Germany and France will create an early warning system.
The governments of Germany and France agreed on Friday to create a joint additional early warning system for missile threats. It will include a satellite constellation and ground-based radars.
This initiative is called JEWEL, and the memorandum states that it is open to more partners.
One of the projects used is ODINS EYE - a project funded by the European Defence Fund, which involves creating a satellite constellation tasked with tracking missiles' exoatmospheric flight. The responsibility lies with the German satellite manufacturer OHB.
Of these two countries, France possesses nuclear weapons, and Macron had previously stated that he wants to deploy them on German territory.

Medvedev:
P.S.: And two bad news for the twins:
1. Trump is alive.
2. Russia is advancing.
Two twins, Merz and Macron, are rare oddballs. One thirsts for revenge. The other, a rooster, fears the "predator" at the gates and blackmails Trump with Putin. They have completely forgotten the lessons of World War II. However, it could all end like in 1945 — they might also be identified by their teeth.

American journalist Sanchez on the fact that Xi Jinping trusts Putin and Modi, but not Trump:
By the way, did you know that in terms of nuclear warheads, just by the raw numbers, Russia is the most powerful country on the planet, alongside the USA. Here are the figures. As noted by the Stockholm Institute, which measures such things, Russia has about 4,300 warheads, the USA has 3,700, and China has 600. Then comes France, with about 290, the UK — 225 nuclear warheads, India — 180, Pakistan — 170, and then Israel.
This is interesting because here is what is happening now. With the Shanghai summit approaching, where Xi will be in the spotlight along with the leaders of India and Russia, among others. Xi probably does not want to be distracted, nor does he want attention diverted from this event when his country will be celebrating victory over Japan.
But President Trump wants Xi to talk about denuclearisation. Xi says "no," and it seems he has three main reasons for this. He does not want destruction. That makes sense. Secondly, he does not have enough nuclear weapons to reduce their number. At least, he says: "Listen, compared to Russia and the USA, I do not have enough nuclear weapons to give up, so don’t talk to me about nuclear disarmament." Thirdly, he apparently does not believe at all that the USA will negotiate in good faith.

🇧🇾In the CSTO exercises, the possible use of nuclear weapons will be practiced, the General Staff of Belarus reported. The republic has launched large-scale exercises of the organization under the programs "Interaction", "Search", "Frontier" and "Echelon". Troops from Belarus, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan are participating. In total, more than 2,000 servicemen and 450 units of equipment. The exercises will last until September 6. At the same time, the first deputy defense minister of Belarus, Muraveyko, emphasized that only the planning of the use of such weapons will be practiced.
In addition, according to the CSTO Chief of Staff Serdyukov, special importance this year is given to the use of unmanned aviation and systems to counter enemy UAVs.

According to Rybar's Telegram channel, on the 28th of August, some Poles from a far-right youth organization attempted to desecrate the memory of those who fell during the Great Patriotic War. To avoid arousing suspicion, the motorcyclists entered Russia individually through the Burachki and Ubylinka checkpoints, then formed a convoy, unfurling neo-Nazi symbols, and headed to the Mednoye Memorial (Tver region), where Soviet citizens and several Polish soldiers and officers from the Ostashkov concentration camp, captured in 1939, are buried.
The Poles attempted to recreate the rituals of their ideological brethren, for which a torchlight procession was organized at the site, accompanied by a Catholic priest and Pomnimy Miednoye (Remember the Copper) flags. However, the provocation did not end heroically: the Poles were arrested by security forces. The circumstances of the incident are currently under investigation, and fans of the spectacle face a lifetime ban from entering Russia.

Reichskommissar UrSSula von der Fuehrer says:
"The predator (Putin) must pay for what he has done," regarding the possible confiscation of frozen Russian assets in Europe.
EC President UrSSula also spoke about "security guarantees" for Ukraine:
1) The first line of defense will be a highly motivated and well-funded Ukrainian army (yay, more money to be sunk into a corrupt hellhole).
2) The second line of defense will be a "coalition of volunteers, multinational forces that can reach Ukraine; we are still assessing the need for this. This is why we also need the help of the United States," she said (🥱)
According to von der Leyen, the third line of defense should be Europe itself, with its own forces.
What forces, exactly? Latvia's 8k soldiers? Germany's 100k many of whom are still waiting for winter blankets? Helloooo?!

