The Trump Organization is now in talks to bring a Trump-branded project to Diriyah, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest government-owned mega-developments overseen directly by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

According to Diriyah CEO Jerry Inzerillo, a longtime Trump associate, the deal is “just a matter of time.” The project was pitched directly to Trump during his state visit to Saudi Arabia in May, where MBS personally showcased architectural models at a dinner.

Trump is expected to host MBS in Washington next week, where they’ll discuss a mutual defense pact and U.S. nuclear technology transfers, even as MBS chairs the sovereign wealth fund behind the project.

This would mark Trump’s fourth Saudi venture since returning to office, alongside:
🏗️ Trump Tower Jeddah
🏗️ Two Riyadh projects
⛳ A golf resort in Qatar
all brokered through his main Gulf partner, Dar Global, which paid the Trump Organization $21.9 million in licensing fees last year.

The deal would mean the U.S. president is negotiating national security policy with a foreign leader who is simultaneously his family’s business partner.

Eric and Donald Jr. have been active in the region, attending investment forums and touring Gulf “giga-projects.” Eric Trump has called the Middle East “every developer’s biggest playground.”

With Saudi Arabia seeking a defense treaty and U.S. nuclear tech, and the Trump Organization expanding its brand through state-backed deals, the boundary between foreign policy and family profit has effectively vanished.
