You're not supposed to share each and every happy moments with your friends and family... Let alone your colleagues or even relatives. Everyone has their own demons and their own lives that they wish they had what they had and that they would love to see themselves in your shoes. They'll just joke about it and let it out giving a message subconsciously that it's making them jealous and insecure.
You can notice them getting jealous with a slight flick of their facial muscles, or their expressions and the depth of their voice or their defensive posture to your news / statement. The moment you say something good that's happened to you, the moment they'll start thinking about you and wishing that they were you just because of that happy moment which in that moment is greater than theirs.
Let down these kind of people, the judgements and the opinions aren't for your happiness sake, they're for their happiness as they wanna see you down and them up.
The day you get it, you'll start remembering the other noticable moments in which their jealous and such little actions actually become appreciable.