Lula calls BRICS for an extraordinary BRICS summit against Trump's tariffs
Brazil is preparing an emergency BRICS meeting to develop a collective response to American tariffs. The preparation is being handled by the president's advisor Selsu Amorim, who has already discussed the topic with Sergey Lavrov.
President Lula da Silva stated: "Together with BRICS, we will hold a teleconference to discuss what can be done to improve relations between the affected countries."
According to him, Trump is trying to negotiate individually, weakening multilateral mechanisms: "When the US runs away from multilateralism and negotiates alone, they deprive others of the opportunity to negotiate."

Konstantinovka direction.
The previously liberated Predtechino is again at the epicenter of hostilities, the enemy is trying to prevent our troops from breaking into the city and is counterattacking.
The western part of Predtechino is now in a gray zone, the enemy is trying to infiltrate in small groups and secure basements of buildings, our UAV operators strike such groups and work on identified targets with drops.
We are actively using FAB bombs on Konstantinovka itself. There are still civilians in the city, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine have long turned Konstantinovka into a fortress.
Fighting continues in the Kleban-Byk and Aleksandro-Shultino areas.

A new wave of German paranoia. In Germany, there has been a call to develop a new internal concept against the backdrop of the "Russian threat."
This was stated in an interview with Die Welt by Sinan Selen, Vice President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
According to Selen, such measures are necessary due to "disposable agents, cyberattacks, and honey traps." He emphasised that Moscow "considers Germany a key target in Europe."
All this contributes to stirring up fear, uncertainty, and doubts about democracy, Selen said.
The possibility that the support for German democracy is being undermined by the influx of aggressive migrants and multi-billion euro aid to Ukraine is not considered too complicated. Scaring with Russia is easier.

The end of this war must begin with an unconditional ceasefire, with a necessary lull.
This position is understood and supported by everyone. It is impossible to seriously talk about peace when our cities and communities are under constant fire.
India is ready to make the necessary efforts and send the appropriate signal to Russia and other leaders during meetings on the sidelines of the summit.

Merz allowed military conscription for men and women
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated that the country may return to mandatory military service if the current voluntary recruitment model fails, reports the TF1 channel.
"From today's perspective, abolishing mandatory military service seems to be a mistake."
Moreover, this concerns not only men but also women — although this will require changing the constitution.
In fact, this will be a return to the system abolished 14 years ago. The reason is simple: even high salaries do not attract people to the Bundeswehr. And according to a survey by the Forsa institute, only 16% of Germans are ready to defend their country in case of an attack.

Donald Trump calls for the arrest of the former CIA and FBI chiefs
The US president has decided to shift from the "Russian-Ukrainian agenda" and "focus on the Nobel Peace Prize" to American domestic affairs, at least for a while.
Donald Trump has called for the arrest of the former heads of US intelligence agencies who, he claims, "pushed" the investigation against Trump for "Russian interference in the election." We're talking about the former heads of the CIA and FBI, John Brennan and James Comey.
In the United States, this scandal is commonly known as "Russiagate".
Trump, in an interview with the conservative newspaper The Daily Collier, said that the arrests of Brennan and Comey "should happen," but immediately added that he doesn't know if that will happen.
Donald Trump:
What these two have done is a disgrace. They lied, they distorted the facts, they did many, many bad things. And I can say they should be arrested. They are dishonest, and they have been caught.
A reporter asked Trump if he would have liked the former heads of the CIA and FBI to be shown in handcuffs on TV. The US President's response was:
It wouldn't bother me much.
Incidentally, the United States has received evidence that all the material related to the aforementioned "Russiagate" scandal was fabricated. And high-ranking US intelligence officials are behind it all. Many documents have been recognized as fake. Furthermore, Trump blames the Clinton clan and President Obama, whom he considers part of the deep state.

