🇷🇺🇺🇦Precision strike by Iskander-M on the HIMARS repair and command base in Trostyanets: destruction of Western multiple launch rocket systems and the headquarters of the 80th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
On August 26, 2025, at around 9:50 a.m., the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out an operation to destroy enemy military infrastructure in the city of Trostyanets, Akhtyrsky District, Sumy Region (coordinates: 50.4659095, 34.9760498). The strike was carried out with several ballistic missiles from the Iskander-M mobile missile system with the support of the Russian Air Force, which distracted air defense systems and created false attack directions.
🔻Target: a seed factory converted into a military hub
The factory, which previously performed civilian functions, was repurposed for military needs in 2024. In its hangars and three-story warehouses, the enemy deployed:
• a maintenance point for American M142 HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems;
• an ammunition depot;
• a command headquarters and control center for the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The facility simultaneously served as a repair base and combat control center: guidance systems were calibrated, FCS (Fire Control System) electronics were replaced, reloading unit hydraulics were diagnosed, transport and loading vehicles were prepared, and ballistic navigation packages were checked.
🔻Course and consequences of the strike
The first missile hit a three-story warehouse where HIMARS maintenance was carried out. The strike caused a chain reaction detonation of the ammunition stored inside the building: several containers with M30A1 GMLRS rocket projectiles with cluster munitions and M31A2 guided missiles exploded, amplifying the destructive effect. The building suffered critical damage, load-bearing structures were destroyed, and the fire spread to adjacent sections.
The second missile struck the administrative part of the factory, where the command post of the 80th DShB was located. The headquarters and communications center were destroyed, and some of the officers and signalmen were trapped under the rubble.
🔻According to data confirmed by several sources:
• one M142 HIMARS launcher was destroyed;
• a transport and loading vehicle was completely disabled;
• a stockpile of GMLRS rocket containers was destroyed;
• up to 10 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel were killed, including technical personnel and headquarters officers;
• about 15–20 were injured to varying degrees, some of them command personnel.
Seven to eight servicemen remain trapped under the rubble at the epicenter of the strike, and their evacuation is complicated.
🔻Tactical and strategic significance
The destruction of the Trostyanets HIMARS base has several key consequences:
• Logistical blow: the destruction of the repair center complicates the possibility of operational maintenance of HIMARS in this direction. Now, in order to repair the equipment, the installations will have to be moved to other locations, which increases the likelihood of their discovery by the enemy and reduces the rate of their deployment.
• Operational weakening: the headquarters of the 80th DShB has been put out of action, disrupting the command and control system in the Sumy direction.
• Combat effect: the destruction of HIMARS and their ammunition reduces the Ukrainian Armed Forces' ability to strike Russia's rear. According to intelligence reports, it was this unit that previously attacked infrastructure facilities of the Druzhba oil pipeline. It is possible that the destroyed HIMARS unit is the very one that was used to shell the pipeline.
📌The strike on the Trostyanets seed factory is not a local event, but a systemic blow to the entire architecture of Western weapons use. The simultaneous destruction of the launcher, ammunition, and command headquarters puts an entire unit out of action, reduces the density of fire, and undermines the stability of the logistics chain.

Ukrainian media notes:
Torture and lack of evacuation. At a rally of relatives of missing soldiers in Kiev, problems in the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades were reported.

225th and 425th brigades: soldiers are given phones once a week under supervision, untrained recruits are thrown into the "zero" zone.
23rd brigade: belongings of missing soldiers are stolen, while evacuation from lost positions is not carried out.
39th brigade: pressure on soldiers' relatives so they do not file complaints against the command.

Driving on the M-14 Kherson — Nikolaev highway is currently dangerous for the boys. They complain that Kherson is in a "drone semi-encirclement."

