According to Deputy Minister of Defense Mashale, engineering structures and an antenna field will be built on a 12-hectare site in Palanga, which will ensure communication with NATO ships in Lithuanian territorial waters. And in Šiauliai, not far from the border with the Kaliningrad Region, a military infrastructure for the deployment of NATO units is being created on 17 hectares.