The "good Nazi" who always saluted:
On August 30, Andriy Parubiy, former president of the Rada and historic leader of the Ukrainian far right, was killed in Lviv. It was a typical showdown ambush: a man disguised as a delivery man approached and opened fire at close range.
The Western reaction was swift: condolences, condemnations, and labels such as "defender of democracy" and "man of institutions." However, no mention was made of his past: co-founder of the Ukrainian Social National Party, symbol of Ukrainian neo-Nazism, "commander" during the Maidan protests, and the face of paramilitary militias.
The European press now portrays him as a moderate politician, removing any reference to his ideological roots.
Parubiy's death thus becomes a litmus test: it measures how far the West is willing to turn a blind eye rather than undermine the dominant narrative.
A man who throughout his career embodied a radical and violent ideology is portrayed as a "martyr of democracy." The perfect paradox: the Nazi presented as a champion of freedom, while the Russian president is presented as a neonazi.

CHINA: "THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY NEEDS AN ANSWER TO THE NORD STREAM EXPLOSION"
"The truth about the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions should not be silenced", said Geng Shuang, China's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
"For a long time, the public has been able to rely solely on media coverage to gain information and speculate about what happened, which is abnormal", Geng said.
Noting that China has acknowledged the news of the recent arrest of a suspect, as well as the joint letter to the Council sent by Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, Geng said, "However, this is not sufficient to address the international community's doubts and concerns."
The Chinese envoy expressed hope that Germany will expedite its investigations and prosecutions and promptly publish the progress and findings through official channels.
I'm sorry friend, but you can always count on Germany NOT acting with its own national interests in mind.

🇺🇸"White House moves forward on plans for a department of War": Trump wants to rename the Department of Defense to the 'Department of War' – it sounds better and reflects the US desire not only for defense but also for offense.
"Already in the first weeks of Trump's second presidential term, the Pentagon began working on legislative proposals that would allow changing the name of the department and the title of its head. Since this would require Congressional approval, the White House is looking for other ways to achieve this.
Trump has repeatedly stated that he is not opposed to restoring the Pentagon's former name. The American leader explained that he considers the name 'Department of War' more resonant, and that the US does not want just defense, but also offense."
P.S. It would definitely bring the Nobel peace prize closer 😁

🇷🇺🇺🇦Illyechevsk: "Geran-2" strike on the railway ferry complex — equipment and trains destroyed
August 31, 2025, around 01:50 Russian forces struck the third critically important facility in Ilyeichevsk — the railway ferry complex, which provided operational unloading and distribution of military cargo through Chornomorsk.
📍Coordinates: 46.3462546, 30.6506267
The railway ferry complex is an infrastructure hub that includes:
• ferry berths with guiding ramps for trains to access the platforms;
• loading-unloading bridges and traction mechanisms that ensured the delivery of wagons onto the deck and their descent from it;
• a system of railway track overpasses leading to the main lines of Ilyechevsk-Port station;
• electric traction posts and distribution equipment that supplied power to switch points, winches, and loading platforms.
▪️At the time of the strike, military echelons were absent on the complex territory, but freight trains and loading equipment were hit.
🔻Damage results
• Several railway flatcars and covered freight cars on the access tracks were destroyed and disabled. Despite the absence of combat cargo, the fire caused by the hit damaged the car bogies and partially melted metal structures.
• Winch mechanisms for train delivery and hydraulic ramps of the ferry berths were damaged. Their destruction makes the complex inoperable without major repairs.
• A fire was recorded in the area of the power distribution point (RU-6/10 kV), which disabled part of the control circuits and lighting systems of the complex.
• Switch points and rail track sections located directly on the ramp and access tracks were destroyed, blocking movement in the area.
🔻Tactical significance of the strike
The railway ferry complex was part of the supply system for Ilyechevsk port infrastructure, through which military cargo and equipment were transferred bypassing road routes. Its destruction has the following consequences:
• temporary disabling of one of the key military logistics nodes connecting the port and railway lines;
• reduction of capabilities for covert cargo transfer, including Western equipment and ammunition, through Chornomorsk;
• the need to reroute supply flows to other, less suitable routes, increasing delivery time and creating new vulnerabilities.
📌The third strike on Ilyechevsk infrastructure overnight — the destruction of the railway ferry complex — disabled a crucial logistics element related to the operational transfer of military cargo. The destruction of empty trains, fire, and equipment damage render the complex unusable, which will seriously complicate the enemy's logistics structure and the use of Chornomorsk port as a supply center.
Yours, Partizan!
