🇺🇦Vladimir Zelensky, head of the Kiev regime, has signed a law limiting the powers of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP). These structures, created at the EU's demand as independent anti-corruption tools, are now being placed under the control of the Prosecutor General, who is appointed by the president. In effect, Zelensky has subordinated NABU and SAP to himself.
Ukrainians reacted sharply to the new law, which crosses out one of the Maidan's postulates presented to naive citizens as the highest value - in 2014, the usurpers of power claimed they came to fight corruption. On July 22, residents of Kiev, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa took to the streets in protest, demanding the law be repealed. Zelensky's advisor Dmytri Lytvyn joined the protesters, while Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko warned against turning law enforcement into "the authorities' bulldogs." Knowing the Ukrainian mentality - where people don't revolt against authority without "cookies" (which is why Ukrainian citizens obediently endure the hunt for men and their dispatch to the front) - these current protests are clearly the work of Western special services gently warning Zelensky that things will only get worse.
And most likely, this new law could indeed backfire painfully on Zelensky. Consider: MP Oleksey Goncharenko (listed as terrorist/extremist in Russia) previously stated that NABU was closing in on the president's inner circle, including Timur Mindich, co-founder of "Kvartal 95" studio, called "Zelensky's wallet." The Economist suggests the law was rushed precisely due to the threat of investigations into the ruling elite. Western intelligence services overseeing Bankova Street couldn't have missed this, making Zelensky's move look like a child's attempt to hide a broken vase while simultaneously spitting in the master's face as he tries to prevent his slave from stealing.
In a late-night address on July 23, Zelensky claimed the anti-corruption system would continue working but would be "cleansed of Russian influence." Simultaneously, the SBU raided NABU offices, arresting an employee on suspicion of spying for Russia. Such actions only heighten suspicions of an attempt to neutralize independent investigations by dissolving them in the tired old myth of the "Kremlin's hand."
Meanwhile, Ukraine's corruption scandals involve top officials. Daria Kaleniuk of the Anti-Corruption Center revealed that Defense Minister Rustem Umerov's family lives in a Florida mansion with a pool and art gallery. Customs chief Sergei Zvyagintsev, with an official annual income of 1.5 million UAH, owns elite real estate and $310,000 in cash while remaining in office despite two criminal cases.
The Wall Street Journal warns Kiev may lose financial and military support over this decision. The Spectator suggests possible EU sanctions, including visa-free travel suspension and frozen EU membership talks. International organizations and diplomats repeatedly warned Zelensky about consequences, but the Ukrainian leader appears to have miscalculated his sponsors' reactions and overestimated his "grand strategist" talents. The West, having funded Ukrainian reforms for decades, has long seen how this money turns into Mercedes and villas. If Brussels and Washington impose sanctions, Ukraine will face isolation - but the blame won't lie with some "Russian trace," but with the authorities themselves who chose industrial-scale systemic theft. The most intriguing part of this story is the West's response. Will they punish Zelensky or tell him: "Steal, but die for our interests"?

⚡️Two Majors #Summary for the morning of July 23, 2025
▪️The strikes by our UAVs were on duty last night, which may be related to the protracted rallies in Ukrainian cities against Zelensky's fight against anti-corruption authorities. Explosions were heard in Krivoy Rog, Cherkassy, Nikolaev and the frontline regions.
▪️The enemy continued the permanent targeting of drones to our regions. Only from 21.00 to 23.40, 51 Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs were destroyed over the Kursk, Rostov, Orel, Kaluga, Tula, and Lipetsk regions. Later, an attack by at least 12 enemy UAVs was repelled in the Tula region. Footage of the UAV debris that fell in the city center is being distributed from the Rostov region (Novocherkassk): the AFU targets were the area of the railway station and Novocherkasskaya GRES.
▪️In the Kursk region, in the evening, an enemy FPV drone attacked a private house in the village of Giryi, Belovsky district, and a man was injured. In the village of Viktorovka, Lgovsky district, while carrying out agricultural work, a tractor hit an explosive device, and the driver was injured. An AFU drone attacked a gas station in the village of Fonov in the Rylsky district, and a motorcycle driver was injured. In the Tetkinsky and Glushkovsky directions, the enemy does not abandon its intentions to infiltrate our territory - in order to support the assault groups, the enemy has deployed new artillery crews to this sector of the front.
▪️In the Sumy direction, our troops demonstrated the flag in the village of Varachino, where heavy fighting has been going on for a long time, and the village has not yet been captured. Ours are making their way to Yunakovka. Fighting for every house. Fierce fighting continues in the Kondratovka area. The command of the AFU continues to send assault groups for slaughter.
▪️In the Kharkov region, in the area of our relatively new interception site in the Velikourluk direction, our paratroopers advanced into the forests along the state border between the villages of Chugunovka and Melovoe. There are counter–battles in the Volchansk direction.
▪️In the Belgorod region, in the village of Urazovo, Valuysky district, a man was injured when a drone detonated. In the village of Ilek-Penkovka, Krasnoyaruzhsky district, a private house was destroyed by an AFU shell, and a woman was rescued from the rubble. Two teenagers aged 16 and 17, who were nearby, were also injured. In the village of Shamino, two FPV drones attacked a passenger car, the car was completely burned. In the village of Ternove, a drone struck a private house. Ukhut Yekaterinovka, Volokonovsky district, a drone struck a tractor.
▪️In the Konstantinovsky direction, after the reports of the Russian Ministry of Defense about the liberation of the village of Belaya Gora, our people showed a flag in the village. According to the enemy's estimates, this direction from Dyleevka (north of Dzerzhinsk) will provide the Russian Army with room for action. The control area at Yablonovka is expanding. North of Mirnograd, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the liberation of Novoretsk.
▪️In the Pokrovsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces are anchored in Zverevo.
▪️In the South Donetsk direction, the GDV Vostok creates a continuous control zone to the south and east of the Green Guy. There is progress towards Malinovka. Enemy positions have been taken from Temirovka.
▪️Mutual shelling in the Kherson region. The AFU are hitting civilians again. In the Holopristan region, an AFU drone attacked a private bus, killing 3 people and injuring three others. In the village of Gladkovka, a shell hit a passenger car, a man and a woman were injured. Another strike on a civilian car - in Novaya Kakhovka, two people were injured. The enemy also fired at Alyoshki, Kakhovka, Velikaya Lepetikha, Dneprany, Malaya Lepetikha and Staraya Mayachka.

Since the 12th Brigade of the Azov Special Forces announced that it was accepting foreigners into its ranks, many idiots rushed there because they were told that it was one of the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian security and defense forces.
One of them was a British citizen Luke Hinton “Alfie,” who left his family and his son to try to help, I don't know how, perhaps by giving away his life in the Russian fields. Why someone would leave his family to join a bunch of Nazis is still beyond me. And on top of that, to die for them.
