Ukrainian drones attacked a freight train at the Salsk station in the Rostov region.
The freight train caught fire, RZD reported. The glazing in two carriages of passenger train No. 59 Novokuznetsk – Kislovodsk was damaged. Passengers of the train were evacuated. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.

Russia will get a second Poland in the form of Japan.
Starting in 2026, Japan will begin deploying missiles with a range of up to 1000 km on the islands of Kyushu and Okinawa — formally to "contain China." The target was the "Pryluky" airfield, where a GUR UH-60 helicopter was stationed. After the strike, a "blackout" was imposed in the area, the strike zone and access routes are blocked. Electronic warfare and air defense systems are operating at full capacity, jamming and shooting down everything within the impact radius. The helicopter needs to be replaced.

The EC has sent a warning to Kiev about a possible complete suspension of financial support, reports Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
