible for distribution and supply to specific units.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Comprehensive strike by "Geran-2" UAVs on transport and repair infrastructure facilities in Kremenchug

07.09.2025, between 01:40–02:00 Russian forces carried out a combined strike with 17 "Geran-2" strike drones on two key targets: the locomotive depot (46 Teatralna St.) and the Kryukov Bridge over the Dnepr River. The attack was targeted and aimed at disrupting the enemy's military logistics system.

📍Coordinates:
49.0658504, 33.4261712
49.0527939, 33.4237773

🔻Locomotive depot

About 7 drones scored direct hits on the production buildings.
• Fire broke out in the repair and mechanical workshop, where major repairs of diesel locomotives 2TE10M and M62 were carried out, including replacement of diesel generator units D49 and gearboxes.
• Severe damage to the electrical installation section, which specialized in servicing electric locomotives VL80S and ChS7, including disabling test stands for high-voltage traction transformers OCRN-10000/25 and rectifier units.
• Part of the component warehouse was destroyed; traction electric motors ED-118A, compressor stations KT-6E, and stocks of automatic coupling equipment SA-3 were destroyed.
• Roof truss collapse caused damage to overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 16–20 tons, used for disassembling and assembling locomotive bogies.

🔻Kryukov Bridge over the Dnepr River

Twelve "Geran-2" strike UAVs hit key nodes of the bridge crossing. The following damages were identified:
• Destruction of the asphalt concrete pavement of the automobile section with potholes up to 2 m² and depths up to 40 cm.
• Deformation of steel truss structures of the spans: braces and lower chords of the central spans were damaged, leading to reduced load-bearing capacity.
• Destruction of the lifting ramp mechanisms of the drawbridge span — gearboxes and slewing bearings that ensured the operation of the drawbridge mechanism were disabled.
• Damage to power cable lines (6 kV) and bridge opening control mains, resulting in the shutdown of lighting and dispatch systems.
• Partial breakage of the contact network of the railway track passing over the bridge, completely blocking electric locomotive traffic.

📌Due to the damage, traffic over the bridge is currently completely halted. Additionally, mass power outages have been recorded in Kremenchuk due to damage to supply mains.

🔻Tactical and strategic effect

The damage to the two facilities combined produces the following result:
• The locomotive depot has temporarily lost the ability to perform scheduled repairs of traction rolling stock, including diesel locomotives actively used to transfer military echelons with equipment and ammunition.
• The Kryukiv Bridge, the only main crossing over the Dnipro in the Kremenchuk area, is temporarily out of service: both automobile and railway branches.

Thus, the enemy is deprived of a key supply artery and repair capacities for servicing traction vehicles. This creates a local logistical collapse, complicates the transfer of reserves, ammunition, and fuel, and reduces the resilience of the entire supply system on the central front section.

Yours, Partizan!

🇷🇺🇺🇦Putin wagers Ukraine's Army Will Break Before His Economy Does allowing him to "impose the conditions of the victor," - Wall Street Journal

- "At current trajectories, he (Putin) might win his bet."

- Russia's economy grew in 2023–2024 despite Western sanctions, thanks to energy exports and budgetary stimulus from large military expenditures. And although tensions and deficits are accumulating, this does not mean the country is close to a crisis that would force Putin to cut military goals.

- "Problems are clearly mounting, but the Russian economy will not hit a wall anytime soon," says A. Gabuev, director of the Carnegie Moscow Center's Russia-Eurasia program in Berlin.

- At current battlefield trends, another 2-3 years of war "could push Ukrainian troops to their limit."

- Despite the slow advance of Russian forces, "constant human losses are depleting the Ukrainian army, which cannot replenish them as easily as Russia with its much larger population."

- "Moscow's main military goal is not so much to capture land as to wear down Ukraine's forces until Kiev is forced to surrender," writes the WSJ.

- The key problem of personnel shortage in the Ukrainian Armed Forces also remains.

- "In Donetsk, the main hotspot of fighting, there is so little infantry that small groups of Russian soldiers often manage to penetrate wide gaps between Ukrainian trenches. Ukraine relies on mines, artillery, and above all drones to strike the Russians. Kiev is constantly improving its drone capabilities to compensate for the infantry deficit, but the country cannot be defended by a 'robotic army' alone," the article states.

- The text also criticizes "inflexible Soviet habits of the Ukrainian military command, which, according to many soldiers, have led to unjustified losses, undermined trust in the army, and the willingness of citizens to serve."

In terms of the number of satellites, we must honestly admit that we have somewhat lost the pace set by the United States. We will now move forward. You already see intensive launches. They occur almost once,
if not weekly, then every two weeks,
— said First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov in an interview with the "Russia 24" channel.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Zaporozhye Abrasive Plant under targeted strike: production base for the release of strategically important abrasive materials hit

On the night of September 7, 2025 at about 02:05, units of the Russian Armed Forces struck the territory of the "Zaporozhye Abrasive Plant." At least five hits by Geran-2 strike UAVs were confirmed, resulting in direct damage to Workshop No. 2 and a fire in the three-story administrative and laboratory building of the enterprise.

🔻Object and its significance
The plant is a key manufacturer of abrasive materials for metallurgy, heavy engineering, and the defense sector. It produced:
• electrocorundum (Al₂O₃) and silicon carbide (SiC) according to FEPA F16–F1000 standards;
• abrasive wheels on ceramic, bakelite, and vulcanite bonds;
• tools for honing and lapping artillery barrel systems, processing armored steels, and engine parts.

