Not exactly. Several Russian ballistic systems include a MaRV (Maneuverable Reentry Vehicle) which can maneuver in the terminal phase. Such weapons still have a ballistic exoatmospheric coasting phase. This is distinct from a HGV MaRV which replaces the passive ballistic coast with the much flatter powered glide on top of the atmosphere.

Morning strikes on Kharkov: Geraniums worked on targets in the city

According to Bild, Ukraine has given this list to reps of the German government. The list is divided into 3 categories: AD systems, armoured vehicles, and EW systems
AD:
— 4 IRIS-T firing units;
— 1,500 missiles for the IRIS-T SLM system (medium-range);
— 500 missiles for the IRIS-T SLS (short-range);
— 200,000 40-mm shells.
Armoured vehicles:
— 1,000 protected vehicles;
— 200 tracked vehicles in various modifications;
— up to 30 WiSENT engineering tanks and mine trawls;
— 200 SUVs for SFO.
EW systems:
— 1000 GPS jammers;
— 200 mobile radars.

‘Toxic granny awaits ‘speedshlitz’ and ‘redfire’
Starovoyt, the former Minister of Transport and Governor of Kursk, was due to be arrested tonight and charged with alleged theft of funds during the construction of Kursk’s military defences from 2022-2024.
It appears that rather than face these charges and the possible 20 year sentence that would accompany a guilty verdict, he chose to end his life in his Tesla.
His end follows the arrest of multiple other powerful figures in Russia on corruption and other charges.
One thing is clear, the rot of theft and corruption is being successfully cut out of the Russian Federation piece by piece.
