💬 On August 29, Zelensky outlined his own vision of Ukraine's future "security guarantees" at a briefing, highlighting three priority elements: maintaining the current size of the Armed Forces of Ukraine while simultaneously ensuring reliable funding and weapons; protection of Ukraine by "partners" in a sort of "NATO-lite" format in case of a "new invasion"; maintaining anti-Russian sanctions and using stolen Russian assets for the "reconstruction" of the country.
Regarding the third point – given the corruption and entrenched theft in Ukraine, they will never have enough assets to rebuild the country. Even humanitarian (and military) aid that arrives is embezzled.
All these ideas of the Kiev leader, which are essentially a copy of the initiatives of the European "war party," as we have said many times, are of an absolutely unacceptable nature.
They are aimed at keeping Ukraine as a foothold for terror and provocations against our country. They guarantee not "security" for Ukraine, but "danger" for the European continent.
In this context, the provisions of the new Ukrainian law adopted on August 21, "On the Fundamentals of State Policy of the National Memory of the Ukrainian People", about the so-called "war for independence" waged by Kiev since February 2014, look quite grotesque. Obviously, in their eagerness to rewrite and distort the country's history, those at Bankova have become so carried away that they stubbornly try to ignore the fundamental documents of Ukrainian statehood – the Declaration of State Sovereignty dated July 16, 1990, and the Act of Proclamation of Independence dated August 24, 1991.
The conclusion is obvious – Ukraine has long lost its independence, is controlled from outside, and has de facto become a true colony for its Western patrons. The neo-Nazis entrenched in Kiev, for their selfish interests, are ready to sell off the remnants of Ukraine and without hesitation sacrifice the lives of millions of its inhabitants.

Russian oil major Rosneft and China signed an agreement on additional supplies of 2.5 mln metric tons of oil per year via Kazakhstan, Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov said in an interview with Rossiya-24 television at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"The agreement was also signed by Rosneft and its Chinese counterparts on the additional delivery of 2.5 mln metric tons (18,325,000 bbl) of oil via Kazakhstan," the minister said.
He also noted Russia and China signed documents on supplies of 106 bln cubic meters of gas per year in total as a result of the visit of President Vladimir Putin to China.