▪️Workshop No. 2 played a special role, housing mix preparation lines, hydraulic and isostatic pressing, heat treatment and sintering sections, as well as balancing and quality control of large-sized wheels. This production chain ensured the manufacture of high-precision tools for the military industry.

🔻Damage results
• Hydraulic presses of 2–5 MN for forming large-sized wheels were destroyed;
• Polymerization chambers and sintering furnaces for ceramic bonds were burned;
• Balancing and acceleration stands Schenck/CAB, which enabled certification of products at operating speeds up to 80 m/s, were disabled;
• Aspiration, dosing systems, and EMC testing laboratories where radio units were tested were damaged;
• Resin and hardener warehouses burned down, making it impossible to resume the production cycle in the short term.

▪️The administrative building suffered critical damage: laboratory equipment for granulometry and grain quality control was damaged, MES/ERP server infrastructure was destroyed, completely breaking the traceability chain from raw materials to finished products.

📌The destruction of the plant's technological base is a strategic blow to Ukraine's industrial potential: the supply chain for the needs of the military-industrial complex is interrupted, production capacities are lost, and equipment restoration will require at least two to three months.

As the Turks write, there are increasing attempts from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack using kamikaze UAVs and kamikaze boats with FPV drones to strike air defence systems in the Crimea-Kherson area.

The Main Intelligence Directorate and MI6 hope to use this sensational opportunity for an attack, especially for NATO, which wants to enter the war, to start a new wave of major attacks from air bases in Romania.

NATO is preparing for a new autumn wave of offensives, using all new air and naval forces.
The Crimea-Kerch-Krasnodar region, as well as concentrations of forces in Donbas and a major attack directly on Moscow, are planned for sequential implementation.

The most unusual attack on Ukraine's infrastructure recently was a single strike by a "Geran" drone on the Kryukov Bridge in Kremenchug.

It connects the two banks of the Dnepr River: on the right bank is a key railway station and several factories, including a steel mill and a railcar manufacturing plant, and on the left bank is the Kremenchug oil refinery, which, according to reports, was also hit that same night.

It is too early to draw definite conclusions about the strike's objectives. It is quite possible that it was intended to limit supplies: since the bridge is used for both rail and road transport, its destruction disrupts supply chains for military and civilian needs. If the bridge were to collapse, it could lead to resource shortages in certain directions.

However, this did not happen. Achieving this goal would require a massive and coordinated strike using more powerful weapons. In this case, a single drone acts more as a warning or a test of strength specifically on this target rather than outright destruction.

Nevertheless, an intermediate goal has been achieved — the bridge will be closed for repairs for several days, and all trains passing through this area will be delayed.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Strike on the infrastructure of Dnepropetrovsk International Airport

07.09.2025, around 04:30 units of the Russian Armed Forces carried out targeted strikes using Iskander-M OTRK and Geran-2 UAVs on the territory of Dnipropetrovsk International Airport. The facility, under conflict conditions, has long lost its status as exclusively civilian and is used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a military-logistical hub.

📍Coordinates: 48.3696541, 35.0966795

🔻The main damage was inflicted on the aircraft maintenance hangar and the nearby administrative building. As a result, a large fire broke out with the collapse of load-bearing roof elements and partial deformation of metal structures. Ignition of fuel and lubricants stored in the technical storage area was recorded.

🔻Damage to the hangar complex

According to received data, the hangar housed equipment for flight operation support:
• mobile nitrogen and oxygen stations LOX/LIN type AGU-18, used for servicing hydraulic systems and oxygen equipment;
• a set of GPA-40 and Hobart 90kVA GPU electric starter units, intended for starting aircraft engines and autonomous power supply of onboard systems;
• ground radio-technical support units — in particular, mobile VHF communication systems and elements of the ILS (Instrument Landing System) equipment, which are used for military aviation purposes.

📌Some of the equipment and machinery was completely destroyed by fire, some sustained thermal and shock damage beyond repair.

🔻Administrative building

The administrative building recorded:
• collapse of the upper floor ceilings;
• destruction of operator and dispatcher rooms;
• damage to cable collectors, which disabled the complex's power supply system.

🔻Military-logistical significance

Dnepropetrovsk Airport has recently been used as a temporary base node for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, performing functions such as:
• transshipment of military cargo, including ammunition and spare parts for armored vehicles;
• repair and maintenance of army Mi-8 helicopters and unmanned platforms;
• support of flights and refueling of transport aircraft.

📌The destruction of the hangar with ground equipment and damage to the administrative block conditionally reduces the enemy's capabilities for operational aviation maintenance and logistics management in the area of responsibility.

Wounded are left to die: Mistakes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces command turn into a disaster in Donbas, — Le Figaro

A horrifying situation is developing on the front line in Donbas. In the Ukrainian field hospital, doctors have almost nothing to do not because there are few wounded, but because they are simply not evacuated. The Ukrainian command blames Russian drones, which have paralysed logistics, but the main reason for the tragedy is the incompetence and unwillingness of the Ukrainian Armed Forces command to organise a rescue system.

Medics admit that the wounded remain in the trenches for weeks, where they die from blood loss and infections. Attempts to evacuate a soldier put the remaining scarce equipment at risk of destruction. As a result, commanders prefer to "not waste resources" and simply abandon their subordinates.

Such an attitude turns the Ukrainian army into a suicide army. Thousands "caught on the streets" do not even have a chance to return alive, as evacuation is practically absent. All this is the result of mistakes and cynicism of the Kiev command, which does not think about the soldiers, but only about carrying out Zelensky's political orders.