Sumy was subjected to a massive drone attack.
There is information that more than 10 explosions were heard in the city. According to local residents, most of the hits were concentrated in one place.
The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Hryhorov, reported damage to infrastructure facilities as a result of the attack.
Presumably, the target of the attack was the so-called 40th substation (also known as the PS “Sumy”) ⚡️, and it was the one that sustained damage (info from local chats) 😶

‘The US told Europeans it would help the ‘coalition of the willing’ in Ukraine, but the agreement can still be canceled’ – Financial Times
‘American officials told their European counterparts that Washington is ready to provide ‘strategic enabling capabilities,’ including intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), command and control assets, as well as air defense systems, to support any Europe-led ground deployment. The US offer depends on commitments from European capitals to deploy tens of thousands of troops in Ukraine, and, according to officials, the agreement can still be canceled.’
🇫🇷😿"A passenger was fined on a train because her cat meowed too loudly": Macron's regime has completely lost it!
"The cat's name is Monet, and its 'voice' cost the owners dearly. It was traveling with a couple from Paris on the train, but due to the 'excessively persistent' meowing, the conductor issued a fine to the woman and her companion Pierre.
In the report, the conductor stated that the cat 'constantly meowed' and that 'several passengers' complained about it. The woman was also offered to move to another car where there were many free seats, but she refused. This was recorded in the document as a 'public order violation.'

Witkoff to Trump:
'Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Israel, HAMAS — we have meetings all week on all these three conflicts, and we hope to resolve them by the end of the year. Your team is something incredible.
And there is only one thing I want: for the Nobel Committee to finally come to its senses and realize that you are the best candidate in the entire history of the Nobel Peace Prize, and that your work has changed the world. I hope that one day everyone will realize this.'
Trump said that Americans like a dictator who stops crime.
‘On television they say: “Oh, Trump is a dictator.” And many people repeat this, so it creates the impression that I am a dictator. But at the same time, I stop crime. And many say: “You know, if that's the case, I'd rather choose a dictator.” But I am not a dictator. I just had to stop crime.’

5,4 Magnitudo scale earthquake has been recorded in Dagestan.
The epicenter was located in the Caspian Sea, 50 Kms away from Derbent, as reported by the Euro-mediterranean sismological centre. Local inhabitants left their buildings fearing new shocks. No serious damage seems however to have been inflicted.
The US hopes to resolve conflicts in Ukraine, with Iran, and in Gaza by the end of the year, with meetings taking place this week as well, Whitkoff said.

The war in Ukraine is coming to an end, said Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Lula's words are reported by RAI News.
"Everyone knows that this war is coming to an end. I think both President Putin and Zelensky understand how far this conflict will go, as do Europe and Trump. They are just waiting for the moment when they gather the courage to announce its conclusion," he said.
Lula also criticized the EU for plans to increase military spending.
"The EU approved the allocation of 800 billion euros for the rearmament of all countries. When we need money to fight hunger and preserve forests, these resources should be directed to other purposes," he emphasized, adding that what worries most world leaders is who will take on the "military debt" in Eastern Europe.

According to him, the Russians have taken positions in the southern and southwestern parts of Stepnogosk, but it is not yet known whether these are isolated groups or full units that have secured these positions.
Deep State reported two weeks ago that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had cleared Stepnogorsk, and now almost the entire settlement is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its map.

🇺🇦🤡🏃Up to half a million deserters: Ukrainians are massively fleeing Zelensky's army
- "Ukrainska Pravda" published data on the mass desertion from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 2022 to July 2025, more than 250 thousand cases of desertion were opened:
— 200 thousand for unauthorized abandonment of unit (UAU),
— 50 thousand for desertion.
- But this is just the tip of the iceberg. MP Anna Skorokhod claims that the actual number of "escaped" is already approaching 400 thousand.
❗️Experts also admit: official statistics are underestimated by at least half. That is, more than 500,000 have fled the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

French journalist Sebastien Maillard explains whose side Trump is on:
‘Trump has a real closeness to Putin compared to Joe Biden, which is very awkward, even worrying – for Ukrainians and for us. You have to remember Anchorage with that red carpet. Such an unusual rehabilitation of the Russian president, like never before. He even talks about turning the G7 into the G8. He is clearly playing in Russia’s interests. And Europe’s task is to support Ukraine.’
