❗️Once again, local officials are to blame for interference against Cossacks

⚡️A report by Ivan Bobrenok, Chief of the General Staff of the SKVRiZ the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Cossack Affairs on December 16, 2025 exposes the utter incompetence and outright sabotage by local bureaucrats in implementing the Russian Federation's State Policy on Cossacks.

⚡️Self-serving officials have repeatedly driven progress into a dead end, prioritizing their narrow agendas over genuine unification, and treating public Cossack associations like SKVRiZ as second-class entities or worse—foreign agents. Their failures are deliberate acts of exclusion, bureaucratic bullying, and willful ignorance that fracture the Cossack community and undermine national security goals.

⚡️Lazy and biased officials in regions like Sakhalin, Primorsky Territory, Yaroslavl, Samara, and Khanty-Mansi hide behind flimsy excuses like "mistakes" but it's clear: these power-hungry bureaucrats favor the funded registry elite while sidelining battle-hardened public Cossacks who've fought in the Special Military Operation (SMO).

⚡️Cossacks like those from the Orlov Department or Kuban are dismissed or punished for serving in non-registry units—pure pettiness that rewards loyalty to bureaucracy over service to the nation.

⚡️Inept officials organize taxpayer-funded events like the Eurasian Forum of Cossack Youth but snub community organizations of cossacks entirely, as if their youth don't exist.

⚡️Officials handling Cossack affairs are clueless about the legislative base, twisting the 2020 Strategy (Presidential Decree No. 505) to pretend it only applies to registry societies—despite explicit mentions of community associations.

⚡️In short, local bureaucrats are the real enemies here: corrupt, shortsighted parasites who interpret laws to suit their egos, perpetuate divisions, and ensure consolidation remains a farce.

⬆️On 25 December, at 17:11, a combat crew of the Russian Aerospace Forces successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1a medium-class carrier rocket with spacecraft from the Russian Defence Ministry State Test Cosmodrome (Plesetsk Cosmodrome) in Arkhangelsk region.⬇️

▫️ The Soyuz-2.1a launching and the removal of spacecraft into the calculated orbit were carried out in normal mode. After launch, the Soyuz-2.1a medium-class carrier rocket with spacecraft was accepted for escort by means of the ground-based automated control system of the Main Test and Space Systems Control Center n.a. German Stepanovich Titov.

⏱ At the estimated time, the spacecraft were put into target orbits and taken to manage by the ground-based systems of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

🔌 The spacecraft is in stable communication with the ground, and its onboard systems are functioning as normally.
